step two, blanking, processing and manufacturing steel; according to the design requirements of the spiral staircase, firstly, lofting is carried out on steel, and then the steel is cut;
step three, erecting a pre-assembled jig frame with adjustable elevation; the lifting hydraulic device (2) is arranged on the upright post (3), the upright post (3) and the cross rod (4) are assembled into a frame body and are fixed by bolts and nuts (5), the bottom of the upright post (3) is provided with a roller (6), and the upper part of the frame body is provided with a construction platform plate (1);
step four, manufacturing the fixture; manufacturing a ladder section beam connecting clamp (9) with a bolt hole according to the size of the flange of the ladder section beam (7), and manufacturing a fixed connecting steel plate (8); bolts (10) are welded at the corner of the angle steel (14) and the end part of the flange, and bolt holes (15) are punched at corresponding positions of a web plate of the ladder section beam (7) to form a step plate positioning clamp;

Background
Spiral stairs, also known as spiral stairs, are usually arranged around a single column. The utility model is popular because of the streamline and beautiful appearance and the space saving. The traditional vertical stairs are suitable for various buildings and have high safety because of early development and wide application. However, the spiral stairs have relatively complex structures and unique structures, so that the construction difficulty is high and the construction speed is slow. In order to solve the problems, it is important to find a spiral stair and a construction method which can be constructed quickly and have high construction quality.

the rubber support and ladder section pre-installation device mainly comprises ladder sections, rubber supports, bolts and nuts, wherein the bottoms of the ladder sections are bonded with the rubber supports, and the ladder sections are fixedly connected with the rubber supports through the bolts and the nuts;
the multidimensional detachable adjusting device around the cushion stone mainly comprises an abutment, the cushion stone, a jack and a traction device, the cushion stone is arranged above the abutment, the jack supporting bench section is arranged on one side of the cushion stone, the traction device is arranged around the cushion stone, and the traction device is connected with the cushion stone through a rope.

step three, erecting a pre-assembled jig frame with adjustable elevation; the lifting hydraulic device is arranged on the upright column, the upright column and the cross rod are assembled into a frame body and are fixed by bolts and nuts, the bottom of the upright column is provided with a roller, and the upper part of the frame body is provided with a construction platform plate;
step four, manufacturing the fixture; manufacturing a ladder section beam connecting clamp with a bolt hole according to the size of the flange of the ladder section beam, and manufacturing a fixed connecting steel plate; welding bolts at the angle part of the angle steel and the end part of the flange, and drilling bolt holes at corresponding positions of a web plate of the ladder section beam to form a step plate positioning clamp;

step six, ladder section transportation; according to a field assembly plan, transporting the pre-assembled bench and other components to the field in advance, and reserving certain road time;
seventhly, connecting the abutment with the bench; arranging a cushion stone on the abutment, adjusting the position of the cushion stone by adopting a multidimensional detachable adjusting device around the cushion stone, marking a center on the cushion stone, and matching the center of the rubber support with the center of the cushion stone during installation to ensure that the support is accurately positioned;
step eight, assembling the bench on site; the temporary fixing supports fixed on the installed bench beams are utilized to assist assembling of the bench, and the temporary fixing supports are dismantled after the spiral stair is assembled.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the ladder section beam connecting and fixing clamp can accurately butt joint two sections of ladder section beams, is firmly fixed, and can be detached after the two sections of ladder section beams are welded, so that the operation is simple and rapid; and the bench beam connecting and fixing clamp can be recycled and reused.
(2) The elevation-adjustable pre-assembled jig frame can be lifted, can meet various different operation heights, and has higher technical benefit.
(3) The temporary fixing support fixed on the installed stair section beam of the invention erects the support on the installed stair section beam, thereby avoiding the erection of the support from the ground, greatly reducing the workload and accelerating the construction progress.
