Sulfur hexafluoride is a stable gas which is colorless, odorless, nontoxic and noncombustible, and from the middle of the 60 s, sulfur hexafluoride is widely used as an insulating medium of high-voltage electrical equipment, sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated fully-closed switchgear occupies a much smaller area than conventional open high-voltage power distribution equipment, and the operation of the sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated fully-closed switchgear is not affected by external weather and environmental conditions, so that the sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated fully-closed switchgear is not only widely used in ultrahigh-voltage and extra-high-voltage power systems, but also has begun to be used in power distribution networks. The sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated pipeline power transmission line has the advantages of small dielectric loss and large transmission capacity, and can be used in high-fall occasions, so that the sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated pipeline power transmission line is commonly used for outlet wires of hydropower stations to replace conventional oil-filled cables, and the sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated transformer has the advantages of fire prevention and explosion prevention, and is particularly suitable for power supply of densely populated areas and high-rise buildings.

Aiming at the defects, the invention discloses a portable full-automatic alarm gas supplementing device and a using method thereof, which can automatically detect the pressure of sulfur hexafluoride of electrical equipment using sulfur hexafluoride in a transformer substation, alarm in time when sulfur hexafluoride leaks and supplement gas automatically.

The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a portable full-automatic alarming air supplement device comprises an air storage tank, a pneumatic self-regulating valve, a buffer tank, a dehumidification tank and a control system; the pneumatic self-regulating valve is electrically connected with a control system, and the control system is established based on a PLC.

The use method of the portable full-automatic alarm air supplementing device comprises the following steps:

s1, installing a sulfur hexafluoride gas pressure gauge on sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment, and then transmitting detected pressure data to a control system of a portable full-automatic alarm gas supplementing device;

s2, when the pressure value is smaller than a normal value set by the control system, the control system controls the pneumatic self-regulating valve to open for air supplement operation, the supplemented air rushes off a baffle plate at an inlet of the buffer tank to enter the buffer tank, and then the supplemented air enters sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment after moisture is absorbed by the dehumidification tank;

s3, when air is supplied, the spring is pulled by the baffle, and meanwhile, the pressure sensor at the tail end of the spring detects the tensile force borne by the spring and transmits the detection data to the control system; when the pulling force exceeds a limit value, the control system starts an audible and visual alarm to give an alarm, and simultaneously adjusts the opening of the pneumatic self-regulating valve to reduce the gas entering the buffer tank;

and S4, when the pressure of sulfur hexafluoride gas of the sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment reaches a normal value, the control system closes the pneumatic self-regulating valve, the gas is stopped to be supplemented, and the baffle plate is reset under the action of the spring to completely block the inlet of the buffer tank.
