The elastic microporous breathable film is characterized by comprising an upper microporous breathable film, a middle elastic microporous breathable film and a lower microporous breathable film; wherein, the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film are provided with a plurality of holes, grooves and/or folds.

2. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein the wrinkles are provided in the intermediate layer of the elastic microporous breathable film by a one-step process.

3. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein the channels are formed by folding the intermediate layer elastic microporous breathable film to form a corrugated structure.

4. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein the pores are void by vacuum adsorption of the intermediate layer of the elastic microporous breathable film.

5. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film is made by adding 10-50% by weight of an elastomer to the polyolefin/polyurethane film.

6. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein said upper and/or lower microporous breathable film is made of polyolefin/polyurethane elastomer with an added amount of 2 to 10% by weight.

7. The elastic microporous breathable film of claim 1, wherein said elastomer is: SIS, SEBS, POE, POP, or EVA.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an elastic microporous breathable film.

Background

Microporous breathable films have the ability to be water resistant, but are permeable to water vapor. This characteristic makes these films more useful in disposable diapers and sanitary napkins. However, such microporous breathable films generally have poor elasticity in order to maintain good breathability. The reason is that after the elastomer is added, the elongation at break of the film is improved, the stretching recovery is stronger, and under the conventional stretching process, micropores generated at the joint of the inorganic filler and the polyolefin/elastomer are smaller or a large number of micropores cannot be generated, so that the water vapor transmittance of the film is reduced; meanwhile, the elongation at break is obviously increased, and deformation is easily generated, so that the subsequent processing procedure is influenced. And with the increase of the elastomer proportion, the film surface can be blocked, and the unwinding is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides an elastic microporous breathable film.

In order to achieve the aim, the elastic microporous breathable film comprises an upper microporous breathable film, a middle elastic microporous breathable film and a lower microporous breathable film; wherein, the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film are provided with a plurality of holes, grooves and/or folds.

Furthermore, the folds are formed by performing folding treatment on the elastic microporous breathable film of the middle layer by adopting a one-step method.

Furthermore, the groove is formed by forming a corrugated structure on the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film through a corrugation process.

Furthermore, the holes are formed by vacuum adsorption of the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film.

Furthermore, the middle layer elastic microporous breathable film is prepared by adding 10-50% by weight of elastomer into the polyolefin/polyurethane film.

Furthermore, the upper layer microporous breathable film and/or the lower layer microporous breathable film are prepared by adding 2-10% by weight of elastomer to polyolefin/polyurethane.

Further, the elastomer is: SIS, SEBS, POE, POP, or EVA.

By adopting the structure, the middle-layer elastic microporous breathable film with stronger elasticity is arranged between the upper-layer microporous breathable film and the lower-layer microporous breathable film, so that the elasticity of the whole breathable film can be better increased; meanwhile, the upper surface and the lower surface of the elastic microporous breathable film of the middle layer are provided with a plurality of holes, grooves and/or folds, and the structures can not only increase the elasticity of the middle layer, but also prevent the problem of air permeability reduction.
