3. The method of producing a biomass fuel slurry as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the acid solution is oxalic acid solution with the mass fraction of 8%, and the concentration is 1 g/ml.

Background

The medium coal which is always consumed in China as primary energy is consumed by about 72 percent, and the energy consumption structure of China still mainly uses coal in a quite long time. With the increasing environmental demands, there is an urgent need for a clean fuel.

China is a big agricultural country, and forest resources are rich, so that a large amount of agricultural and forestry wastes such as shells, straws and wood chips are generated, and the utilization of the renewable biological wastes as fuels is an effective green energy mode.

The biomass is a hydrophobic substance after being pretreated by drying and crushing, has fine granularity and large specific surface area, and is difficult to be closely combined with water to form slurry. And is easily separated from water due to its density difference with water. Good rheology and stability are the most important properties of biomass pulp, and how to make biomass pulp have good fluid properties becomes a problem to be solved by technicians.

Disclosure of Invention

A first object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a biomass fuel slurry with good rheological properties and stability. The biomass fuel slurry has the characteristics of low pollution, convenience in pumping, atomizing and burning and the like, the combustion efficiency and the boiler thermal efficiency are high, and the boiler combustion load adjusting range is wide. In addition, because the exhaust gas temperature is low, the emission of nitrogen oxides can be effectively reduced, the desulfurization is easy, the environment is protected, the energy is saved, and the storage is safe, so that the fuel is an ideal fuel for replacing coal and oil.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of biomass fuel slurry, which has no discharge of three wastes in the preparation process and is environment-friendly, pollution-free and clean production.

The additives such as formaldehyde, sodium sulfite, linoleic acid, alkyl phosphate carboxylate and the like have the main effects of changing the surface properties of the biomass particles through the adsorption effect on the surfaces of the biomass particles, so that the stability and rheological property of the suspension system are improved, and the biomass fuel slurry has good fluidity and stability.

4. Various additives are used to achieve the purpose of chemical modification. The prepared product has carboxyl, sulfonic group and other anionic groups, so that the prepared biomass fuel slurry can adapt to more raw materials, and the prepared biomass fuel slurry has the characteristics of good stability and excellent fluidity.

5. The invention uses biomass to prepare biomass fuel slurry, has no discharge of three wastes in the whole process, and is a green, environment-friendly, pollution-free and clean production process.
