The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a self-locking anti-loose bolt structure which is suitable for preventing bolt screwing failure caused by loosening of a fastener bolt due to vibration.

Background

The anti-loosening bolt is mainly used for controlling loosening and failure of a connecting part which runs under the condition of a vibration state, and particularly needs to take measures to prevent the normal running of the mechanical connecting part from being influenced by the loosening of the part in mechanical equipment such as mining machinery and the like under the vibration working state. The current common fastener anti-loosening methods generally include non-detachable anti-loosening solutions and friction-increasing anti-loosening solutions. The non-detachable anti-loosening scheme adopts modes such as spot riveting and welding to change detachable threaded connection into non-detachable threaded connection. In the non-detachable anti-loosening scheme, the fastener cannot be reused, is troublesome to operate, and is often used in certain important occasions requiring high anti-loosening performance and not needing to be detached. The anti-loosening scheme for increasing the friction force achieves the anti-loosening purpose by increasing the friction force between the threads or between the bolt head and the end surface of the nut. The locking scheme of increase frictional force does not receive the restriction in space, can dismantle repeatedly, but the reliability is relatively poor, after working for a certain time, can reduce locking effect because of reasons such as vibration. There is a need to design a connecting part locking component with a function of controlling loosening so as to ensure continuous and normal operation of a machine running under a vibration state. Therefore, how to realize a bolt fastening anti-loosening structure and a bolt fastening anti-loosening method which have good anti-loosening effect and relatively simple structure is a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.

The invention aims to provide a bolt self-locking anti-loosening structure which is effective in anti-loosening control and convenient to use.

The locking convex teeth of the locking ring are embedded into the spiral locking grooves of the locking bolt, and the two surfaces of the locking ring and the locking nut which are contacted with each other are respectively provided with wedge-shaped locking tooth structures with the same specification which can be meshed with each other.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention. The attached drawings take the right-handed hexagon bolt and nut, a single spiral anti-loosening groove, a single anti-loosening convex tooth, a spiral anti-loosening groove tooth bottom and an anti-loosening convex tooth crest which are respectively in the shape of circular arcs as an example for explanation.

The inner side of a central circular hole of the anti-loosening locking ring 3 is provided with anti-loosening convex teeth 3-2, the upper surface of the anti-loosening locking ring, which is in contact with the anti-loosening nut, is provided with a plurality of wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth 3-1, and the bottom of the anti-loosening locking ring is of a planar structure.

The spring washer 4, the anti-loosening locking ring 3 and the anti-loosening nut 2 are sequentially installed on the thread section of the anti-loosening bolt 1, anti-loosening convex teeth 3-2 of the anti-loosening locking ring 3 are embedded into the spiral anti-loosening grooves 1-1, the two surfaces of the anti-loosening locking ring 3, which are in mutual contact with the anti-loosening nut 2, are respectively provided with wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth which have the same structural specification and can be meshed with each other, the wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth have the effects that the anti-loosening nut 2 is screwed into the anti-loosening locking ring 3 in the clockwise direction to perform asynchronous motion, and the anti-loosening nut 2 is screwed out of the anti-loosening locking ring 3 in the counterclockwise direction to perform synchronous motion.

The lead angle of the spiral anti-loosening groove 1-1 is larger than that of the thread of the anti-loosening bolt 1, when the anti-loosening nut rotates anticlockwise and becomes loose, the anti-loosening locking ring 3 is forced to rotate synchronously and axial displacement is larger than that of the anti-loosening nut 2 under the action of the spiral anti-loosening groove 1-1 through a synchronous mechanism formed by meshing of wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth, and the anti-loosening nut 2 and the anti-loosening locking ring 3 are forced to extrude friction force of each other to increase and self-lock.

Further, the width d1 of the spiral anti-loose groove 1-1 is not more than 1/2 of the nominal diameter of the anti-loose bolt 1; the depth h1 of the spiral anti-loosening groove 1-1 is not more than 1/5 of the nominal diameter of the anti-loosening bolt 1.

The implementation method comprises the following steps:

1. the lockbolt 1 is inserted into a desired connecting member.

2. The spring washer 4 is sleeved into the check bolt 1.

3. The anti-loose convex teeth 3-2 of the anti-loose locking ring 3 are embedded into the spiral anti-loose grooves 1-1 and screwed into the anti-loose bolt 1.

The number of the wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth 2-1 and the wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth 3-1 on the anti-loosening nut 2 and the anti-loosening locking ring 3 can be adjusted according to the pre-tightening force control precision requirement of the connecting parts, the number of the connecting parts with higher pre-tightening force control precision can be properly increased, and otherwise, the number of the wedge-shaped anti-loosening teeth can be properly reduced.
