Technical Field

The invention relates to a building structure and a construction method, in particular to an arch-forming enclosure structure of a guy cable fastening module and a construction method thereof.

Background

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides an arch-forming enclosure structure of a guy cable fastening module and a construction method thereof.

s400, extruding and clamping a waterproof pad between the locking edges of the fastening modules of the adjacent strip-shaped structural members, transversely connecting the strip-shaped structural members into plates through inhaul cables, and then fastening and fixing the plates;

s500, mounting and buckling a lock catch on the lock edge of the adjacent fastening module, and further connecting and fixing the plate; and

s600, detecting whether the fastening of the inhaul cable and the lock catch meets the construction safety requirement or not.

The construction method of the arch building envelope of the guy cable fastening module further comprises an auxiliary installation step, wherein before the step S100, the heat-insulating and noise-reducing material is filled into the tenon of the fastening module and the cavity of the base body.

The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings, which are provided for illustration purposes and the like:

referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a structural schematic view of a cable 2 fastening module 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along a line a-a of fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along a line B-B of fig. 1. The invention relates to an arch enclosing structure of a guy cable fastening module, which comprises: the fastening module 1 comprises a base body 11, and tenon parts 12 and mortise parts 13 arranged at two ends of the base body 11, wherein the tenon parts 12 and the mortise parts 13 are mutually matched, the tenon parts 12 and the mortise parts 13 of a plurality of fastening modules 1 are sequentially connected into a strip-shaped structural member (as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of sequential connection of cable fastening modules according to an embodiment of the present invention), the base body 11 is a cavity structural member, preferably a rectangular steel structural member, wherein the cavity is of a rectangular structure, cable holes 14 for connection are arranged in the cavity of the base body 11, cable holes 14 are respectively arranged at one side of the inner wall of the cavity of the base body 11 close to the tenon parts 12 and one side of the inner wall of the cavity of the base body 11 close to the mortise parts 13, and the axes of the cable holes 14 at two sides are located on the same plane, that is the cable holes; and the cable 2 is penetrated in the cable hole 14 and used for transversely connecting a plurality of strip-shaped structural members into a plate (as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a transverse connection schematic diagram of a cable fastening module according to an embodiment of the invention). step S500, mounting and fastening the latch 3 on the locking edge 15 of the adjacent fastening module 1, and further connecting and fixing the plate, as shown in fig. 6; and

and S600, detecting whether the fastening of the inhaul cable 2 and the lock catch 3 meets the construction safety requirement.

The present embodiment may further include an auxiliary installation step, in which the thermal insulation and noise reduction material 6 is filled into the cavity of the tongue and the base 11 of the fastening module 1 before step S100.

Compared with the prior art, the spliced stay cable enclosure structure has a simple structure through the stay cable 2, the upright lockrand 15 and the enclosure structure of the tenon-and-mortise connection steel structure module, the whole enclosure structure system is composed of standardized steel structure modules with the same size and shape, the industrial batch production is convenient, and the cost is reduced, wherein the sizes of the base body 11, the tenon part 12 and the mortise part 13 of the fastening module 1 of the steel structure, the wall thickness of the cavity, the proportional relation and the assembly relation among the base body, the tenon part 12 and the mortise part 13, the sizes, the strength, the materials, the assembly relation and the like of the stay cable and the lock catch can be set according to the actual needs according to the related building standards; the gravity of the structural system is shared by the guy cable 2 and the external support rod, and the stress is clear and reasonable; the enclosure structure mainly adopts mortise and tenon joint installation, does not involve welding, can be connected and fixed by a small amount of bolts, is accurate and convenient to install and disassemble, and can save manpower in a large scale and shorten the construction period; the fastening module 1, the inhaul cable 2, the lock catch 3 and other components can be used repeatedly, and materials are saved to the maximum extent; the enclosure functions of heat preservation, sound insulation, water prevention and the like are highly integrated with the support structure, so that the support and the enclosure structure are integrated; structures such as an inflation pipeline and a lamp clamping groove are integrated with the fastening module 1, so that the indoor space of the building is optimized.
