As shown in fig. 4 and 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second rotating assembly 6 includes: the rotary table 61 is rotatably installed in the water meter shell 1, a plurality of stop rods 62 are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the rotary table 61, the stop rods 62 can drive the rotary table 61 to rotate under the driving of the first rotating assembly 5, and the rotary table 61 rotates to display readings on the second instrument panel 9; a rotation limiting part 63 fixedly connected to the periphery of the rotary plate 61 and fixedly connected to the water meter housing 1, for limiting the rotation of the rotary plate 61 to prevent the second instrument panel 9 from being reset after rotating; and a rotating column 64 fixedly arranged at the non-rotating center of the rotating disc 61 and capable of rotating along with the rotating disc 61.

When the driving column 53 rotates, the driving column 53 can make the stop lever 62 drive the rotary table 61 to rotate a gear every turn, when the rotary table 61 rotates, the pointer on the second instrument panel 9 can be driven to rotate, thereby realizing the measurement of water flow, when the driving column 53 does not contact the stop lever 62, under the action of the rotation limiting component 63, the resistance of the rotary table 61 is large, the rotary table cannot rotate easily, the return of the rotary table 61 is prevented, meanwhile, the rotary table 61 rotates to drive the rotary column 64 to rotate, the rotary column 64 rotates for a turn and can drive the third rotating component 7 to rotate, thereby further increasing the water flow measurement range.

As shown in fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotation restricting member 63 includes: a plurality of sleeves 631, which are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the rotating disc 61, wherein the sleeves 631 are provided with sleeve rods 632 capable of sliding in the sleeves 631 in a matching manner; the end of the sleeve rod 632 of the extrusion block 633, which is far away from the sleeve 631, is fixedly connected, the extrusion block 633 is pressed with a ring 634, and the ring 634 is fixedly connected with the water meter housing 1; a first elastic member 635, both ends of which are fixed between the pressing block 633 and the sleeve 631, is used for making the pressing block 633 tightly contact the ring 634, and for limiting the resetting of the turntable 61.

Under the urging of the first elastic member 635 (the first elastic member 635 is specifically a spring), the first elastic member 635 enables the sleeve rod 632 to move outwards along the sleeve 631, so that the pressing block 633 is tightly attached to the ring 634, and the friction between the pressing block 633 and the ring 634 is relatively large, so that the pressing block 633 is not easy to rotate along the ring 634, and further the rotation of the turntable 61 is limited, and the blocking rod 62 is prevented from resetting when the driving column 53 is not in contact with the blocking rod 62, which results in inaccurate measurement.

As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power unit 70 includes: the pushing component 71 is arranged on the second rotating component 6 in a matching manner, two ends of the pushing component 71 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the water meter shell 1, and the pushing component 71 can move under the driving of the second rotating component 6; the gear drum 72 is rotatably installed on the water meter shell 1, the gear drum 72 is internally of a hollow structure, and a plurality of limiting grooves 73 for limiting the reset of the gear drum 72 are formed in the gear drum 72; and the locking reset component 74 is rotatably arranged on the water meter shell 1 and can enter the limiting groove 73 to limit the reset of the gear drum 72, and the locking reset component 74 is simultaneously fixed in the water meter shell 1 and can pull the gear drum 72 to reset when the gear drum 72 is loosened.

When the rotating column 64 rotates for one circle, the pushing component 71 can push the gear drum 72 to rotate for one gear, when the gear drum 72 rotates for one gear, the locking reset component 74 can enter the limiting groove 73, the gear drum 72 is prevented from resetting, meanwhile, the locking reset component also generates elastic force to pull the gear drum 72, so that the gear drum 72 has a resetting trend, when the gear drum 72 needs to reset, the locking reset component 74 is pressed, and the locking reset component 74 can leave the limiting groove 73 and pull the gear drum 72 to reset.

As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pushing member 71 includes: the two ends of the sliding rod 711 are fixedly connected with the water meter shell 1 and are distributed on the two sides of the first rotating assembly 5, and sliding sleeves 712 capable of sliding on the sliding rod 711 are sleeved on the sliding rods 711 on the two sides; a moving slot 713, both ends of which are fixedly connected with the adjacent ends of the sliding sleeves 712 at both sides, the rotating column 64 can slide on the moving slot 713 and drive the moving slot 713 to move, and the moving slot 713 is fixed with a connecting piece 714 which can move under the drive of the moving slot 713; the coordination sleeve 715 is fixedly connected with the connecting piece 714, a coordination rod 716 capable of sliding on the coordination sleeve 715 is arranged on the coordination sleeve 715, a rack 717 is fixedly arranged at one end of the coordination rod 716 far away from the coordination sleeve 715, and the rack 717 can be meshed with the gear cylinder 72 and drive the gear cylinder 72 to rotate; and a second elastic member 718 fixed between the coordination sleeve 715 and the rack 717 for urging the rack 717 to engage with the gear cylinder 72.

Driven by the rotary post 64, the rotary post 64 is rotated while being slidable in the moving groove 713, meanwhile, the rotary column 64 can drive the moving groove 713 to reciprocate left and right, the moving groove 713 reciprocates left and right to drive the sliding sleeve 712 to reciprocate left and right along the sliding rod 711, thereby ensuring the stability of the movement of the moving slot 713, the movement of the moving slot 713 can make the connecting piece 714 (the connecting piece 714 is a connecting rod) move through the coordination sleeve 715 and the coordination rod 716 to drive the rack 717 to move, when the rack 717 moves to the right, the rack 717 can drive the gear drum 72 to rotate by one gear, and is locked by the lock resetting part 74 to prevent it from being reset, when the rack 717 moves to the left, due to the locking of the gear cylinder 72 by the lock return member 74, the rack 717 will move the coordination rod 716 upwards along the coordination sleeve 715 and compress the second elastic member 718 (the second elastic member 718 is embodied as a spring), thereby moving the rack 717 upwards and leftwards for return.

As shown in fig. 4, 6, 7 and 8, the lock reset device 74 includes, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the fixed column 741 is fixedly installed on the water meter housing 1, a guide sleeve 742 is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the fixed column 741, and a guide rod 743 capable of sliding in the guide sleeve 742 is arranged on the guide sleeve 742 in a matching mode; the arc sleeve 744 is distributed on two sides of the fixed column 741 and is internally provided with a cavity, a sliding block 745 is arranged in the cavity of the arc sleeve 744 in a sliding manner, and a third elastic element 746 (the third elastic element 746 is specifically a spring) is further fixed on one side of the sliding block 745, which is close to the other side; the two ends of the arc rod 747 extend into the arc sleeve 744 and are fixedly connected with the sliding block 745, a limiting rod 748 which can enter the limiting groove 73 is fixed on the arc rod 747, and a pressing handle 749 which extends out of the water meter shell 1 is fixedly arranged on the limiting rod 748; the reset sleeve 7410 is fixedly installed on the water meter housing 1, the reset sleeve 7410 is internally and fixedly provided with a fourth elastic member 7411 (the fourth elastic member 7411 is specifically a spring), the fourth elastic member 7411 (the fourth elastic member 7411 is specifically a spring) is fixedly provided with a pulling member 7412 extending out of the reset sleeve 7410, and the pulling member 7412 is simultaneously wound on the rotating shaft of the gear cylinder 72 for pulling the gear cylinder 72 to reset.

When the gear cylinder 72 rotates, the limiting groove 73 in the gear cylinder 72 also rotates, the limiting groove 73 rotates to enable the limiting rods 748 at two sides to move inwards, the limiting rods 748 move inwards to enable the arc rods 747 to drive the sliding blocks 745 to move close to each other along the cavities of the arc sleeves 744 and compress the third elastic members 746 (the third elastic members 746 are specifically springs), after the limiting groove 73 rotates for one gear, under the pushing of the third elastic members 746 (the third elastic members 746 are specifically springs), the limiting rods 748 can enter the limiting grooves 73 again to limit the gear cylinder 72 to rotate, at this time, the fourth elastic members 7411 (the fourth elastic members 7411 are specifically springs) are in an elongated state, when the pointer of the third instrument panel 10 needs to be reset, the pressing handle 749 is pressed to enable the limiting rods 748 to leave the limiting grooves 73, at this time, under the pulling of the fourth elastic members 7411 (the fourth elastic members 7411 are specifically springs), pulling element 7412 pulls the gear drum to rotate and reset.

In this embodiment, one surface of the limit rod 748 is an inclined surface, so that the gear cylinder 72 can only rotate clockwise but not counterclockwise, and the pulling element 7412 may be a rigid member such as a wire rope, which is not limited herein.
