10. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises a cooking body (10) and a cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9, said cover being arranged on said cooking body (10) and defining a cooking space with said cooking body (10).

11. The cooking appliance according to claim 10, further comprising a water receptacle (30), the water receptacle (30) being coupled to one of the body (21) and the cooking body (10), the collecting chamber (241) being communicable with the water receptacle (30).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cooking appliances, in particular to a cover body and a cooking appliance with the same.

Background

With the development and scientific progress of the society, people are pursuing quality of life more and more, and cooking utensils such as electric rice cookers and electric frying pans are widely applied to daily life of people and become indispensable tools in life of people.

The cooking utensil comprises a cooking main body and a cover body, wherein the cover body is arranged on the cooking main body in a covering mode, and a cooking space is defined between the cover body and the cooking main body. Generally, a heat insulation cover plate is provided at one side of the cover body for forming the cooking space to perform a heat insulation function.

However, during cooking, due to the difference between the upper and lower temperatures of the heat-insulating cover plate (the difference between the outside temperature and the temperature in the cooking space), many small water drops are often condensed on the heat-insulating cover plate. The water drops are easy to drip on the food after being gathered, and the taste of the food is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a cover body capable of automatically cleaning the water drops condensed on the heat-insulating cover plate and a cooking utensil having the same, aiming at the problem that the small water drops condensed on the heat-insulating cover plate drip on food to affect the taste of the food.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cooking appliance 100, which includes a cooking main body 10 (not shown) and a cover 20, wherein the cover 20 is disposed on the cooking main body 10 and defines a cooking space with the cooking main body 10. Specifically, the cooking apparatus 100 may be an electric cooker, or may be other types of cooking apparatuses 100, such as an electric steamer, and is not limited herein.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below by taking an electric rice cooker as an example. The present embodiment is merely exemplary and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention. In addition, the drawings in the embodiments omit unnecessary components and clearly show the technical features of the invention.

The cooking body 10 includes an outer pot 11 and an inner pot 12, the inner pot 12 is disposed in the outer pot 11, and a cover 20 covers the outer pot 11 and defines a cooking space with the inner pot 12.

The cover 20 includes a body 21 and a heat-insulating cover 22, the heat-insulating cover 22 is connected to one side of the body 21 facing the cooking space, and the heat-insulating cover 22 is used for heat insulation.

The cover body 20 further includes a cleaning element 23, a collecting element 24 and a driving element 25, the driving element 25 is used for driving the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 to move synchronously relative to the heat-insulating cover plate 22, the cleaning element 23 and one side of the heat-insulating cover plate 22 departing from the body 21 are contacted and used for cleaning water drops condensed on the heat-insulating cover plate 22, a collecting cavity 241 (refer to fig. 2) for collecting the water drops cleaned by the cleaning element 23 is formed in the collecting element 24, and the collecting cavity 241 is provided with a collecting port (not shown) facing the heat-insulating cover plate 22.

With continued reference to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the sweeping member 23 and the collecting member 24 are fixed relative to the body 21, and the driving member 25 drives the thermal cover 22 to rotate relative to the body 21. Specifically, the cleaning element 23, the collecting element 24 and the driving element 25 are all fixedly assembled on the body 21, and the thermal cover 22 is assembled at the driving end of the driving element 25, so that when the driving element 25 drives the thermal cover 22 to rotate relative to the body 21, the thermal cover 22, the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 generate relative movement. More specifically, the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 are detachably connected to the body 21, so that the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 can be replaced.

The body 21 includes a bottom wall 212 and a sidewall 213 connected to a periphery of the bottom wall 212 and extending toward one side of the cooking main body 10. The driving member 25 is coupled to the inner side of the bottom wall 212, the thermal cover 22 is connected to the driving end of the driving member 25, and the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24 are coupled to the inner side of the side wall 213. It is understood that in other embodiments, the side wall 213 may be omitted from the body 21, and the body 21 only includes the bottom wall 212, and the sweeping member 23 and the collecting member 24 are fixedly connected to the bottom wall 212, which is not limited herein.

Preferably, the bottom wall 212 is circular in cross-section, and the driving member 25 is coupled to the center of the bottom wall 212 so as to drive the center of rotation of the insulating cover 22 to be concentric with the bottom wall 212. It is contemplated that in other embodiments, bottom wall 212 may have other cross-sectional shapes, such as a square, where drive member 25 is coupled to the center of bottom wall 212. It is also contemplated that in other embodiments, the driving member 25 may be eccentrically disposed on the bottom wall 212, and is not limited thereto.

Further, in order to ensure the sealing effect between the cover body 20 and the cooking main body 10, the cover body 20 further includes a sealing ring 26, the sealing ring 26 is coupled to the inner side of the side wall 213, and the coupling end of the sweeping member and the collecting member 24 coupled to the side wall 213 is located between the sealing ring 26 and the heat-insulating cover plate 22. It is understood that in other embodiments, when the body 21 includes only the bottom wall 212, the sealing ring 26 is mounted on the bottom wall 212, and is not limited thereto.

In one embodiment, sweeper 23 is a brush or squeegee. The cleaning piece 23 is arranged to cross the heat insulation cover plate 22 along the radial direction, and the length of the cleaning piece 23 and the length of the collecting piece 24 are larger than or equal to the radius of the heat insulation cover plate 22. Thus, in the process that the heat preservation cover plate 22 rotates relative to the cleaning piece 23 and the collecting piece 24, the cleaning piece 23 can clean water drops condensed on the heat preservation cover plate 22 at all positions, and the collecting piece 24 can collect the water drops on the heat preservation cover plate 22 at all positions.

The projection of the plane of the cleaning piece 23 facing the collecting port is located in the projection range of the collecting port, so that all water drops cleaned by the cleaning piece 23 are guaranteed to enter the collecting cavity 241 from the collecting port, and the water drops are prevented from dropping into food to influence the taste of the food.

The side wall 213 of the body 21 is provided with a communicating flow passage 211 communicated with the outside, the collecting part 24 is provided with a communicating port communicated with the collecting cavity 241, and the communicating port is communicated with the communicating flow passage 211. In this way, the water collected in the collection chamber 241 may be discharged to the outside through the communication flow passage 211.

Further, the communicating flow channel 211 is arranged at the periphery of the body 21, and the collecting cavity 241 is inclined downwards from one end far away from the communicating flow channel 211 to one end close to the communicating flow channel 211, so that the water in the collecting cavity 241 is discharged to the outside after flowing to the communicating flow channel 211.

In one embodiment, the rice cooker further comprises a water receiving box 30, the water receiving box 30 is coupled to one of the body 21 and the cooking body 10, and the communication flow passage 211 is communicated with the water receiving box 30. The water flowing from the collecting chamber 241 to the flow passage 211 enters the water saving box to be collected, thereby preventing the water from flowing to the work surface.

Specifically, the water receiving box 30 is fixedly connected to the body 21. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the water receiving box 30 may also be fixedly connected to the outer pot 11 of the cooking main body 10, and is not limited herein.

Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, the thermal cover 22 is fixed relative to the body 21, and the driving member 25 drives the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24 to move relative to the body 21. Specifically, the cleaning element 23, the collecting element 24 and the driving element 25 are all fixedly assembled on the body 21, and the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 are assembled at the driving end of the driving element 25, so that when the driving element 25 drives the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 to move relative to the body 21, the heat-insulating cover plate 22 and the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 generate relative movement. More specifically, the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 are detachably connected to the driving element 25, so that the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 can be replaced.

In one embodiment, the driving member 25 drives the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24 to rotate relative to the body 21 for the purpose of cleaning the water droplets condensed on the thermal cover 22. In other embodiments, the driving element 25 can also drive the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 to slide relative to the body 21, so as to clean the water drops condensed on the thermal cover 22, which is not limited herein.

As in the previous embodiments, in the present embodiment, the body 21 includes a bottom wall 212 and a side wall 213 connected to a periphery of the bottom wall 212 and extending toward one side of the cooking main body 10, and the driving member 25 is coupled to an inner side of the bottom wall 212. In contrast to the above-described exemplary embodiments, the insulating cover 22 is no longer connected to the drive end of the drive element 25, but is fixedly connected to the bottom wall 212, and the cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 are no longer fitted to the inside of the side wall 213, but are connected to the drive end of the drive element 25.

Preferably, the bottom wall 212 is circular in cross-section, and the driving member 25 is coupled to the center of the bottom wall 212 so as to drive the center of rotation of the insulating cover 22 to be concentric with the bottom wall 212. It is contemplated that in other embodiments, bottom wall 212 may have other cross-sectional shapes, such as a square, where drive member 25 is coupled to the center of bottom wall 212. It is also contemplated that in other embodiments, the driving member 25 may be eccentrically disposed on the bottom wall 212, and is not limited thereto.

A communicating flow passage 211 communicating with the outside is formed on a side wall 213 of the body 21, the cover body 20 is inclined when the cover is opened, and the collecting port is communicated with the communicating flow passage 211. Since the collecting member 24 is provided to rotate relative to the thermal cover 22 in the present embodiment, in order to prevent the water collected in the collecting chamber 241 from flowing out of the collecting chamber 241 during the rotation, in the present embodiment, the communication port is omitted; after the electric cooker is finished, the driving member 25 returns to the initial position, the collecting member 24 is aligned with the communicating flow channel 211, and the cover body 20 is tilted when the cover is opened, at this time, the collecting port is communicated with the communicating flow channel 211, so that the water in the collecting cavity 241 is poured into the communicating flow channel 211 and flows from the communicating flow channel 211 to the water receiving box 30 to be collected.

With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, further, in order to facilitate the assembly of the cleaning and collecting member 24, the cover body 20 further includes a U-shaped frame 27, one end of the U-shaped frame 27 is fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving member 25, and the U-shaped frame 27 extends to the side of the heat-insulating cover plate 22 facing the cooking body 10 by its bending portion around the periphery of the heat-insulating cover plate 22. The cleaning element 23 and the collecting element 24 are fixedly connected to the U-shaped frame 27.

In this embodiment, the other configurations of the driving member 25, the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24 are the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described again.

In another embodiment, the driving member 25 drives the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24 to move relative to the body 21 and drives the thermal cover 22 to rotate relative to the body 21, so that the cleaning of the water droplets condensed on the thermal cover 22 can be realized. As for the arrangement of the main body 21, the driving member 25, the cleaning member 23 and the collecting member 24, reference is made to the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a cover 20 included in the cooking utensil 100.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
