Background

With the increasing abundance of functions of intelligent mobile terminal devices, mobile terminals have become indispensable electronic devices in people's daily life.

In order to facilitate people to use the mobile terminal in the automobile, various vehicle-mounted mobile terminal fixing devices are brought forward. The base 10 is a fixed base of the whole clamping device, and can be a proper part of the inner decoration of the vehicle, for example, a middle decoration board of an instrument panel, a decoration board on the inner side of a vehicle door or a decoration board on a handrail box, and the like. The bracket 11 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the base 10, and is used for lifting the mobile terminal and playing a role in restraining and supporting the lower part of the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the clamping assembly 12 is a mechanism for clamping the mobile terminal, and includes a clamping cover plate 121, a clamping cover plate bracket 122, a fixed bracket 123 and a first elastic member 124, the clamping cover plate 121 and the clamping cover plate bracket 122 are fixedly connected together, a first telescopic channel 1231 is disposed on the fixed bracket 123, the clamping cover plate bracket 122 is embedded in the first telescopic channel 1231, the clamping cover plate bracket 122 can linearly and telescopically move along the first telescopic channel 1231, and then the clamping cover plate 121 fixedly connected to the clamping cover plate bracket 122 also moves relative to the fixed bracket 123. When the first elastic member 124 is disposed in the middle along the vertical direction of the first telescopic passage 1231, at this time, the stress of the fixing bracket 123 connected to the first elastic member 124 and the stress of the clamping cover plate bracket 122 in all directions are relatively balanced, so that the problem of inclined clamping stagnation is not easily generated, and the movement of the clamping cover plate bracket 122 is smoother.

Optionally, the first elastic member 124 is a coil spring or a compression spring.

Specifically, since the first elastic member 124 functions to restore the clamping cover bracket 122, it may be a coil spring, which does not provide a pulling force when it is contracted to be rolled up and provides a restoring force to the clamping cover bracket 122 when it is expanded. Optionally, TPS soft glue is disposed at a clamping position of the clamping cover plate 121 facing the bracket 11.

Particularly, the clamping cover plate 121 is provided with the TPS soft glue towards the clamping position of the bracket 11, so that on the one hand, the TPS soft glue can increase the clamping friction force and ensure the clamping reliability, and on the other hand, the collision abnormal sound between the mobile terminal and the clamping device can be weakened, and the use experience of a user is improved.

Optionally, the bracket 11 is made of TPS soft rubber.

Particularly, the material of bracket 11 also can be TPS flexible glue material to, all can reach increase centre gripping frictional force from two upper and lower clamping parts, guarantee the centre gripping reliability, weaken the collision abnormal sound between mobile terminal and the clamping device, promote the effect that the user used and experienced.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle which comprises the mobile terminal clamping device.

As shown in fig. 10, which shows an assembly view of the aforementioned mobile terminal clamping device, the base 10 may be a middle trim panel of an instrument panel of a vehicle, and fig. 11 is a sectional view taken along the direction C-C of fig. 10, and a mobile terminal is clamped between the clamping cover 121 and the bracket 11.

According to the mobile terminal clamping device, the clamping assembly is fixed in the mounting hole of the base, so that the clamping cover plate support, the fixing support and the first elastic piece are positioned on the inner side of the base, the fixing support and the base are reliably fixed, abnormal sound is avoided, meanwhile, the clamping cover plate and the clamping cover plate support can move relative to the fixing support along the first telescopic channel, when the clamping cover plate support of the clamping assembly retracts into the first telescopic channel of the fixing support, a hidden design is achieved, and potential safety hazards caused by exposed structure are avoided; when the clamping cover plate support of the clamping assembly extends out along the first telescopic channel, the clamping space of the mobile terminal between the bracket and the clamping cover plate can be used for clamping and fixing the mobile terminal equipment, and the clamping assembly is convenient for a user to use. And, based on parts such as aforementioned shift knob support, shift knob and second elastic component, the convenience of one-hand operation still can be realized, weakens the operation impact through damping structure and feels, promotes and uses experience.
