The traveling trolley driving device 27 comprises a traveling trolley driving rack 271 arranged on a traveling trolley slide rail seat 250, a traveling trolley driving motor 270 is arranged on the traveling trolley 26, a traveling trolley driving gear 272 is arranged on an output shaft of the traveling trolley driving motor 270, the traveling trolley driving gear 272 is meshed with the traveling trolley driving rack 271, in the embodiment, the traveling trolley driving rack 271 is welded on the traveling trolley slide rail seat 250, a groove 2500 for avoiding the position of the traveling trolley driving gear 272 is formed in the traveling trolley slide rail seat 250, the groove 2500 can provide an avoiding position for the traveling trolley driving gear 272, the traveling trolley driving gear 272 is completely meshed with the traveling trolley driving rack 271, and the driving stability is improved.

With the above arrangement, the traveling trolley slide rail 251 supports the traveling trolley 26 through the traveling trolley travel wheel 252, when the traveling trolley 26 needs to move, the traveling trolley driving motor 270 is started, the output shaft of the traveling trolley driving motor 270 rotates to drive the traveling trolley driving gear 272 to rotate, and since the traveling trolley driving rack 271 is fixed on the traveling cart 22 through the traveling trolley slide rail seat 250, the traveling trolley driving gear 272 can rotate to drive the traveling trolley 26 to move stably along the traveling trolley slide rail 251.

The second belt conveyor 24 and the first belt conveyor 28 have the same structure, and the specific structure of the second belt conveyor 24 and the first belt conveyor 28 will be specifically described below by taking the first belt conveyor 28 as an example.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first belt conveyor 28 includes a first conveyor frame 280, a first driving wheel 281 is provided at one end of the first transferring bracket 280, a first driven wheel 282 is provided at the other end of the first transferring bracket 280, the first carrying driving means 283 is provided on the first carrying support 280 for driving the first driving wheel 281 to rotate, and in this embodiment, the first conveying driving device 283 includes a first conveying motor 2831 and a first conveying speed reducer 2832, an output shaft of the first conveying motor 2831 is connected with an input shaft of the first conveying speed reducer 2832, an output shaft of the first conveying speed reducer 2832 is connected with a first driving wheel 281, more than one set of first idler rollers 284 is provided on the first conveyor frame 280 between the first drive pulley and the first driven pulley, which, in this embodiment, the first carrier roller 284 is a V-shaped carrier roller, which is a mature prior art, and the specific structure thereof is not described again; a first conveyor belt 285 is provided around the first driving pulley 281, the first driven pulley 282, and the first carrier roller 284; two sides of the first conveying support 280 along the length direction of the first conveying support are respectively provided with a first tripper slide rail, the first tripper slide rail is provided with a first tripper 286, the first tripper 286 comprises a first tripper support, and the first tripper support is obliquely arranged on one side of the first conveying belt 285, in the embodiment, the first tripper support comprises a first tripper main support 2861 and a triangular first tripper sub-support 2862 connected with the first tripper main support 2861, the bottoms of the first tripper main support 2861 and the first tripper sub-support 2862 are respectively provided with a first tripper roller 287, wherein the bottom of the first tripper main support 2861 is symmetrically provided with four first tripper rollers; the bottom of the first discharge trolley auxiliary support 2862 is symmetrically provided with two first discharge trolley rollers, the first discharge trolley rollers 287 roll on the first discharge trolley slide rails, one inclined side of the first discharge trolley auxiliary support 2862 is provided with more than one group of first carrier rollers, the top of the first discharge trolley main support 2861 and the side surface of the first carrier roller positioned at the uppermost part are provided with a first top steering wheel 288, the bottom of the first discharge trolley is provided with a first bottom steering wheel 289, the first conveying belt 285 is arranged along the first carrier rollers on the inclined surface and bypasses the first top steering wheel 288 and the first bottom steering wheel 289, and the first discharge trolley 286 is connected with the traveling trolley 22;

The second belt conveying device comprises a second conveying support, a second driving wheel is arranged at one end of the second conveying support, a second driven wheel is arranged at the other end of the second conveying support, a second conveying driving device for driving the second driving wheel to rotate is arranged on the second conveying support, more than one group of second carrier rollers are arranged on the second conveying support and between the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel, and a second conveying belt is arranged around the second driving wheel, the second driven wheel and the second carrier rollers; the second conveying support is provided with a second unloading trolley slide rail, the second unloading trolley is arranged on the second unloading trolley slide rail and comprises a second unloading trolley support, the second unloading trolley support is arranged in a manner of being opposite to one side of the conveying direction of the second conveying belt in an inclined mode, a second unloading trolley roller is arranged at the bottom of the second unloading trolley support and rolls on the second unloading trolley slide rail, one side, inclined, of the second unloading trolley support is provided with more than one group of second carrier rollers, a top steering wheel is arranged at the top of the second unloading trolley and on the side face of the topmost second carrier roller, a bottom steering wheel is arranged at the bottom of the second unloading trolley, the second conveying belt is arranged along the second carrier rollers on the inclined plane, the top steering wheel and the bottom steering wheel are bypassed, and the second unloading trolley is connected with the traveling trolley.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the lifting mechanism includes more than three lifting devices 3 disposed between the hull 1 and the leveling frame device 4, in this embodiment, the number of the lifting devices 3 is four, four lifting devices 3 are disposed on the main deck 101 and are symmetrically disposed along the transverse and longitudinal center planes of the main deck 101, the lifting devices 3 include lifting winches 30 disposed on the hull 1, first steel cables 31 are wound on the lifting winches, movable pulleys 32 are disposed along the first steel cables 31, first fixed pulleys 33 are further disposed on the hull 1, the first steel cables 31 passing over the movable pulleys 32 pass over the first fixed pulleys 33, and the first steel cables 31 passing over the first fixed pulleys 33 pass over the movable pulleys 32 again and are connected to the hull 1; the ship body 1 is also provided with a steering pulley block which comprises a first horizontal steering pulley 34, a second horizontal steering pulley 35 and a vertical steering pulley 36, the movable pulley 32 is connected with a second steel wire rope 37, and the second steel wire rope 37 with one end connected with the movable pulley 32 passes through the first horizontal steering pulley 34, the second horizontal steering pulley 35 and the vertical steering pulley and then 36 is connected with the leveling frame device 4.

The first steel wire rope 31, the movable pulley 32 and the first fixed pulley 33 form a four-multiplying-power rope winding structure, the output power of the lifting hoisting winch 30 can be effectively reduced, namely, a low-power lifting hoisting winch can be selected, the cost is saved, when the leveling frame device 4 needs to be lifted, four lifting hoisting winches 30 are started simultaneously, the first steel wire rope 31 is wound on the lifting hoisting winch 30, the movable pulley 32 is pulled to move towards the lifting hoisting winch 30, the movable pulley 32 pulls the second steel wire rope 37 from the horizontal direction, the second steel wire rope 37 changes the force application direction twice through the horizontal steering of the first horizontal steering pulley 34 and the second horizontal steering pulley 35, and then the vertical steering of the vertical steering pulley 36 is carried out, the second steel wire rope 37 which is originally horizontally arranged is changed into the vertical direction arrangement, namely, the leveling frame device 4 can be pulled from the vertical direction.

As shown in fig. 12 to 18, the screed frame device 4 includes a rectangular base frame 40, and in this embodiment, the rectangular base frame 40 includes a transverse structural tube group and a longitudinal structural tube group connected to each other, the transverse structural tube group including a first structural tube 401 and a third structural tube 403 which are oppositely disposed; the longitudinal structural tube group comprises a second structural tube 402 and a fourth structural tube 404 which are oppositely arranged, and in the embodiment, the first structural tube 401, the second structural tube 402, the third structural tube 403 and the fourth structural tube 404 are hollow tubes.

The transverse structural tube group is provided with a buoyancy cavity, in this embodiment, the buoyancy cavity comprises a first buoyancy cavity 4010 arranged on the first structural tube 401 and a second buoyancy cavity 4030 arranged on the third structural tube 403; the center of the first buoyancy chamber 4010 coincides with the center of the first structural tube 401; the center of the second buoyancy chamber 4030 coincides with the center of the third structural tube 403; the pile leg device is arranged on the vertical structure pipe group.

A leveling frame cart driving device 44 for driving the leveling frame cart 41 to slide along the transverse direction of the square-shaped base frame 40 is arranged on the square-shaped base frame 40, in the embodiment, two sides of the square-shaped base frame along the transverse direction are respectively provided with one leveling frame cart driving device 44, the leveling frame cart driving device 44 comprises a cart driving wheel device 441 arranged on one side of the square-shaped base frame 40 along the transverse direction of the square-shaped base frame 40, the cart driving wheel device 441 comprises a cart driving wheel 4411, a cart driving motor 4410 for driving the cart driving wheel 4411 to rotate is arranged on the cart driving wheel device 441, a cart driven wheel device 442 is arranged on the other side of the square-shaped base frame 40, the cart driven wheel device 442 comprises a cart driven wheel 4421, a cart driving chain 443 is arranged between the cart driving wheel 4411 and the cart driven wheel 4421, and the cart driving chain 443 is connected with the leveling frame cart 41, the cart driving chain 443 selects a non-blocking anchor chain, the cart driving chain 443 bypasses a cart driving wheel 4411 and a cart driven wheel 4421, both ends of the cart driving chain 443 are provided with bolt pull rods 4431, two beams of the leveling frame cart 41 are respectively provided with a connecting lug 4131, through holes are formed in the connecting lugs 4131, the bolt pull rods 4431 at both ends of the cart driving chain 443 respectively penetrate through the through holes, and finally, screws 4432 are screwed on the bolt pull rods 4431 to connect the cart driving chain 443 with the leveling frame cart 41.

With the arrangement, when the leveling frame cart 41 needs to be moved, the cart driving motor 4410 is started, and the leveling frame cart 41 can move along the leveling frame cart sliding rail 411 through the cart driving chain 443; if it is desired to move the screed carriage 41 in the reverse direction, it is only necessary to reverse the carriage drive motor 4410.

Upright posts 401 are vertically arranged at four corners of the square-shaped base frame 40.
