A mounting structure of a wall-mounted electric heater is used for detachably fixing the wall-mounted electric heater on a wall, and is characterized by comprising a hanging hook (2) and a supporting rod (5), wherein the end part of the hanging hook (2) is hinged to a shell (1) of the electric heater, the supporting rod (5) is fixed on the wall, and the hanging hook (2) is hung on the supporting rod (5), so that the electric heater is fixed; set up on casing (1) of electric heater and hold accomodating groove (11) that hang hook (2), when accomodating the electric heater, rotate and hang hook (2) to accomodating in groove (11).

The mounting structure of a wall-mounted electric heater according to claim 1, wherein the number of the hanging hooks (2) is at least two, the end portions of at least two hanging hooks (2) are hinged on the same side of the electric heater housing (1) through hinge shafts (3), the other end of the hanging hook (2) is provided with a hook portion (21), and the hook portion (21) is hung on the support rod (5).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an electric heater, and more particularly, to a wall-mounted electric heater and a mounting structure thereof.

Background

Wall-hanging electric heater installation is generally fixed on the wall through the inflation screw in the market at present, has certain difficulty to user's installation, and this mounting means has certain damage to the wall.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a wall-mounted electric heater and a mounting structure thereof, which aim to solve the technical problems in the background art.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the specific technical scheme of the wall-mounted electric heater and the mounting structure thereof of the invention is as follows:

a mounting structure of a wall-mounted electric heater is used for detachably fixing the wall-mounted electric heater on a wall, and comprises a suspension hook and a support rod, wherein the end part of the suspension hook is hinged on a shell of the electric heater, the support rod is fixed on the wall, and the suspension hook is hung on the support rod, so that the electric heater is fixed; set up the groove of accomodating that holds the hook on the casing of electric heater, when accomodating the electric heater, rotate and hang the hook to accomodating the inslot.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a wall-mounted electric heater and its mounting structure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the mounting structure of the wall-mounted electric heater of the present invention is used for detachably fixing the wall-mounted electric heater on a wall, and comprises a hanging hook 2 and a support rod 5, wherein an end of the hanging hook 2 is hinged to a housing 1 of the electric heater, the support rod 5 is fixed on the wall, the hanging hook 2 is hung on the support rod 5 to fix the electric heater, the housing 1 of the electric heater is provided with a receiving groove 11 for receiving the hanging hook 2, when the electric heater is received, the hanging hook 2 is rotated into the receiving groove 11, the mounting structure has a rotary folding function, when not in use, the structure is integrated with a machine body, and does not occupy space, when in use, the electric heater is opened by rotation, and the hook at the tail end of the structure can hang the electric heater on the support rod 5, thereby realizing screw-.

The end parts of the suspension hooks 2 are hinged to the same side face of the electric heater shell 1 through hinge shafts 3, the other ends of the suspension hooks 2 are provided with hook parts 21, and the hook parts 21 are hung on the support rods 5.

Further, the hook part 21 extends from the end part of the hanging hook 2 to two sides to form a left half hook and a right half hook, the left half hook and the right half hook are respectively hung on two connecting rods of the supporting rod 5, in order to avoid screw installation, the supporting rod 5 is a towel bar fixed on a wall, a simple clothes drying rod or other supporting rods 5 fixed in a room, an electric heater is hung on the towel bar which is installed during decoration, existing resources are fully utilized, and the electric heater is convenient to install.

The existing support rods 5 such as towel bars are of a structure in which two connection rods are relatively fixed, in order to enable a double-hook structure to be hooked on the two connection rods, as shown in fig. 5-6, the shell 1 comprises an upper shell 101 and a lower shell 102, hinge shafts 3 are respectively arranged at the edges of the lower shell 102, grooves for accommodating the hinge shafts 3 are arranged on the upper shell 101 at positions opposite to the hinge shafts 3, first grooves 110 and second grooves 111 are respectively arranged on the side faces of the upper shell 101 and the lower shell 102, the first grooves 110 and the second grooves 111 are spliced to form accommodating grooves 11 for accommodating hanging hooks 2, connecting blocks 22 are arranged at the end parts of the hanging hooks 2, one ends of the connecting blocks 22 are sleeved on the hinge shafts 3, and the other ends of the connecting blocks 22 are detachably connected with the hanging hooks 2 through bolts.

As another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a connection post 221 is disposed at an end of the connection block 22, a through hole is disposed at an end of the hanging hook 2 along a long side direction, an opening is disposed at an end of the through hole, the connection post 221 passes through the through hole and is disposed in the opening, and the connection block 22 is rotatably connected to the hanging hook 2 through the cap body 23. During the use, will hang hook 2 and take out from accomodating groove 11, rotate and hang hook 2 and make it arrange in between two connecting rods, when the double hook structure is in the connecting rod top, the double hook structure overlap joint can be fixed the electric heater at the connecting rod when rotating and hanging hook 2.

Besides, the two connecting rods of the supporting rod 5 can be set to be relatively adjustable structures, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting rod 5 comprises a U-shaped fixing rod 51 and a moving rod 52, two ends of the moving rod 52 are respectively provided with a connecting ring 53, two ends of the fixing rod 51 respectively penetrate through the connecting rings 53 and are fixed on the wall, when the double-hook structure is hung on the supporting rod 5, the moving rod 52 is dragged to enable the distance between the moving rod 52 and the fixing rod 51 to be larger than the width of the double-hook structure, the top end of the double-hook structure is lifted above the moving rod 52 and the fixing rod 51, the moving rod 52 is dragged to be close to the fixing rod 51 and to enable two ends of the double-hook structure to be respectively lapped on the moving rod 52 and the fixing.

The top of the side wall of the accommodating groove 11 far away from the hinge shaft 3 is provided with a notch 12 for taking out the hanging hook 2 from the accommodating groove 11.

In order to fix the suspension hook 2 in the storage groove 11, a magnet is fitted to the hook portion 21 of the suspension hook 2, an iron piece is fixed to the bottom of the storage groove 11, and the suspension hook 2 is fixed by the adsorption action between the magnet and the iron piece. In addition, the hook portions 21 of the two hanging hooks 2 may be respectively provided with a snap structure, so as to fix the two hanging hooks.

The application also provides a wall-mounted electric heater, which comprises the mounting structure of the wall-mounted electric heater and is detachably hung on the wall through the mounting structure.

This wall-hanging electric heater sets up hidden mounting structure, need not punch on the wall when can letting the user use the wall-hanging electric heater, can directly hang on towel bar, clothes-horse or other bracing pieces 5 in the room, convenient to detach, removal. And the pre-installed storage structure is not needed to be installed for the second time by a user, accessories are not easy to lose, and the storage is convenient for the user to change seasons.
