Meanwhile, the common resistance wire has a certain resistance value, and the resistor can play a role in limiting current when the circuit works normally.
However, the melting point of the common resistance wire is higher, usually above 600 ℃, so that the winding resistor has potential safety hazard: when the current passing through the resistor is abnormal and the current value is larger than the rated current and is small, the heat generated by the resistance wire is relatively small, and meanwhile, the surface of the resistor continuously exchanges heat with the surrounding environment, so that the temperature of the resistor cannot be rapidly increased to the melting point temperature of the resistance wire to be fused, and the temperature of the surface of the resistor and the surrounding environment is increased to more than 300 ℃, and other devices are burnt.
