step 1, adding base oil into a blending kettle, heating to 100-110 ℃, adding neutral barium sulfonate, barium alkyl benzene sulfonate and high-base-number calcium sulfonate into the base oil, stirring the base oil in the adding process, and then stirring the mixed solution in the blending kettle for 1 hour at controlled temperature;

step 2, cooling the mixing kettle to reduce the temperature of the mixed liquid obtained in the step 1 to 80-90 ℃, adding oxidized paraffin butyl ester, an emulsifier and an antioxidant into the mixed liquid, and stirring the mixed liquid in the mixing kettle for 1-2 hours at a controlled temperature;

and 3, cooling the temperature of the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 to room temperature, adding solvent oil into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, and filtering out impurities by using a filter bag with the aperture of 1-1.5 mu m to obtain a finished antirust oil product, wherein the preparation is finished.

When the existing bearing anti-rust oil is adopted by the method, the bearing can be ensured not to be rusted within two years, but the existing bearing anti-rust oil belongs to lubricating oil type bearing anti-rust oil, after the storage period of two years, the oil film of the bearing anti-rust oil on the surface of the bearing is dried and becomes yellow spots, the main reason is that the existing bearing anti-rust oil system is not stable enough, the base oil is easy to oxidize and corrosion inhibitor is easy to separate out, the oxidation of the base oil and the separation of the corrosion inhibitor are shown on the surface of the bearing as the dried yellow spots or yellow spots, so the service life of the bearing anti-rust oil reaches the limit when the yellow spots appear, if the bearing needs to be stored for more than two years, namely the service life of the existing bearing anti-rust oil is difficult to reach more than two years; the existing bearing anti-rust oil belongs to lubricating oil type bearing anti-rust oil with a thick oil film, and is not easy to remove when the bearing anti-rust oil is replaced. A preparation method of long-life bearing rust preventive oil comprises the following steps:

step 1, adding base oil into a blending kettle, heating to 100-110 ℃, adding neutral barium sulfonate, barium alkyl benzene sulfonate and high-base-number calcium sulfonate into the base oil, stirring the base oil in the adding process, and stirring the mixed solution in the blending kettle for 1-1.5 hours at controlled temperature;

step 2, cooling the mixing kettle to reduce the temperature of the mixed liquid obtained in the step 1 to 80-90 ℃, adding oxidized paraffin butyl ester, an emulsifier and an antioxidant into the mixed liquid, and stirring the mixed liquid in the mixing kettle for 1-2 hours at a controlled temperature;

and 3, cooling the temperature of the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 to room temperature, adding solvent oil into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, and filtering out impurities by using a filter bag with the aperture of 1-1.5 mu m to obtain a finished antirust oil product, wherein the preparation is finished.

In the invention, the base oil consists of poly α olefin and hydrorefined mineral oil, wherein the poly α olefin has relatively strong inoxidizability, the hydrorefined mineral oil has relatively strong antirust additive sensitivity, and after the two components are mixed according to the proportion in the invention, the base oil has both improved inoxidizability and good antirust additive sensitivity.

The anti-oxidation performance of the rust-proof oil is improved by further adding an antioxidant into the rust-proof oil, wherein the antioxidant can be a mixture of a 2, 6-butylphenol derivative and butyloctyldiphenylamine, the 2, 6-butylphenol derivative and the butyloctyldiphenylamine belong to phenol antioxidants and amine antioxidants, and the rotating oxygen bomb oxidation time for adding the 2, 6-butylphenol derivative and the butyloctyldiphenylamine in the rust-proof oil is 1.8 times that for independently adding the 2, 6-butylphenol derivative and 1.4 times that for independently adding the butyloctyldiphenylamine.
