As shown in fig. 2, the separation barrel is a cylindrical barrel-shaped structure; the rotary bottom plate is fixed at the bottom end of the supporting column; the middle part of the fruit peel fixing device is provided with a circular fruit peel fixing area, and the outside of the fruit peel fixing device is provided with a concentric annular flow driving area;

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of concentric annular fixed rings are arranged in the peel fixing area, each fixed ring is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped supporting rubber plates, the bottoms of the supporting rubber plates are vertically fixed on the rotating bottom plate, and a flow guide gap is arranged between the supporting rubber plates of the same fixed ring;

as shown in fig. 2, the flow guiding mechanism comprises a retention area, a filtering area and a spraying area which are positioned in the flow driving area from outside to inside, wherein the outer wall of the retention area is formed by an outer barrel wall of the separation barrel, a circular opening is arranged at the top of the supporting outer frame, the top of the outer barrel wall is fixed on the circular opening, the inner wall of the retention area comprises a filtering inner barrel wall with a circular barrel-shaped structure, filtering holes are densely distributed on the filtering inner barrel wall, the filtering inner barrel wall is vertically connected with the rotating bottom plate, an annular connecting bulge a is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel wall, and an annular connecting bulge B is arranged at the bottom of the filtering inner barrel wall; the connecting bulge A and the connecting bulge B are rotationally connected through a sealing bearing; the outer wall of the filtering area is a filtering inner barrel wall, the inner wall of the filtering area is a spraying inner barrel wall, the spraying inner barrel wall is fixed on the rotating bottom plate, and N groups of filter screens are arranged on the filtering inner barrel wall in an annular array; the inner wall of the spraying area is a separating net barrel wall which is fixed on the rotary bottom plate, N separating nets are arranged on the separating net barrel wall, the outer wall of the spraying area is a spraying inner barrel wall, N supporting bulges are arranged on the separating net barrel wall in an annular array mode and embedded into the spraying inner barrel wall, the spraying area is divided into N sub-spraying areas through the supporting bulges, the sub-spraying areas are communicated with the filtering area through a filter screen, N groups of spraying plates are further fixed on the spraying inner barrel wall and comprise an arc-shaped supporting plate, a plurality of guide plates which are obliquely arranged with a tangent line of an arc surface of the supporting plate are arranged in a linear array mode on the supporting plate, guide grooves are arranged at positions, corresponding to the guide plates, of the supporting plate, and guide openings are formed in the connecting wall face, corresponding to the guide plates, of the spraying inner barrel wall.

As shown in fig. 1, a swing arm is fixed on the back of the sealing cover, a swing seat is arranged on the top of the outer wall of the supporting outer frame, the swing arm is rotatably connected with the swing seat, an auxiliary cover is arranged inside the sealing cover and made of soft material, a sealing bulge for contacting with the inner wall of the outer barrel wall is arranged on the edge of the auxiliary cover, the cross section of the sealing bulge is in an acute-angle triangular structure, and the sharp end of the acute angle contacts with the inner wall of the outer barrel wall; a plurality of embedding grooves A, B and C are concentrically arranged in the auxiliary cover, wherein the embedding grooves A are used for embedding the inner filtering barrel wall, the embedding grooves B are used for embedding the inner spraying barrel wall, and the embedding grooves C are used for embedding the separating mesh barrel wall; the spray nozzle comprises a connecting pipe, and the middle part of the auxiliary cover is fixed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe; the edge of the closing cover is provided with an annular sealing bulge, a step hole with a step structure in cross section is arranged at the opening at the top of the supporting outer frame, and the sealing bulge is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the step hole.

As shown in fig. 1, the disinfection mechanism comprises a light guide plate hermetically attached to a rotating base plate, a plurality of light transmission holes are arranged on the rotating base plate in an array manner, a plurality of light guide columns are vertically arranged on the light guide plate in an array manner, the light guide columns penetrate through the light transmission holes and extend into a peel fixing area, and the light guide columns are positioned in gaps between adjacent supporting rubber plates; an annular supporting table is fixed on the supporting base, a light-emitting plate is arranged on the supporting table, a plurality of UV lamps are arranged on the light-emitting plate in an array mode, and a light guide gap smaller than 1cm is formed between the light-emitting plate and the light guide plate.

As shown in fig. 1, the water circulation mechanism includes a circulation tank fixed inside the support frame; the middle part of the sealing cover is provided with a sealing nozzle, the top of the sealing nozzle is connected with a connecting pipe, a jet hole is arranged in the sealing nozzle, the jet hole is rotatably connected with a jet nozzle through a sealing bearing, the jet nozzle is connected with a connecting port of the circulating water tank through the connecting pipe, the end part of the jet nozzle is provided with a cylindrical isolation net at the top of the rotating main shaft through a sealing ring, and the top of a medicine filling area is arranged in the isolation net in sealing contact; the water circulation mechanism also comprises a plurality of connecting pipes connected with the outer barrel wall of the separation barrel, and the connecting pipes are connected with the other connecting port of the circulation water tank;

the air circulation mechanism comprises an annular connecting cavity and a circulating hot air blower, wherein the annular connecting cavity is arranged on the outer barrel wall of the separation barrel, the inner ring of the connecting cavity is communicated with the outer barrel wall of the separation barrel, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe are respectively arranged on the connecting cavity, and the connecting cavity is connected to a circulating air duct of the circulating hot air blower through the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe;

in order to ensure the working environment temperature of the equipment, the temperature needs to be controlled at 30-80 ℃ and the humidity needs to be controlled at 10-100%, so that the equipment is fixedly provided with a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor on the outer barrel wall, is connected to a circulating air heater and a circulating water tank through a PID (proportion integration differentiation) adjusting circuit, and adjusts the working flow of the water tank and the working efficiency of a heating coil in the water tank through PID feedback adjustment, and also adjusts the working flow of the circulating air heater and the working efficiency of the heating coil.

As shown in fig. 1, the separation bucket rotation driving mechanism includes a rotation driver, a driving ring is fixed on the outer ring of the rotating bottom plate of the separation bucket; the rotary driver comprises a rotary motor, a belt pulley is fixed on a rotary shaft of the rotary motor, and the belt pulley is in transmission connection with the driving ring through a belt.

When the equipment works:

firstly, placing fruits between supporting rubber plates on a rotating bottom plate, utilizing the elasticity of the supporting rubber plates to clamp the fruits or the peels, then closing a sealing cover, enabling a sealing bulge of the sealing cover to be in contact with a step hole of a supporting outer frame to realize fixation, and meanwhile, covering the separation inner barrel by using rubber materials can be pressed to realize the pressing of the separation inner barrel; before closing, Chinese medicine materials and additive particles can be filled in the supporting columns according to requirements;

after the sealing is finished, firstly, a circulating pump of the circulating water tank is reversely driven, so that the cleaning liquid in the circulating water tank flows from a sealing nozzle through a connecting pipe, then the spraying of the cleaning liquid is realized through a spraying nozzle on the sealing nozzle, at the moment, the cleaning liquid is washed onto traditional Chinese medicine and additive particles, so that related substances are leaked out, and the cleaning liquid is leaked out from an isolation net of a supporting column through the pressure of the circulating water tank, the cleaning liquid with the additive substances is washed onto a fruit peel fixing area, after the liquid level of the separating water tank reaches a certain amount, a belt pulley is driven to rotate through a rotating motor, then, a driving ring is driven to rotate through a belt, so that the whole separating barrel rotates under the rotating support of a rotating column, the cleaning liquid is washed onto fruits or fruit peels by utilizing water flow generated by rotation, finally, the cleaning liquid continuously passes through the spraying area, a filtering area and a retaining, the water pump is prevented from being blocked, and finally the water is sucked into the circulating water tank again through a connecting pipe at the bottom of the detention area, and the wastewater is discharged through a water discharge port of the circulating water tank; the process is a fruit soaking process;

the fruit cleaning process is that cleaning liquid is injected through a connecting pipe at the bottom of the detention zone, so that the liquid level rises, when the liquid level rises to 50%, the separation barrel rotates, in the rotating process, the cleaning liquid in the detention zone can pass through the inner barrel wall of the filter along with water pressure and centripetal force, after the filtering is completed through the inner barrel wall of the filter, the cleaning liquid can enter the inner barrel wall of the spray, then the cleaning liquid can pass through the guide plate rotating at high speed, the high-speed movement of the guide plate is utilized to provide circumferential driving force for the cleaning liquid, the separation of the circumferential driving force can bring larger kinetic energy to the cleaning liquid, then the cleaning liquid can pass through the separation net, the cleaning liquid passing through the separation net can generate on the surface of the separation net, the cleaning liquid in a bundle shape after the turbulent flow can wash the fruit surface, then the cleaning liquid can be discharged into the support column, when, and reflows to the circulating water tank again;

the fermentation process of fruit does, heat water through circulation tank, after the heating, input inside the separation barrel, moisture is by the granulation even atomizing under the high-speed rotation of separation barrel, subsequently through the circulation air heater, heat the inside air of whole separation barrel, make inside the producing one of separation barrel decide the temperature, decide humid air circumstance, environmental parameter gathers through temperature sensor and humidity transducer, and by the operating mode of PID drive circuit control circulation tank and circulation air heater, with inside humidity and the temperature of adjustment separation barrel.

The ultraviolet lamp can be started in the cleaning process, the drying process and the soaking process, and the fruits are irradiated and sterilized through the light guide column.

When in use:

1. firstly, cleaning fresh citrus fruits for 10-20 minutes by using warm water at 40-50 ℃ to remove surface impurities;

2. fresh citrus fruits are stuffed into the gaps between the adjacent supporting rubber plates to realize the fixation of the peel, and after the citrus fruits are completely fixed, the sealing cover is closed, so that the rubber material is covered and pressed on the top of the separation barrel to realize the sealing of the whole separation barrel, and meanwhile, the retention area, the filtering area and the injection area are sealed;

3. heating water in a circulating water tank to boil, washing the peel by a circulating water pump of the circulating water tank for 2-5 minutes, discharging the circulating water in the circulating water tank, supplementing pure circulating water, boiling again for washing, and removing natural fruit wax attached to the peel and pesticide residues in the fruit wax; the filtered fruit wax is deposited on the outer wall of the inner filtering barrel wall to realize separation; the fruit wax and the attached pesticide residue can be more thoroughly removed by changing water and blanching once again. If the blanching time is too short, the fruit wax on the peel is not completely melted and cannot be completely removed, and if the blanching time is too long, the peel is cured, the oil sac is broken, and the volatile oil is dissipated.

4. Wetting the separation barrel in a low-speed mode by a circulating pump of a circulating water tank, and heating the air in the whole separation barrel by a circulating hot air blower to ensure that the air humidity reaches 80-95%, the temperature reaches 50-65 ℃, and the high-temperature fermentation is carried out for 72-120 hours; the fermentation time of different varieties of oranges is short according to the difference of the peel thickness, the hardness and the like; when the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, mixed bacteria are easy to breed, and when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, the citrus is cured. The air humidity of 80-95% is to facilitate hydrolysis of natural polymer compounds such as saccharides in a high humidity environment. When the air humidity is more than 95 percent or even saturated, the water vapor condenses and elutes the strains on the surface of the citrus peel, so that the soluble components in the citrus are dissolved, and the fermentation quality is influenced.

5. After the fermentation is finished, the fermented citrus is washed by warm water at 40-50 ℃ through circulating water of the circulating water tank again, and residual fermentation liquor on the surface is washed away.

6. Drying and heating the washed oranges by a circulating hot air blower, simultaneously turning on an ultraviolet lamp, realizing ultraviolet diffusion cover shells through a light-emitting plate, a light guide plate and a light guide column, and drying the oranges to be semi-dry at 50-65 ℃ while sterilizing by irradiating the ultraviolet lamp. After the drying process, the oranges are flattened under the extrusion of the supporting rubber plates, and after the oranges are extruded and deformed, the oranges are continuously dried at the temperature of 50-65 ℃ until the oranges are completely dried, wherein the completely dried oranges are characterized in that the surface of the oranges is hard and inelastic. If the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, the drying time is too long, and if the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, the aroma substances are dissipated in the drying process to influence the quality.

7. And finally, closing the heating wire of the circulating air heater, and cooling the dried oranges through the circulating air heater.

In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
