Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of lubricating materials, and particularly relates to high-temperature-resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the development of industrial science and technology, the production working conditions are increasingly complex, and the performance requirements on the lubricating oil are continuously improved. Under the working condition of high temperature, common synthetic oil, mineral oil and silicone oil are easy to be oxidized and deteriorated and can not meet the use requirements. Perfluoropolyether lubricating oil is widely applied in harsh working conditions due to excellent low volatility, chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature characteristics and lubricating characteristics. However, in actual use, it was found that metal parts of the relevant equipment using the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil were rusted. Meanwhile, under the condition that certain metals such as Ti, Al and alloys thereof, metal oxides and metal fluorides exist, the degradation temperature of the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil can be reduced, so that the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil is unstable at high temperature, and the use of the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil under certain working conditions is seriously limited.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a high-temperature-resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof, so as to improve the high-temperature stability and the antirust performance of the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil, and further reduce the equipment corrosion and oil loss.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a high-temperature-resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil which comprises, based on the total mass of the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil, 80-95% by mass of base oil, 1-10% by mass (for example, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, and the like) of a high-temperature-resistant stabilizer, and 1-10% by mass (for example, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, and the like) of an antirust additive.

In some embodiments, the high temperature stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of one or more of perfluoropolyether modified aromatic amines, perfluoropolyether modified imidazolines, perfluoropolyether modified selenides, and perfluoropolyether modified phenylphosphides. The perfluoropolyether-modified imidazolines are, for example, linear perfluoropolyethers having an imidazoline ring as a terminal group. For example, the high temperature resistant stabilizer is selected from one or more of perfluoropolyether triarylamine derivatives, perfluoropolyether modified imidazolines, and perfluoropolyether modified triphenyl phosphorothionates. The high temperature resistant stabilizer used can be obtained from commercial sources, such as perfluoropolyether modified triphenyl phosphorothionate provided by Taicang chemical environmental protection chemical company Limited. The compound with the fluorine-containing ether structure is used as a high-temperature-resistant stabilizer, and is easily dissolved in perfluoropolyether oil, so that the stability effect is more fully exerted. In some embodiments, the perfluoropolyether-modified imidazolines are compounds of the following structural formula (I) in chinese patent application CN108728207A (CN 201810633975):

Figure BDA0002193767620000021

wherein Rf in the formula (I) is

Figure BDA0002193767620000022

Wherein m is more than or equal to 1, and n is more than or equal to 1; the molecular weight is 2500g/mol-3800 g/mol. This document CN 201810633975 is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety, and the compounds of formula (I), methods for their preparation are described in CN 201810633975.

In some embodiments, the rust inhibiting additive is selected from the group consisting of one or more of polychlorotrifluoroethylene oil, perfluoropolyether-modified benzimidazole derivatives, perfluoropolyether-modified amides, and perfluoroalkyl compounds. In some preferred embodiments, the rust inhibiting additive is selected from one or more of the group consisting of polychlorotrifluoroethylene oil, perfluoropolyether-modified benzimidazole derivatives, such as perfluoropolyether-modified diphenylimidazole, and perfluoropolyether-modified amides, such as polyperfluoromethyl ethyl ether benzamide. The rust inhibiting additives used are commercially available from, for example, polychlorotrifluoroethylene oils commercially available from, for example, the petrochemical lubricating oil company, Inc., such as perfluoropolyether-modified diphenylimidazoles available from the New materials technology, Inc., of Jinnfujun.

In some embodiments, in the high temperature resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil of the present invention, the base oil is a Z-type perfluoropolyether having a chemical formula as follows:

Figure BDA0002193767620000023

wherein m and n in the formula a are integers, m is more than or equal to 1, and n is more than or equal to 1; the weight average molecular weight thereof is 10000-20000g/mol, preferably 15000-20000 g/mol.

In some embodiments, the lubricating oil obtained by using the Z-type perfluoropolyether as the base oil, the perfluoropolyether modified imidazoline and/or perfluoropolyether modified triphenyl phosphorothionate as the high-temperature stabilizer and the perfluoropolyether modified diphenyl imidazole and/or polychlorotrifluoroethylene oil as the antirust additive shows excellent high-temperature stability and antirust performance.

Preferably, imidazoline substances modified by perfluoropolyether and diphenyl imidazole modified by perfluoropolyether are respectively used as a high-temperature stabilizer and an antirust additive, or triphenyl phosphorothionate modified by perfluoropolyether and polychlorotrifluoroethylene oil are respectively used as a high-temperature stabilizer and an antirust additive, so that the high-temperature stability and the antirust performance of the perfluoropolyether lubricating oil can be obviously improved.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

weighing the components according to the proportion, heating the base oil to 50-80 ℃, adding the antirust additive and the high-temperature resistant stabilizer, stirring and carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and filtering to obtain the high-temperature resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil. In some embodiments, the sonication is performed in a water bath, e.g., a water bath sonicator, at a temperature of 50 to 70 ℃, for a sonication time of, e.g., 0.5 to 2 hours; the stirring time is, for example, 0.5 to 2 hours.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the high-temperature-resistant antirust perfluoropolyether lubricating oil can be applied to high-temperature working condition equipment, plays a good role in lubrication and protection, and has excellent high-temperature resistance and antirust performance. The perfluoropolyether lubricating oil can provide better high-temperature stability and antirust performance, and further reduce equipment corrosion and oil loss.
