When the flowmeter is used, firstly, the flowmeter is connected with a pipeline through the left flange 2 and the right flange 3, and then, the counter 4 is installed in the fluid pipe 1 through the matching of nuts and bolts; when turbid sewage flows from right to left, the cross section of the fluid pipe 1 is hourglass-shaped, so that the pipe diameter of the fluid pipe 1 is gradually reduced and then gradually increased, when the sewage is positioned at the narrow part of the hourglass-shaped fluid pipe 1, the dynamic pressure reaches the maximum value, the static pressure reaches the minimum value, the speed of the sewage rises due to the change of the cross section area of the fluid pipe 1, and the rotating unit 5 is positioned on the left side of the narrow part of the hourglass-shaped fluid pipe 1, so that the rotating unit 5 can timely receive the flow speed to generate rotation counting; when the fan blades 53 drive the rotating disc 51 to rotate, impurities in the sewage can be thrown to the outside, the impurities in the sewage move towards the downhill position of the hourglass-shaped fluid pipe 1 and are influenced by the gradient of the downhill position, the flow rate of the sewage is high and the pressure intensity is low when the impurities in the sewage move downwards, and the downhill position is the back side where the sewage flows, so that the flow rate of the sewage at the position is low and the pressure of the sewage is high, the impurities in the sewage can be naturally pushed to the port on the left side of the fluid pipe 1, the risk that the impurities in the sewage are accumulated in the fluid pipe 1 is reduced, the rotating frequency of the fan blades 53 influenced by the impurities in the sewage is reduced, and the rotating flexibility of the fan blades; the blades 53 drive the rotary disc 51 to rotate along with the flowing of the sewage, at the beginning, the cutting block 512 is static relative to the rotary disc 51, the cutting block 512 rotates in the annular groove 511 due to the inertia effect through the rotation of the rotary disc 51, the rotating speed of the cutting block 512 is less than that of the rotary disc 51, and the rotating cutting block 512 is utilized to cut the sewage impurities which may be wound on the rotary disc 51; meanwhile, impurities in the sewage cut by the cutting block 512 flow to the middle part through the conical table 54, so that the impurities are all positioned on the back of the flowing sewage, and the cut impurities are conveniently pushed to the left port of the fluid pipe 1; meanwhile, when the impurities in the sewage after cutting flow on the outer surface of the conical table 54, the gravel can further grind the impurities, so that the whole volume of the impurities is reduced, the impurities are more conveniently pushed to the port on the left side of the fluid pipe 1, the counting precision of the counting meter 4 is prevented from being influenced by the impurities, and the practicability of the flowmeter is improved.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on the figure 2 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
