Background

The rapid development of Chinese economy leads to the continuous increase of sewage discharge, and sludge is a byproduct in the sewage treatment process. According to the annual book of Chinese urban construction statistics, the dry sludge production of a Chinese sewage treatment plant is about 800 million tons in 2016. These sludges emit foul smells that pollute the air and contain many harmful substances such as heavy metals, pathogenic microorganisms, parasitic eggs and poorly degradable organic compounds. Traditional methods of sludge treatment, such as landfill and agricultural use, may pose potential environmental risks to air, soil and water.

Sludge incineration is a waste energy technology, which can reduce the environmental pollution and relieve the increasingly severe energy crisis. Meanwhile, the technology can not only greatly reduce the odor and the sludge amount, but also can thermally destroy toxic organic components in the sludge. However, the sludge has high moisture, high ash content, high density, high viscosity and low calorific value, and has the disadvantages of incomplete combustion alone, difficulty in separation of volatile components, and the like.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for improving coal combustion by using domestic sludge with good combustion characteristics.
