1. A mop cleaning device, comprising:

the cleaning device comprises a main body, a cleaning device and a cleaning device, wherein a fixed bin and a cleaning bin are limited in the main body, the cleaning bin is used for placing a panel of a mop and cleaning the panel, and when the panel of the mop is placed in the cleaning bin, one side of the panel of the mop, on which a cleaning unit is fixed, faces the fixed bin;

the water spraying unit comprises a water supply unit, a water delivery unit and a spray head, the water supply unit comprises a water supply part, the water delivery unit comprises a water suction pump and a pipeline, the water suction pump is configured to pump water from the water supply part, the water suction pump is connected with the water supply part and the spray head through the pipeline, the water supply unit is arranged in the fixed bin, and the spray head is positioned in the cleaning bin; and

the moving unit comprises a motor, a moving frame and a belt, the moving frame is fixed on the belt, the spray head is fixed on the moving frame, and the motor is matched with the belt and drives the belt to rotate forwards or backwards so as to drive the moving frame to ascend or descend;

the water supply unit further comprises a fixed seat, the water supply part is fixed on the fixed seat, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the water supply part, an opening and closing unit is arranged at the water outlet and comprises a fixed block, a plug and a spring, the plug is fixed at the water outlet and is provided with an inner cavity, the spring is arranged in the inner cavity, one end of the spring abuts against the inner wall of the inner cavity, one end of the fixed block abuts against the other end of the spring, the fixed block blocks the water outlet under the condition of no external force, a convex part is arranged on the fixed seat, and the convex part jacks up the fixed block when the water supply part is fixed on the fixed seat, so that the water outlet is opened; the fixing seat is provided with a water storage cavity, the water supply part seals the water storage cavity when fixed on the fixing seat, and the pipeline is communicated with the water storage cavity.

Background

The cleaning article refers to a tool having a cleaning function in a narrow sense. The cleaning agent is mainly used for cleaning the ground, the glass and the wall in a sanitary way. In a broad sense, the cleaning article refers to all articles used in cleaning operation, and mainly comprises: cleaning equipment, daily cleaning tools, auxiliary tools and cleaning agents.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a mop cleaning device with a reasonable structural design.

The technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the invention for solving the problems is as follows: a mop cleaning device, comprising:

the cleaning device comprises a main body, a cleaning device and a cleaning device, wherein a fixed bin and a cleaning bin are limited in the main body, the cleaning bin is used for placing a panel of a mop and cleaning the panel, and when the panel of the mop is placed in the cleaning bin, one side of the panel of the mop, on which a cleaning unit is fixed, faces the fixed bin;

the mobile unit comprises a motor, a mobile frame and a belt, the mobile frame is fixed on the belt, the spray head is fixed on the mobile frame, and the motor is matched with the belt and drives the belt to rotate forwards or backwards so as to drive the mobile frame to ascend or descend.

The water supply unit of the embodiment of the invention also comprises a fixed seat, and the water supply part is fixed on the fixed seat.

The water supply part comprises a water supply part and a water outlet, wherein the water outlet is provided with an opening and closing unit, the opening and closing unit comprises a fixed block, a plug and a spring, the plug is fixed at the water outlet and is provided with an inner cavity, the spring is arranged in the inner cavity, one end of the spring abuts against the inner wall of the inner cavity, one end of the fixed block abuts against the other end of the spring, and the fixed block blocks the water outlet under the condition of no external force.

The fixing seat is provided with a convex part, and when the water supply part is fixed on the fixing seat, the convex part jacks up the fixing block, so that the water outlet is opened.

The sewage tank is detachably inserted into the main body and corresponds to the lower parts of the fixed bin and the cleaning bin.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the pipeline of the water delivery unit is provided with a water passing piece, a cavity is arranged in the water passing piece, and a chlorine ion generator is arranged in the cavity.

The cleaning bin is internally provided with an ultraviolet lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp corresponds to the cleaning bin.

A dryer is arranged in the cleaning bin, and corresponds to the lower portion of the cleaning bin.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the belt is arranged along the vertical direction, the fixed bin is internally provided with the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate which are both arranged along the vertical direction, and the panel of the mop is fixed between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate.

The top of the fixed bin is provided with a cover plate, the cover plate is provided with a first groove and a second groove, the first groove is used for a panel of a mop to pass through, the second groove is used for a joint of the mop to pass through, and the first groove is closer to the fixed bin.

In the embodiment of the invention, a partition board is arranged in the main body, and the partition board divides the cleaning bin and the fixing bin in the main body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: the structure is simple, and the design is reasonable; the cleaning unit of the mop is repeatedly cleaned through the reciprocating motion of the spray head, so that the automatic cleaning of the cleaning unit can be realized to replace manual cleaning, and the cleaning efficiency is improved; the cleaning is carried out in a water spraying mode, so that water resources can be effectively saved, and the cleaning unit is prevented from being cleaned in sewage; the arrangement of the ultraviolet lamp and the chlorine ion generator can sterilize the mop to prevent bacteria from breeding; the drying machine can dry the mop to prevent the mop from being washed and dripping water stains in the process of taking out the mop.
