The water tank (1) shown in fig. 6 is an integral component comprising a sewage ring groove (14), a sewage straight groove (15) and a supporting platform (4), and can be made of plastic or metal parts. Considering the heel diameter of a high-heeled shoe of about 10mm at the minimum, in order to prevent the heel from sinking, the illustrated dimension a is not greater than 10mm, i.e. the width of the sewage straight groove (15) is not greater than 10 mm.

The above process and method solve the problem of decontamination of the sole, and water stains on the sole after cleaning can be sucked dry by the dry water cushion, which is a mature product.
