s1, weighing the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing powder, the plastic expanding agent, the welan gum, the redispersible latex powder, the sodium hexametaphosphate, the sodium tripolyphosphate, the citric acid and the sodium gluconate according to a proper mass ratio for later use;

s2, putting the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing powder, the plastic expanding agent, the welan gum, the redispersible latex powder, the sodium hexametaphosphate, the sodium tripolyphosphate, the citric acid and the sodium gluconate weighed in the S1 into a mixing container of a resonance mixer;
