1. A preparation process of a laser 3D holographic thermoprinting film is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation process comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a mould pressing plate: imaging a 3D holographic image on a photoetching glass coating plate through laser, copying the 3D holographic image on the photoetching glass coating plate on a nickel plate through an electroforming method, and finally taking the nickel plate as a mould pressing plate and attaching the 3D holographic image to the surface of a pressing roller of a mould pressing machine;

(2) coating a release layer: coating the release agent on a thermoplastic polymer film substrate, and drying to form a release agent layer;

(3) printing a color coating: coloring the ink on the release layer by using a gravure printing machine;

(4) covering a hot-melt coating: covering the color coating with a hot-melt coating to obtain a composite base material;

Therefore, a laser 3D holographic hot stamping film and a preparation process thereof are needed to solve the problem of poor stereoscopic effect of the existing hot stamping film.

Preferably, in step (1), the 3D holographic image is imaged on the photo-etched glass-coated plate by a photo-taking method or a computer dot-matrix lithography technique.

Preferably, in the step (1), the thickness of the nickel plate is 15-80 microns.

Preferably, in the step (2), the thickness of the thermoplastic polymer film is 12 to 30 micrometers, and the thermoplastic polymer film is one of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyvinyl chloride film.

Preferably, in the step (2), the coating thickness of the release agent is 9 micrometers.

Preferably, in the step (3), the gravure printing machine is a 6-10 color gravure printing machine.

Preferably, in the step (3), the ink is one of water-based ink, solvent ink, ultraviolet ink or curing ink.

Preferably, in the step (4), the hot-melt coating is one of a hot-melt adhesive coating, a hot-melt adhesive film laminating or a hot laminating, wherein the hot-melt adhesive film is one of a polyurethane hot-melt adhesive film, an ethylene-polyvinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive film, an ethylene-acrylic acid hot-melt adhesive film or a polyester hot-melt adhesive film.

Preferably, in the step (5), the temperature of the stamping is 180-260 ℃.
