1. An air cushion tray, comprising:

the pallet base body is provided with a slot for a fork of a forklift to enter at the bottom;

the protective air cushion is arranged on the tray base body, is positioned at the periphery of the tray base body and surrounds the upper surface of the tray base body;

the inflation assembly comprises a valve core and an air inlet pipe; one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the valve inside, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the protective air cushion;

the air discharging assembly comprises an air discharging switch and an air discharging pipe; one end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the protective air cushion, the other end of the exhaust pipe is provided with a valve, and the exhaust switch is electrically connected with the valve.

2. The cushion tray of claim 1, wherein the cushion includes a first bladder, a second bladder, and a third bladder; the first air bag is arranged on the periphery of the tray base body and is communicated with the air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe; the second air bag is communicated with the first air bag through an openable and closable first air passage and is surrounded by the first air bag; the third air bag is communicated with the second air bag through a second air passage which can be opened and closed, and is surrounded by the second air bag.

3. The air cushion tray as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom surface of the first air cell is provided with a hook surface of a magic tape; the upper surface of the tray base body is provided with a rough surface matched with the hook surface.

4. The air cushion tray as claimed in claim 3, wherein the hair side is 5-10 cm wider than the hook side.

5. The air cushion tray of claim 2, wherein canvas is further provided on the protective air cushion; the canvas covers the first air bag, the second air bag and the third air bag.

The air cushion tray as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tray base has a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole formed on a side thereof; the valve core is arranged in the first mounting hole; the exhaust switch is arranged in the second mounting hole; the valve core and the exhaust switch are both level with the side surface of the tray substrate.

7. The air cushion tray of claim 6, wherein the air bleed switch is knob-shaped; when the exhaust switch is rotated, the valve is opened, and the gas in the protective air cushion is exhausted.

8. The air cushion tray according to claim 6, wherein the air inlet tube is embedded in the tray base; one end of the exhaust pipe is embedded in the tray base body, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of the bottom of the tray base body.

9. The air cushion tray according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the tray base comprises a support plate and a plurality of support blocks disposed below the support plate; the supporting blocks are parallel to each other and arranged at intervals to form the slots.

10. The air cushion tray as claimed in claim 9, wherein the supporting block has a cone shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom; and the air cushion tray is provided with a conical groove matched with the supporting block.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of transportation tools, in particular to an air cushion tray.

Background

In the process of logistics distribution of cigarettes, a box of cigarette strips needs to be packaged, a heat shrinkable film is used for packaging the cigarette strips into a cigarette stack, and then the cigarette stack is placed on a tray and transported to a logistics vehicle by a forklift. However, during transportation, the goods are found to shake and displace, so that the carton (particularly corners) of the cigarette strip is deformed, and the trade sale is seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

One object of the present invention is to provide an air cushion pallet to solve the problem of the cargo shaking and shifting during transportation.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is to provide an air cushion tray, which comprises: the tray comprises a tray base body, a protective air cushion, an inflation assembly and a deflation assembly; the bottom of the tray base body is provided with a slot for a fork of a forklift to enter; the protective air cushion is arranged on the tray base body and is positioned at the periphery of the tray base body to surround the upper surface of the tray base body; the inflation assembly comprises a valve core and an air inlet pipe; one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the valve inside, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the protective air cushion; the air discharging assembly comprises an air discharging switch and an air discharging pipe; one end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the protective air cushion, the other end of the exhaust pipe is provided with a valve, and the exhaust switch is electrically connected with the valve.

According to the air cushion tray provided by the invention, after goods are stacked, a proper amount of gas is filled through the valve inside, the protective air cushion around the tray substrate is rapidly expanded and expanded, the stacked goods are clamped tightly, the goods are prevented from shaking and sliding, meanwhile, the protective air cushion surrounds the goods, the protective effect is achieved, and the goods can be effectively prevented from colliding with foreign objects. In some embodiments, the protective cushion comprises a first bladder, a second bladder, and a third bladder; the first air bag is arranged on the periphery of the tray base body and is communicated with the air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe; the second air bag is communicated with the first air bag through an openable and closable first air passage and is surrounded by the first air bag; the third air bag is communicated with the second air bag through a second air passage which can be opened and closed, and is surrounded by the second air bag.

In some embodiments, the bottom surface of the first air bag is provided with a hook surface of a magic tape; the upper surface of the tray base body is provided with a rough surface matched with the hook surface.

In some embodiments, the rough surface is 5-10 cm wider than the hook surface.

In some embodiments, canvas is further provided on the protective air cushion; the canvas covers the first air bag, the second air bag and the third air bag.

In some embodiments, the side surface of the tray base body is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole; the valve core is arranged in the first mounting hole; the exhaust switch is arranged in the second mounting hole; the valve core and the exhaust switch are both level with the side surface of the tray substrate.

In some embodiments, the exhaust switch is knob-like; when the exhaust switch is rotated, the valve is opened, and the gas in the protective air cushion is exhausted.

In some embodiments, the intake tube is embedded in a tray substrate; one end of the exhaust pipe is embedded in the tray base body, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of the bottom of the tray base body.

In some embodiments, the pallet base includes a support plate and a plurality of support blocks disposed below the support plate; the supporting blocks are parallel to each other and arranged at intervals to form the slots.

In some embodiments, the supporting block is in a cone shape with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; and the air cushion tray is provided with a conical groove matched with the supporting block.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments that embody features and advantages of the invention are described in detail below in the specification. It is to be understood that the invention is capable of other embodiments and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention and the description and drawings are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides an air cushion tray, which includes a tray base 1, a protective air cushion 3, an inflation assembly, and a deflation assembly. Wherein, the bottom of tray base member 1 is seted up the slot 2 that supplies the fork of fork truck to get into. The protective air cushion 3 is arranged on the tray base body 1 and is positioned on the periphery of the tray base body 1 to surround the upper surface of the tray base body 1. The inflation assembly includes a valve core 4 and an intake pipe (not shown); one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the valve core 4, and the other end is communicated with the protective air cushion 3. The air bleed assembly comprises an air bleed switch 5 and an air bleed tube (not shown); one end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the protective air cushion 3, and the other end is provided with a valve. The exhaust switch 5 is electrically connected with the valve so as to control the opening and closing of the valve.

The goods are stacked on the surface of the air cushion tray, after the stacking is finished, a proper amount of gas is filled in through the valve core 4, the protection air cushion 3 on the periphery of the tray base body 1 expands and expands rapidly, the stacked goods are clamped tightly, the goods are prevented from shaking and sliding, the protection air cushion 3 surrounds the goods, the protection effect is achieved, and the goods can be effectively prevented from colliding with foreign objects. When unloading is needed, the exhaust switch 5 controls the valve to be opened, the gas in the protective air cushion 3 is rapidly exhausted from the exhaust pipe, and the protective air cushion 3 can shrink and loosen the goods. After unloading, all the exhausted air cushion trays are stacked, so that the unloading device is very convenient and small in occupied space.

Specifically, referring to fig. 4 together, the pallet base 1 includes a support plate 11 and a plurality of support blocks 12 located below the support plate 11. The supporting blocks 12 are arranged in parallel and at intervals to form the slot 2. In the present embodiment, the support plate 11 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. It is understood that in other embodiments, the support plate 11 may have a triangular or other polygonal configuration. The protective air cushion 3 is made of rubber and is arranged around the upper surface of the tray base body 1 in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou', and the insides of the protective air cushion are communicated with each other. The slot 2 is the font of "well", through adopting this kind of four-way fork structure that advances, the staff can follow four directions and insert the fork in the slot 2, and is very convenient.

With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole are formed on the side surface of the tray base 1. The valve core 4 is arranged in the first mounting hole; the exhaust switch 5 is disposed in the second mounting hole. The valve core 4 and the exhaust switch 5 are both level with the side surface of the tray base body 1, and can avoid being damaged by collision due to protruding outwards.

The valve core 4 in this embodiment, also called an airtight core, may be communicated with a pneumatic element such as an air pump to deliver air into the cushion 3.

In the present embodiment, the exhaust switch 5 is in the form of a knob. When the exhaust switch 5 is rotated, the valve is opened, so that the gas in the protective gas cushion 3 is rapidly exhausted from the exhaust pipe. After the gas is exhausted, the exhaust switch 5 can be rotated in the opposite direction to close the valve, and the gas can not be exhausted after the valve is closed.

In the present embodiment, the intake pipe is embedded in the tray base 1, and a part of the exhaust pipe is embedded in the tray base 1 and the other part thereof protrudes from the bottom of the tray base 1. The air inlet pipe and part of the exhaust pipe are embedded in the tray base body 1, so that the neatness of the air cushion tray can be improved.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, the cushion 3 includes a first air cell 31, a second air cell 32 and a third air cell 33. The first airbag 31 is disposed around the support plate 11 and detachably connected to the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe. The second airbag 32 communicates with the first airbag 31 through an openable and closable first gas passage (not shown), and is surrounded by the first airbag 31. The third airbag 33 communicates with the second airbag 32 through an openable and closable second gas passage (not shown), and is surrounded by the second airbag 32. Specifically, spring clamps or small pneumatic copper ball valves and pneumatic hand valves capable of controlling the opening and closing of the air passages are arranged on the first air passage and the second air passage.

With continued reference to figure 5, when a medium volume of goods cannot fill the surface of the support panel 11, for example only one stack 100 of cigarettes, the first air passage is opened, the second air passage is not opened, the first air cell 31, the second air cell 32 are inflated, and the third air cell 33 is still in a "deflated" state, enclosing and securing the stack 100.

With continued reference to figure 6, when only a small volume of goods needs to be loaded, for example only half of the stack 100, the first and second air passages are opened and the first, second and third air cells 31, 32, 33 are inflated to secure the stack 100 around.

It will be appreciated that the number of air cells in the shielding air mattress 3 can be adjusted according to the actual production situation. Through the multi-stage air bag structure of the protective air cushion 3, the air cushion tray can be suitable for goods with different sizes, and the compatibility of the air cushion tray is greatly improved.

Referring to fig. 7, the bottom surface of the protection air cushion 3 is provided with a hook surface 6 of a hook and loop fastener. In the present embodiment, the hook surface 6 is provided on the bottom surface of the first airbag 31. The upper surface of the tray base body 1 is provided with a rough surface (not shown) matched with the hook surface 6. Through adopting this kind of detachable connected mode of colluding face 6 and matte complex, when need not using protection air cushion 3, with first gasbag 31 and intake pipe, blast pipe split to and with the matte split on colluding face 6 and the tray base member 1 of first gasbag 31 bottom, can realize the quick dismantlement of protection air cushion 3, the air cushion tray can be used as ordinary tray, improves its commonality.

Furthermore, the width of the rough surface in the embodiment is 5-10 cm wider than that of the hook surface 6. Therefore, the hook surfaces 6 and the rough surfaces can be aligned conveniently, and all the hook surfaces 6 are enabled to be attached to the rough surfaces.

With continued reference to fig. 7, still further, canvas 7 is provided on the cushion 3. The canvas 7 may cover the whole of the cushion 3 or cover the other side than the bottom side. In this embodiment, in order to prolong the service life of the canvas 7 and prevent the canvas 7 from separating from the cushion 3, a full-covering mode is adopted, that is, the first air bag 31, the second air bag 32 and the third air bag 33 are all covered with the canvas 7. The hook surface 6 of the magic tape is arranged under the canvas 7. The canvas 7 is coated outside the protective air cushion 3, so that the abrasion resistance of the protective air cushion 3 is improved, and the protective air cushion 3 made of rubber materials can be prevented from being polluted and corroded by chemicals and being damaged by sharp objects. In other embodiments, the canvas 7 may be replaced by denim, cloth-based fabric, or the like.

Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment provided by the present invention, the supporting block 12 has a cone shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom. A plurality of conical positioning grooves 8 matched with the supporting blocks 12 are further formed in the air cushion tray, and the number of the positioning grooves 8 is the same as that of the supporting blocks 12. This constant head tank 8 runs through backup pad 11 and supporting shoe 12 from the top down, not only can compress holistic height when piling up a plurality of air cushion trays like this, still is convenient for arrange the foreign matter on the upper surface of tray base member 1 from constant head tank 8 down. It is understood that the positioning slot 8 may not extend through the bottom surface of the support block 12.
