The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of the balustrade for mounting electrical equipment according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a rail for electric power equipment installation, which comprises a controller 1, a rail 2, a moving motor 3, a track 4, a buzzer 5, an indicator lamp 6, an ultrasonic detector 7 and a warning line 8, wherein the controller 1 is installed on the rail 2, the rail 2 is installed at the upper end of the moving motor 3, the moving motor 3 is installed on the track 4, the buzzer 5 and the indicator lamp 6 are installed on the rail 2, the warning line 8 is installed on the side surface of the rail 2, and the ultrasonic detector 7 is installed on the warning line 8. According to fig. 1, the buzzer 5 comprises a signal input terminal, and the signal input terminal is connected with the controller 1 through a connecting wire.

As shown in fig. 2, the moving motor 3 includes a motor and a rotating wheel 9, the motor includes a power input end, the power input end is connected with the controller 1 through a connecting wire, the rotating wheel 9 is installed on a rotating shaft of the motor, a groove is formed on a side surface of the rotating wheel 9, and the groove is installed on the track 4.

According to fig. 2, limit switches 10 are installed at two ends of the track 4, and the limit switches 10 comprise normally open buttons, and two ends of the normally open buttons are connected with the controller 1 through connecting wires.

As shown in fig. 3, the ultrasonic detector 7 includes a fixing clip 11, a detection terminal 12 and a signal transmission terminal 13, the fixing clip 11 is installed on the warning line 8, the detection terminal 12 and the signal transmission terminal 13 are installed on the fixing clip 11, and the signal transmission terminal 13 is connected to the controller 1 through a connection line. Whether an object is close to the working area or not is detected, the distance between the object and the ultrasonic detector 7 is detected, and a detected signal is transmitted to the controller 1 in real time.

The controller 1 comprises a control panel, a digital quantity output module, a digital quantity input module, a signal output module and a signal detection module, wherein the control panel can set parameter values of the controller 1, the digital quantity output module is connected with an indicator lamp 6 and a mobile motor 3 through a connecting wire, the digital quantity input module is connected with limit switches 10 at two ends of a track 4 through the connecting wire, the signal output module is connected with a buzzer 5 through the connecting wire, and the signal detection module is connected with an ultrasonic detector 7 through the connecting wire. The controller 1 judges whether an object is close to the working area by detecting the signal in the ultrasonic detector 7 and the parameter value set by the controller 1, and detects the distance between the object and the ultrasonic detector 7. The controller 1 can control the position of the moving motor 3 on the track 4 through the controller 1 to change the positions of the railings 2, thereby adjusting the area drawn by the warning line 8 circles between each railing 2.

The controller 1 detects the signal, operates the indicator lamp 6 and the buzzer 5 on the railing 2, and prompts a worker that the railing 2 cannot be adjusted.
