Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of machinery, in particular to an anti-static paper cutting device.

Background

The roll paper supply device is often arranged in public health places such as office buildings, parks, tourist attractions and the like and in family toilets, and is mainly used for providing paper towels for people so as to meet the requirements of daily life of people on paper.

At present, the roll paper supply device in the market can generate static electricity in the paper feeding and cutting processes, so that the paper towel is adsorbed on a paper feeding mechanism and a cutter mechanism of the roll paper supply device, the paper towel cannot be smoothly led out, and the normal use of the roll paper supply device is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anti-static paper cutting device which is used in a roll paper supply device and can form an effective conductive closed loop to lead out static electricity generated in the paper feeding and cutting processes.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an anti-static paper cutting device, comprising:

the anti-static paper cutting device is arranged in the paper supply device and comprises a cutter assembly;

the cutter assembly includes: the cutter comprises a static cutter component, a moving cutter component, a rack, a motor gear and a cutter driving motor;

the movable knife component comprises a knife rest, a movable knife fixing seat and a movable knife;

the tail end of the tool rest is provided with a first electrostatic leading-out terminal, and the first electrostatic leading-out terminal is connected with an electrostatic leading-out lead and is connected to the outside of a shell of the paper feeding device;

the two movable knife fixing seats are arranged on the upper surface of the knife rest, one of the two movable knife fixing seats is arranged at the front end of one side of the knife rest, and the other movable knife fixing seat is arranged in the middle of the other side of the knife rest;

two ends of the movable knife are respectively connected with the two movable knife fixing seats; the movable knife and the knife rest are obliquely arranged in a certain angle in a horizontal plane parallel to the upper surface of the knife rest; the cutting edge of the movable cutter is vertical to the upper surface of the cutter rest;

the static knife component comprises a machine core rear shell and a static knife; the static knife comprises a static knife fixing part and a static knife head; the fixed part of the static knife is fixed on the rear shell of the machine core, the bit of the static knife is vertical to the rear shell of the machine core, and the bit of the static knife is parallel to the knife rest; the cutting edge of the static cutter and the cutting edge of the movable cutter are arranged in a certain angle in a tangent mode, and the height of the cutting edge of the movable cutter is lower than that of the cutting edge of the static cutter by a set value;

one end of the static knife is also provided with a second static leading-out terminal, and the second static leading-out terminal is connected with a static leading-out lead and is connected to the outside of the shell of the paper feeding device;

the front end of the rack is fixedly connected with the tail end of the tool rest, and the lower surface of the rack is provided with a tooth edge structure which is meshed and matched with teeth of the motor gear;

the motor gear is sleeved on a driving shaft of the cutter driving motor, and the tooth edge structure is meshed with teeth of the gear;

the cutter driving motor drives the motor gear to rotate, drives the rack and the cutter rest and the movable cutter which are connected with the front end of the rack, and reciprocates vertically to the rear shell of the machine core;

the paper towel to be sheared is located in the area between the movable cutter and the static cutter, and the cutting edge of the static cutter and the cutting edge of the movable cutter shear the paper towel in the reciprocating motion process.

Preferably, the static electricity preventing paper cutting device further includes: a housing, a paper feeding portion and a paper discharging portion;

the paper feeding part is arranged in the shell and is arranged above the cutter component, and the paper feeding part comprises a first paper feeding shaft, a second paper feeding shaft, a paper feeding shaft spring and a third electrostatic leading-out terminal;

the first paper feeding shaft and the second paper feeding shaft are arranged in parallel and driven by a paper rolling driving motor in the paper feeding device to rotate oppositely;

the first paper outlet shaft and the second paper outlet shaft are arranged in parallel and driven by the roll paper driving motor to rotate oppositely;

two ends of the paper outlet shaft spring are fixedly connected with the end parts of the first paper outlet shaft and the second paper outlet shaft respectively; one end of the paper outlet shaft spring is provided with a fourth electrostatic leading-out terminal, and the fourth electrostatic leading-out terminal is connected with an electrostatic leading-out wire and is connected outside a shell of the paper supply device.

Further preferably, a plurality of grooves are formed in the first paper feeding shaft and the second paper feeding shaft respectively, rubber gaskets are arranged on the surfaces of the grooves, and the rubber gaskets on the first paper feeding shaft and the second paper feeding shaft are in one-to-one correspondence in arrangement positions and abut against each other.

Preferably, the first paper output shaft and the second paper output shaft are respectively provided with a plurality of guide wheels, and the arrangement position of the guide wheels on the first paper output shaft corresponds to the arrangement position of the guide wheels on the second paper output shaft.

Preferably, the moving blade assembly further comprises a spring assembly; the spring assembly comprises a cutter fixing spring and a spring sleeve; the movable knife is arranged at the front end of the knife rest through the spring assembly.

Further preferably, the movable knife is provided with a spring fixing hole;

one end of the cutter fixing spring is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the cutter rest, the other end of the cutter fixing spring is connected with the inner side of the spring sleeve, and the outer side of the spring sleeve is sleeved in the spring fixing hole.

Further preferably, the number of the spring fixing holes is 2, and the number of the spring assemblies is 2.

The anti-static paper cutting device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used in the roll paper feeding device, can form an effective conductive closed loop, guides static electricity generated in the paper feeding and cutting processes out, and provides guarantee for normal use of the roll paper feeding device.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a cutter assembly in an anti-static paper cutting device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of an anti-static paper cutting device according to an embodiment of the present invention; the following description will first describe the structure of the electrostatic discharge prevention paper cutting apparatus according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1 and 2.

The anti-static paper cutting device provided by the embodiment of the invention is arranged in a paper supply device, and the cutter assembly comprises: the cutter comprises a static cutter component, a moving cutter component, a rack 2, a motor gear 1 and a cutter driving motor 3;

the movable knife component comprises a knife rest 4, a movable knife fixing seat 8 and a movable knife 7;

as shown in fig. 2, the end of the blade holder 4 has a first electrostatic lead-out terminal 41, and the first electrostatic lead-out terminal 41 is connected to an electrostatic lead-out wire and connected to the outside of the housing of the sheet feeding device;

two fixed seats 8 of the moving knife 7 are arranged on the upper surface of the knife rest 4, one fixed seat is arranged at the front end of one side of the knife rest 4, and the other fixed seat is arranged in the middle of the other side of the knife rest 4;

Two ends of the paper output shaft spring 303 are fixedly connected with the end parts of the first paper output shaft 301 and the second paper output shaft respectively; one end of the paper output shaft spring 303 has a fourth electrostatic lead-out terminal 304, and the fourth electrostatic lead-out terminal 304 is connected to an electrostatic lead-out wire and connected to the outside of the housing of the paper feeding device.

Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the sheet cutting device of the present invention at the time of cutting a sheet.

When the paper feeding device feeds paper to reach a set length, the paper feeding device automatically executes a paper towel cutting operation. The movable knife 7 is limited and moved by setting the rotation number of the cutter driving motor 3. The rack 3 correspondingly has a far end position and a near end position, when the far end position is in the far end position, the movable knife 7 is far away from the static knife 10, and when the near end position is in the near end position, the movable knife 7 and the static knife 10 form shearing.

The paper towel to be sheared is positioned between the movable knife 7 and the static knife 10, the cutting edge of the static knife 10 and the cutting edge of the movable knife 7 move in a tangent mode, a certain included angle is formed between the cutting edge of the movable knife 7 and the cutting edge of the static knife 10, the movable knife 7 is gradually inserted below the static knife 10 in the tangent mode, and the two cutting edges generate a shearing effect on the paper towel to be sheared.

When the rack 3 reaches the proximal position, the shearing is completed. The driving motor gear 1 rotates reversely to drive the rack 2 and the knife rest 4 and the moving knife 7 connected with the front end of the rack 2 to move along the direction vertical to the rear shell 9 of the machine core and towards the direction far away from the static knife 10. Until the rack reaches the distal position again.
