Background

On a novel dry cement production line, the distribution of air quantity for a kiln and a decomposing furnace is realized by controlling the opening degree of a kiln tail necking and a tertiary air flashboard. The tertiary air gate plate is an important part for operating and controlling the kiln system, and has the main function of regulating and controlling the balance between the air volume used in the cement kiln and the air volume used in the decomposing furnace, and directly influencing the running rate of the cement kiln and the cement quality, so that the tertiary air gate plate has extremely high requirements on the reliability.

The domestic tertiary air flashboard usually adopts a heat-resistant steel butterfly valve, a heat-resistant steel flashboard gate or a heat-resistant steel castable gate, and common faults thereof are as follows: the gate plate is deformed and blocked, the castable is peeled and worn, and the gate plate is broken and damaged.

From the special working condition of the tertiary air pipe and the working environment of the flashboard, the heat-resistant steel butterfly valve has shorter service life which is only about 3 months because the whole flashboard is positioned in the tertiary air pipe and is directly contacted with high-temperature air flow; the service life of the heat-resistant steel flashboard gate is longer than that of a disc gate, the shaft and the flashboard are in direct contact with high-temperature airflow, and the flashboard shaft is seriously bent, cannot rotate and even is broken and damaged after being used for 4-6 months; the refractory steel castable gate plate is peeled off due to different thermal stresses, partially oxidized and burnt out due to leakage, and can be generally used for only 6-8 months if the gate plate is not blocked.

The tertiary air temperature is up to 1050 ℃, the tertiary air has a large amount of clinker particles, contains gas components such as chlorine, alkali and the like, has a scouring and eroding effect on the gate plate, and accelerates the erosion and abrasion of the tertiary air gate plate along with the temperature rise caused by full load, overload operation and misoperation of the cement kiln. As the tertiary air flashboard is gradually worn and loses the adjusting capability, the balance of the air for the decomposing furnace and the air for the kiln is damaged. The air quantity entering the kiln is reduced, the coal consumption at the kiln head is increased, the pulverized coal is not completely combusted, the reducing atmosphere in the kiln is serious, the FCaO content is higher, the quality of cement clinker is reduced, and the production cost of cement enterprises is increased.

At present, erosion and abrasion of the tertiary air gate plate are mainly accelerated due to the fact that clinker particles deposit and adhere near the tertiary air gate plate; meanwhile, the whole set of tertiary air flashboard is 3-5 tons in weight, is inconvenient to overhaul and replace, is difficult to install, has long overhaul period and cannot meet the market demand.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tertiary air adjusting device for a cement kiln, which has the effects of erosion resistance and abrasion resistance and is simple and convenient to operate.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.

In the present invention, the structure of the boss 3 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the flow velocity of the intake air at the bottom of the kiln tail 1, it is preferable that the boss 3 has a trapezoidal cross section along the direction of the air flow. The kiln tail 1 is provided with a necking structure by the arrangement of the lug boss 3, so that the air inlet flow speed at the bottom of the kiln tail 1 is improved, and the deposition of clinker particles is further avoided. In order to further enhance the effect of the boss 3, it is preferable that the slope of the intake side of the boss 3 is smaller than the slope of the exhaust side of the boss 3. In particular, the larger gradient of the air inlet side can not only improve the air speed, but also further avoid the deposition of clinker particles on the air inlet side.

In the present embodiment, the rotation of the butterfly valve 2 can be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the convenience of the operation of the butterfly valve 2, it is preferable that the tip of the hanging single shaft 18 extends to the outside of the kiln tail 1, and a turntable bearing 8 is fixed to the tip of the hanging single shaft 18, the turntable bearing 8 is connected to a transmission gear 7, and the transmission gear 7 is engaged with an output shaft of the motor. Therefore, as long as the motor is started, the turntable bearing 8 can be driven to rotate through the transmission gear 7, and the butterfly valve 2 is driven to open and close.

In the invention, in order to further avoid the damage of the kiln tail 1 from influencing the normal operation of the tertiary air adjusting device, the inner wall of the kiln tail 1 of the cement kiln is preferably provided with a castable layer 5 and a calcium silicate layer 6 from inside to outside in sequence. Therefore, the normal work of the kiln tail 1 of the cement kiln is effectively ensured through the dual guarantee of the castable layer 5 and the calcium silicate layer 6.

In the above embodiment, the specific structure of the butterfly valve 2 can be selected within a wide range, but in order to further ensure the convenience of installation of the butterfly valve 2, it is preferable that the cross section of the kiln tail 1 is circular, and the butterfly valve 2 includes a rich butterfly valve skeleton and a plurality of prefabricated blades 12, and the prefabricated blades 12 are vertically fixed on the rich butterfly valve skeleton.

In the above embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of the prefabricated blade 12 in the working process, preferably, the rich butterfly valve skeleton includes the main skeleton 9 and a plurality of sets of horizontal skeletons 11, and the horizontal skeleton 11 is obliquely fixed on the main skeleton 9, and the tail end of the horizontal skeleton 11 is inclined upwards, and the included angle formed by the horizontal skeleton 11 and the horizontal plane is not less than 5 °, and the top of the main skeleton 9 is fixed on the suspension type single shaft 18. The inclined arrangement of the transverse framework 11 can avoid the prefabricated blades 12 from falling off from the transverse framework 11.

On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to further improve the stability and the service life of the prefabricated blade 12, preferably, each group of the transverse frameworks 11 includes at least two transverse bones, at least two slot holes 14 are formed in the prefabricated blade 12 along the horizontal direction, and the transverse bones can be inserted into the slot holes 14; the top of the prefabricated blade 12 is provided with one of a V-shaped groove 16 and a V-shaped protrusion 15, the bottom of the prefabricated blade 12 is provided with the other of a V-shaped groove 16 and a V-shaped protrusion 15, and the V-shaped protrusion 15 is capable of mating with the V-shaped groove 16. The cooperation of slotted hole 14 and horizontal skeleton 11 then makes prefabricated blade 12 need not the bolt to improve the installation convenience of prefabricated blade 12, the slope setting of horizontal skeleton 11 simultaneously makes prefabricated blade 12 lean on dead weight locking, further improved the stability of prefabricated blade 12. Meanwhile, the coupling assembly structure of the V-shaped groove 16 and the V-shaped protrusion 15 can prevent external clinker particles or dust from entering the inside of the structure of the prefabricated blade 12, so that the service life of the prefabricated blade 12 is prolonged.

Furthermore, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of the prefabricated blades 12, it is preferable that the included angle is 8 to 10 °, and the number of the prefabricated blades 12 is 12.

In addition, in order to further improve the stability of the prefabricated blade 12, preferably, a clamping groove 17 is formed in the surface of the prefabricated blade 12 along the vertical direction, the nesting sleeve 13 can be clamped in the clamping groove 17, and the nesting sleeve 13 and the rich-shaped butterfly valve framework are fixed through a fixing piece. Therefore, the nesting 13 can further assemble the prefabricated blade 12 into an integral structure, and meanwhile, the prefabricated blade 12 can be fixed on the rich butterfly valve framework to further improve the stability of the prefabricated blade 12.

Finally, in addition to the above embodiments, in order to further improve the service life of the prefabricated blade 12, it is preferable that the material of the tornado-shaped butterfly valve frame is 0Cr25Ni20 steel, and the material of the prefabricated blade 12 is a high-alumina silicon carbide refractory. The two materials can ensure free expansion of the round butterfly valve framework and the prefabricated blade 12, so that the situation that the butterfly valve is damaged due to the fact that the expansion difference between the prefabricated blade 12 and the round butterfly valve framework is too large is avoided.
