Background

The existing three-dimensional printer is not provided with a locking device, and a door can be opened randomly in the printing process of the existing three-dimensional printer, so that the whole printing environment is exposed outdoors, printing failure can be caused due to the fact that an interfering object enters a construction chamber of the printer, materials are wasted, and corresponding time is wasted.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a safe and intelligent three-dimensional printer safety door lock device convenient to operate and control.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a three-dimensional printer safety door lock device comprises an outer shell arranged on the inner wall of the opening and closing side of a three-dimensional printer, a guide sleeve fixed on the outer shell and extending forwards and backwards, a bolt component connected in the guide sleeve in a sliding manner, and a locking component arranged on the rear side of the bolt component; the bolt component comprises a soft magnetic suction head, a fixed rod and a clamping ring which are sequentially connected from front to back; a fixed ring is arranged in the guide sleeve, and an elastic part A is arranged between the fixed ring and the soft magnetic suction head; the locking assembly comprises a limiting swing arm hinged on the outer shell, an elastic trigger piece arranged on the rear side of the limiting swing arm and a linkage rod connected between the limiting swing arm and the elastic trigger piece; the elastic trigger part is pushed by the clamping ring to perform telescopic displacement so as to draw the limiting swing arm to swing back and forth; the soft magnetic suction head is connected with a power supply circuit, the power supply circuit is provided with a breaking point A and a breaking point B, the breaking point A is arranged on the front end face of the soft magnetic suction head, and a conducting strip A corresponding to the breaking point A is arranged on the inner side of a switch door of the three-dimensional printer; and the circuit breaking point B is arranged on the clamping ring, and the limiting swing arm is provided with a conducting strip B corresponding to the circuit breaking point B.

A three-dimensional printer safety door lock device comprises an outer shell 1 arranged on the inner wall of the opening and closing side of a three-dimensional printer, a guide sleeve 2 fixed on the outer shell 1 and extending forwards and backwards, a bolt component 3 connected in the guide sleeve 2 in a sliding manner, and a locking component 4 arranged on the rear side of the bolt component 3;

the bolt component 3 comprises a soft magnetic suction head 3-1, a fixed rod 3-2 and a clamping ring 3-3 which are sequentially connected from front to back; a fixed ring 2-1 is arranged in the guide sleeve 2, and an elastic part A2-2 is arranged between the fixed ring 2-1 and the soft magnetic suction head 3-1;

the locking assembly 4 comprises a limiting swing arm 4-1 hinged on the outer shell 1, an elastic trigger piece arranged at the rear side of the limiting swing arm 4-1 and a linkage rod 4-4 connected between the limiting swing arm 4-1 and the elastic trigger piece; the elastic trigger part is pushed by a clamping ring 3-3 to perform telescopic displacement so as to draw a limiting swing arm 4-1 to swing back and forth;

The soft magnetic suction head 3-1 comprises a soft magnet A and a soft magnet B which are arranged at intervals; when latched, conductive tab A5-3 contacts both soft-magnetic body A and soft-magnetic body B.

The soft magnetic suction head 3-1 can adopt an electromagnet.

The front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1 is provided with a hook groove, and the hook groove is matched with the inner side wall of the front end part of the snap ring 3-3.

The circuit breaking point B5-2 is located on the inner side wall of the front end portion of the clamping ring 3-3, and the conducting strip B5-4 is arranged in the hook groove.

The elastic trigger piece comprises a baffle 4-2 and an elastic piece B4-3 arranged on the rear side of the baffle 4-2, and the resilience force of the elastic piece A2-2 is larger than that of the elastic piece B4-3.

The front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1 is provided with a vertical limiting plate 4-5.

An inclined limiting plate 4-6 is arranged on the rear side of the limiting swing arm 4-1.

The vertical limiting plate 4-5 and the oblique limiting plate 4-6 are used for limiting the swing area of the limiting swing arm 4-1, and the running stability of the whole mechanism is ensured.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the door of the three-dimensional printer is in an open state, the snap ring 3-3 is positioned on the front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1, and the circuit breaking point B5-2 is not closed; the soft magnetic tip 3-1 and the conductive piece A5-3 are separated, and the disconnection point A5-1 is not closed (see FIG. 1).

When the door is closed, a conducting strip A5-3 fixed on the door firstly contacts the soft magnetic suction head 3-1, and a circuit breaking point A5-1 is closed; the door is continuously pressed, the snap ring 3-3 moves backwards, the limiting swing arm 4-1 is pushed to swing towards the inclined lower side along the hinged shaft of the limiting swing arm, and when the limiting swing arm 4-1 is separated from the front end of the snap ring 3-3, the limiting swing arm rapidly restores to the vertical state under the action of the elastic piece B4-3 and the linkage rod 4-4;

at the moment, the limiting swing arm 4-1 is positioned at the inner ring of the clamping ring 3-3, the conducting strip B5-4 on the limiting swing arm 4-1 is in contact with the open circuit point B5-2 of the inner ring of the clamping ring 3-3 (the open circuit point B5-2 and the conducting strip B5-4 are kept in a compression state through the elastic piece A2-2), the power supply circuit 5 of the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 forms a closed loop, the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 forms magnetic attraction to suck the door, and the door closing operation is completed (see fig. 2-3).

When the door needs to be opened, the door is continuously pressed, the retainer ring 3-3 pushes the baffle 4-2 to move towards the rear side, the limiting swing arm 4-1 swings obliquely along the hinged shaft by being pulled by the linkage rod 4-4 until the limiting swing arm 4-1 is separated from the inner ring of the retainer ring 3-3, the circuit breaking point B5-2 is disconnected at the moment, and the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 loses the magnetic attraction force;

then the operator removes the force, the snap ring 3-3 moves forward rapidly under the action of the restoring force of the elastic piece A2-2, the door is bounced open, the limiting swing arm 4-1 returns to the vertical state under the action of the elastic piece B4-3, and the snap ring 3-3 is positioned at the front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1 at the moment, so that the door opening operation is completed (see fig. 4-5).

In another embodiment, the power supply circuit 5 is also connected in series with an upper computer 6 for controlling the operation of the three-dimensional printer. When the three-dimensional printer works, if the midway door is opened, the printing operation can be automatically terminated.
