1. A fire extinguishing agent composition, characterized by comprising, based on the total mass of the fire extinguishing agent composition: 2.5-3.5 wt% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 2.5-3.5 wt% of foam stabilizer, 1.5-2.5 wt% of foaming agent, 3-5 wt% of natural irritant substance, 0.1-0.5 wt% of inorganic salt and the balance of water;

wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant comprises anionic hydrocarbon surfactant, cationic hydrocarbon surfactant, zwitterionic hydrocarbon surfactant and non-ionic hydrocarbon surfactant, and the mass ratio of the surfactant to the surfactant is (0.5-2) to (0.5-2).

2. The fire suppressant composition of claim 1, comprising the following ingredients, based on the total mass of the fire suppressant composition: 3-3.5 wt% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 2.5-3 wt% of foam stabilizer, 2-2.5 wt% of foaming agent, 3-5 wt% of natural irritant substance, 0.2-0.3 wt% of inorganic salt and the balance of water.

3. The fire extinguishing agent composition according to claim 1 or 2,

the anionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises one or two of stearic acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate;

the cationic hydrocarbon surfactant is a quaternary ammonium compound;

the zwitterionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises one or two of lecithin and cocamidopropyl betaine;

the non-ionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl glycoside, polysorbate, fatty glyceride and sorbitan fatty acid;

wherein the quaternary ammonium compound is selected from dialkyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt, alkyl dimethyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt and alkyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium salt.

4. A fire suppressant composition according to any of claims 1-3, wherein said foam stabilizer comprises at least one of coco acid, diethanolamine, hydrophobic polymerized polypropylenepolypeptide amine.

5. A fire suppressant composition according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein said blowing agent comprises one or both of glycerol, dodecanol.

6. A fire extinguishing agent composition as recited in any one of claims 1-5, wherein the inorganic salt comprises sodium chloride or potassium chloride.

7. Fire extinguishing composition according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the natural irritant substance comprises at least one of mustard extract, dihydrohomocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, vanillylnonanoic acid.

8. A method of preparing a fire extinguishing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

respectively mixing a hydrocarbon surfactant and a foam stabilizer with water to form a homogeneous hydrocarbon surfactant solution and a homogeneous foam stabilizer solution;

mixing the foam stabilizer solution with the hydrocarbon surfactant to form a clear and uniform mixed solution;

and mixing a foaming agent with the mixed solution, and adding an inorganic salt and a natural irritant substance to obtain the fire extinguishing agent composition.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant solution is prepared by adding the hydrocarbon surfactant to water and stirring at 80-100rpm for 20-50min to form a homogeneous hydrocarbon surfactant solution.

10. The method for preparing a fire extinguishing agent composition according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the foam stabilizer solution is prepared by adding the foam stabilizer into water and stirring at 80-100rpm for 20-50min to obtain the foam stabilizer solution.

11. A method of preparing a fire extinguishing composition according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein during the mixing of the foam stabilizer solution and the hydrocarbon surfactant solution, the mixture is stirred at 80-100rpm for 20-50min to form a clear and uniform mixed solution.

The method for preparing the fire extinguishing agent composition according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the foaming agent is stirred at 55-60rpm for 10-15min, added into the mixed solution of the hydrocarbon surfactant solution and the foam stabilizer solution, stirred at 80-100rpm for 20-50min, the inorganic salt and the natural irritant are sequentially added, and stirring and mixing are continued for 20-30min to obtain the fire extinguishing agent composition.

Use of the fire extinguishing agent composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the fire extinguishing agent composition prepared by the method for preparing the fire extinguishing agent composition according to any one of claims 8 to 12 in the field of fire extinguishing and explosion prevention.

Background

For example, the existing chinese patent document CN108421194A discloses an environment-friendly water-based fire extinguishing agent, which uses water as a solvent, and adds 0.6-0.8% of temperature-sensitive hydrogel, 1.5-3% of inorganic salt, 6-8% of antifreeze, 5-10% of stabilizer, and 3-10% of hydrocarbon surfactant, and the temperature-sensitive hydrogel is used as a fire extinguishing agent to replace the traditional fluorine-containing surfactant, and has the characteristics of easy biodegradation, high viscosity, good wetting property, and good spraying property, and can be widely applied to rescue of various a-type fires and B-type fires, but the preparation cost is high, the fire extinguishing efficiency is not high, and the fire extinguishing speed is slow.

In recent years, in addition to accidental fire, some violent incidents occur in urban fires, and the violent incidents need to be suppressed while the open fire is extinguished, so that the violent work is heavy, and manpower and resources are consumed.

wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant comprises anionic hydrocarbon surfactant, cationic hydrocarbon surfactant, zwitterionic hydrocarbon surfactant and non-ionic hydrocarbon surfactant, and the mass ratio of the surfactant to the surfactant is (0.5-2) to (0.5-2).

Preferably, the fire extinguishing agent composition comprises the following components by mass: 3-3.5 wt% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 2.5-3 wt% of foam stabilizer, 2-2.5 wt% of foaming agent, 3-5 wt% of natural irritant substance, 0.2-0.3 wt% of inorganic salt and the balance of water.

the anionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises one or two of stearic acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate;

the cationic hydrocarbon surfactant is a quaternary ammonium compound;

the non-ionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl glycoside, polysorbate, fatty glyceride and sorbitan fatty acid;

wherein the quaternary ammonium compound is selected from dialkyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt, alkyl dimethyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt and alkyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium salt.

Preferably, the foam stabilizer comprises at least one of coconut oil acid, diethanol amine and hydrophobic polymerized polypropylene peptide amine.

Preferably, the foaming agent comprises one or two of glycerol and dodecanol.

Preferably, the inorganic salt comprises sodium chloride or potassium chloride.

Preferably, the natural irritant substance comprises at least one of mustard extract, dihydrohomocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, vanillylnonanoic acid.

The invention also discloses a method for preparing the fire extinguishing agent composition, which comprises the following steps:

respectively mixing a hydrocarbon surfactant and a foam stabilizer with water to form a homogeneous hydrocarbon surfactant solution and a homogeneous foam stabilizer solution;

mixing the foam stabilizer solution with the hydrocarbon surfactant to form a clear and uniform mixed solution;

and mixing a foaming agent with the mixed solution, and adding an inorganic salt and a natural irritant substance to obtain the fire extinguishing agent composition.

Preferably, the preparation method of the hydrocarbon surfactant solution comprises the steps of adding the hydrocarbon surfactant into water, stirring at 80-100rpm for 20-50min, and dissolving to form a homogeneous hydrocarbon surfactant solution.

Preferably, the preparation method of the foam stabilizer solution comprises the steps of adding the foam stabilizer into water, and stirring at 80-100rpm for 20-50min to dissolve the foam stabilizer to obtain the foam stabilizer solution.

Preferably, during the mixing process of the foam stabilizer solution and the hydrocarbon surfactant solution, stirring at 80-100rpm for 20-50min to form a clear and uniform mixed solution.

Preferably, the foaming agent is stirred at 55-60rpm for 10-15min, added into the mixed solution consisting of the hydrocarbon surfactant solution and the foam stabilizer solution, stirred at 80-100rpm for 20-50min, sequentially added with inorganic salt and natural irritant, and continuously stirred and mixed for 20-30min to obtain the fire extinguishing agent composition.

The invention also discloses application of the fire extinguishing agent composition or the fire extinguishing agent composition prepared by the preparation method of the fire extinguishing agent composition in the field of fire extinguishing and explosion prevention.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

1. the fire extinguishing agent composition comprises a hydrocarbon surfactant, a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent, a natural irritant substance and inorganic salt, wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant is good in environmental protection performance and reduces environmental pollution;

the inorganic salt can increase the consistency of the solution, change the electrical property of a solution system, enhance the stability of the foam, improve the stability of the foam, and improve the fire extinguishing efficiency by being used together with the foam stabilizer and the foaming agent;

the fire extinguishing agent composition also comprises natural irritant substances, can be used as an anti-riot weapon when extinguishing fire, expands the application range of the fire extinguishing agent, and achieves lower surface tension, better foaming and foam stabilization and high-efficiency fire extinguishing performance by jointly adjusting a plurality of components and matching the dosage.

2. The fire extinguishing agent composition comprises one or two of anionic hydrocarbon surfactant and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, wherein the cationic hydrocarbon surfactant is a quaternary ammonium compound; the zwitterionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises one or two of lecithin and cocamidopropyl betaine, the nonionic hydrocarbon surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl glycoside, polysorbate, fatty glyceride and sorbitan fatty acid, the foaming agent comprises one or two of glycerol and dodecanol, the foam stabilizer comprises at least one of coco acid, diethanolamine and hydrophobic polymeric polypropyleneopeptide amine, the matching property between the reagents is good, the fire extinguishing agent composition with abundant, fine and stable foams is prepared, and the fire extinguishing agent composition has good fire extinguishing efficiency and fast fire extinguishing speed.

3. The fire extinguishing agent composition is environment-friendly, safe and good in storage stability, and is suitable for fire extinguisher nozzles of various specifications due to the stable property.

4. The fire extinguishing agent composition can be used as a fire extinguishing agent in a violent incident and can also be used as a weapon for explosion prevention, so that the effect of controlling the violence is achieved, and the purpose of a fire extinguisher is enlarged.
