Background

The trigger type microcapsule is one of leading-edge technologies of concrete crack self-repair, but the existing microcapsule trigger mode has the defects of uncontrollable trigger time, low release efficiency and the like. Therefore, the efficient and stable triggering method is found, and the method has a good application prospect.

The ultrasonic wave has the advantages of good directivity, strong penetrating power, concentrated energy, improved reaction conditions, accelerated reaction speed, improved reaction yield and the like, is widely applied and researched in the aspects of degradation and polymerization of macromolecules, organic synthesis, separation and the like, and is also widely applied to gap detection and segregation detection of concrete.

The ultrasonic technology is utilized to trigger the microcapsules in the cement-based material, so that the release rate of the microcapsules can be improved, the efficient controllable release of the microcapsules can be realized, the reliability of the microcapsule repairing technology can be improved, the quality and the safety of a concrete structure can be improved, and considerable benefits can be brought. However, at present, the application of ultrasonic waves in triggering microcapsules in cement-based materials has not been reported.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the ultrasonic triggering auxiliary device and method for the cement-based material self-repairing microcapsules, which have good adjustability, small volume, convenient operation, repeated use, easy popularization and wide application prospect, and can change various ultrasonic parameters so as to further explore the triggering effect and rule of the various ultrasonic parameters on the microcapsules in the cement-based test piece.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

an ultrasonic triggering auxiliary device of a cement-based material self-repairing microcapsule comprises a container, an ultrasonic device, a test piece fixing device and a circulating water device;

An ultrasonic triggering method of a cement-based material self-repairing microcapsule comprises the following steps: starting a circulating water device, feeding water at a low position, discharging water at a high position to enable the container to be filled with water, and placing the cement-based test piece in the test piece fixing device to enable the cement-based test piece to be completely soaked in the water; connecting an ultrasonic vibrator with an ultrasonic generator, setting the ultrasonic frequency to be 20-40 KHZ, the power to be 100-300W and the ultrasonic time to be 10-15 min; and the circulating water is used for taking away the redundant heat generated by the ultrasonic waves, the temperature in the container is controlled, and the constant-temperature water bath of the test block is realized.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
