Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of crimping tests, in particular to an automatic crimping mechanism of a product carrier and a point screen test device.

Background

In the field of display panel detection, a carrier for placing a product needs to be crimped, so that the purpose of point screen detection is achieved. The mode of manual crimping is adopted on current crimping test equipment, realizes the crimping to the product carrier at manual crimping platform through the manual work of pulling manual crimping module. However, this manual test crimp approach has the following problems: when in operation, an operator needs to manually operate the manual crimping module, so that the efficiency of crimping operation is low, and the automatic production line is not suitable; secondly, two pressure contact points on the same side are controlled through an operation connecting rod as linkage, and the pressure contact points are positioned on the upper surface of a product carrier, so that the problems that the position positioning of the pressure contact points is not accurate enough and the pressure contact force is not enough can be caused.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide an automatic crimping mechanism for a self-product carrier and a dot screen testing device, which can ensure that the pressure is sufficient to realize automatic opening and closing crimping and adapt to an automatic production line.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic crimping mechanism of a product carrier and a point screen testing device, which can ensure crimping force and provide automatic crimping.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, which are schematic structural views of an automatic crimping mechanism of a product carrier according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. The automatic product carrier crimping mechanism comprises a product carrier 30, an automatic crimping module 10 and a crimping table 20, wherein the product carrier 30 can be placed on the crimping table 20 in a picking and placing mode, the automatic crimping module 10 is arranged on the crimping table 20 around the product carrier 30 to achieve crimping of the product carrier 30, and therefore testing of products on the product carrier 30 is conducted. Optionally, the automated crimping modules 10 are symmetrically disposed on at least two sides of the crimping station 20.

Please refer to fig. 5 and 6, which are schematic structural views of the automatic crimping module 10. The automatic crimping module 10 comprises a crimping cylinder 11, a mounting seat 12, a pressing block 13, a driving rotating shaft 14 and a sleeve shaft 15; the crimping cylinder 11 and the pressing block 13 are respectively installed on the installation base 12, one end of the pressing block 13 is hinged to the piston rod 112 of the crimping cylinder 11 through the driving rotating shaft 14, the pressing block 13 is provided with a kidney-shaped groove 132, the sleeve shaft 15 penetrates through the kidney-shaped groove 132 and is installed on the installation base 12, and the shape of the kidney-shaped groove 132 enables the other end of the pressing block 13 to be pressed down or opened when one end of the pressing block 13 moves up and down along with the piston rod 112.

One end of the pressing block 13 protrudes out of the pressing head 131 capable of applying downward pressure, and the other end of the pressing block 13 is provided with a driving shaft mounting hole 133 for the driving shaft 14 to pass through.

The mount 12 includes a horizontally disposed cylinder mount 121 and a briquette mount 122 connected to one side of the cylinder mount 121. When the kidney-shaped groove 132 of the pressing block 13 moves relative to the sleeve shaft 15, the sleeve 152 can form rolling contact with the inner wall of the kidney-shaped groove 132 in the kidney-shaped groove 132, so that the movement is smoother.

The automatic crimping module 10 utilizes a smaller pressing block structure to realize a larger opening and closing angle, so that the product carrier is very convenient to take and place.

Referring to fig. 4, the pressing station 20 includes a fixed base plate 21 and a floating plate 22 for carrying a product carrier 30. The fixed bottom plate 21 is mounted on a line body or equipment and is fixed. The floating plate 22 is floatingly provided on the fixed base plate 21 by an elastic member such as a spring, and the automatic crimping module 10 is mounted on the fixed base plate 21 around the floating plate 22.

The crimping station 20 further includes a protective rib 23 secured to the floating plate 22 and a positioning guide post 24 secured to the stationary base plate 21. The protection flange 23 is arranged around the floating plate 22, and prevents the product carrier 30 on the floating plate 22 from shaking and falling off in the movement process aiming at the situation of using the product carrier automatic compression joint mechanism on the automatic line body. The positioning posts 24 mate with positioning holes 31 on the product carrier 30, and the position of the product carrier 30 on the floating plate 22 is positioned by the positioning posts 24.

The crimping station 20 further includes an electrical connector 25, an adapter PCB 26, a gas manifold 27 and a quick release connector 28 secured to the mounting plate 21. An electrical connector 25 is fixed to the fixed base plate 21 towards the product carrier 30, the electrical connector 25 mating with pad points of an electrical socket 33 on a PCB board at the bottom of the product carrier 30. The product carrier 30 is in signal communication with the transfer PCB 26 through the electrical connector 25. The fixed base plate 21 is fixed with an air pipe bus plate 27, and the air pipe bus plate 27 is connected to an air source after converging the air pipe joints 113 of the automatic crimping modules 10 on the fixed base plate 21, so that synchronization of all the automatic crimping modules 10 on the fixed base plate 21 is realized. The quick-release wire holder 28 is arranged at the edge of the fixed bottom plate 21, so that connection with the outside is conveniently realized.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the product carrier 30 is shaped to conform to the shape of the floating plate 22 of the crimping station 20 surrounded by the protective ribs 23. The product carrier 30 is provided with a positioning hole 31 matched with the positioning guide post 24 to limit the position of the product carrier 30. In the illustrated embodiment, the product carrier 30 has positioning holes 31 formed at opposite corners thereof for positioning and guiding the product carrier 30 when it is placed on the pressing table 20. Meanwhile, in order to achieve accurate and tight compression joint, a pressure groove 32 is formed in the product carrier 30 corresponding to the pressure head 131 of the pressure block 13, and the width of the pressure groove 32 is matched with the width of the pressure head 131. In the illustrated embodiment, two press grooves 32 are formed on the long sides of the product carrier 30. The pad point of the electrical socket 33 of the PCB board at the bottom of the product carrier 30 matches with the electrical connector 25, so that the product to be tested placed on the product carrier 30 is conducted with the electrical signal, and the test is performed.

The working principle of the automatic crimping mechanism of the product carrier is as follows: the product carrier 30 with the product is placed on the floating plate 22 and is positioned by the positioning guide posts 24; the air source of the air pipe confluence plate 27 enables the piston rods 112 of the crimping cylinders 11 of the four automatic crimping modules 10 on the automatic crimping mechanism of the product carrier to descend, and the pressing block 13 is driven by the piston rods 112 to rotate around the driving rotating shaft 14 and descend simultaneously, and slides around the sleeve shaft 15 under the constraint of the kidney-shaped groove 132, so that the pressing head 131 falls onto the product carrier 30, and the product carrier 30 is pressed downwards; the pad point of the electrical interface 33 of the PCB board at the bottom of the product carrier 30 contacts the electrical connector 25, so that the electrical connector 25 connected with the adapting PCB 26 is in signal conduction, and the product on the product carrier 30 is lighted for testing.

The invention also provides a dot screen testing device 01 arranged on the wire body, as shown in fig. 9, the testing device 01 can be an AOI testing device, a Demura testing device and the like, and comprises the product carrier automatic compression joint mechanism and a product carrier 30 for placing a product to be tested, and can also comprise other functional modules. The fixed bottom plate 21 of the product carrier automatic crimping mechanism is fixed on the wire body, the appearance of the product carrier 30 is in accordance with the shape of the floating plate 22 of the crimping table 20 surrounded by the protective rib 23, the product carrier 30 is provided with a positioning hole 31 matched with the positioning guide post 24, and the position of the product carrier 30 is limited. The automatic crimping mechanism of the product carrier and the point screen testing equipment adopt the automatic crimping module to automatically crimp the product carrier with the product to be tested on the crimping table, and the relative large-angle opening of the pressing block can be realized due to the ingenious design of the motion track of the kidney-shaped groove on the pressing block, so that a larger opening and closing angle is realized by using a smaller pressing block structure, the large-angle opening and closing can be realized under the condition of ensuring enough pressure in a limited space, and the product carrier is very convenient to take and place; the pressing block of the automatic crimping module is pressed into the pressing groove on the product carrier, so that the crimping is more accurate, the crimping force is also increased, the crimping accuracy is ensured, and the screen dotting success rate is increased.
