The double-row control device of the drain valve is characterized by comprising a box body, a wrench which is rotatably connected to the box body in a connecting mode and can rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction relative to the box body, a transmission assembly connected to the box body and a first rotating member rotatably connected to the box body, wherein the first rotating member is linked with the starting member of the drain valve, the wrench is in linkage fit with the first rotating member in a rotating mode through the transmission assembly, the first rotating member can be driven to rotate by a first angle through the transmission assembly during forward rotation of the wrench, the first rotating member can be driven to rotate by a second angle through the transmission assembly during reverse rotation of the wrench, and the rotating direction of the first rotating member is the same as the rotating direction of the first rotating member during reverse rotation of the wrench.

The dual bank control device of a drain valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a second rotating member and an intermediate rotating member rotatably coupled to the box body, the wrench is capable of rotating in a forward direction by the second rotating member in cooperation with the first rotating member in a rotational linkage to rotate the first rotating member by the first angle, the wrench is capable of rotating in a reverse direction by the second rotating member in cooperation with the intermediate rotating member in a rotational linkage to rotate the first rotating member by the second angle, and the intermediate rotating member is further capable of rotating in a rotational linkage to rotate the first rotating member by the second angle.

3. The dual-row control device for a drain valve as in claim 2, wherein the second rotatable member is coaxially disposed with the first rotatable member or the intermediate rotatable member.

The dual-row control device for the drain valve as in claim 3 wherein the second rotatable member is coaxially disposed with the intermediate rotatable member, the intermediate rotatable member rotatably journaled on the second rotatable member; or the second rotating piece and the first rotating piece are coaxially arranged, and the first rotating piece is rotatably sleeved on the second rotating piece.

The dual-row control device for the drain valve as claimed in claim 3 wherein the intermediate rotating member and the second rotating member are coaxially disposed, the second rotating member having a first abutting portion disposed thereon, the intermediate rotating member having a second abutting portion disposed thereon for abutting engagement with the first abutting portion; when the spanner reverses, the second rotates the piece through the first butt portion with the butt cooperation of second butt portion realize with the middle rotation piece syntropy rotates the linkage.

The dual-row control device for the drain valve according to claim 4, wherein the first rotating member is provided with a third abutting portion, the intermediate rotating member is provided with a fourth abutting portion capable of abutting against and cooperating with the third abutting portion, one of the first rotating member and the intermediate rotating member is provided with an arc-shaped sliding slot, one of the third abutting portion and the fourth abutting portion is a side wall of the arc-shaped sliding slot, and the other of the third abutting portion and the fourth abutting portion slides along the arc-shaped sliding slot and abuts against and cooperates with the side wall of the arc-shaped sliding slot; when the wrench rotates reversely, the middle rotating piece drives the first rotating piece to rotate in the same direction through the butt joint of the third butt joint part and the fourth butt joint part.

The dual-row control device for the drain valve as claimed in claim 3 wherein the first rotating member is coaxially disposed with the second rotating member, the second rotating member having a fifth abutting portion disposed thereon, the first rotating member having a sixth abutting portion disposed thereon for abutting engagement with the fifth abutting portion; when the wrench rotates forwards, the second rotating piece is in same-direction rotation linkage with the first rotating piece through the butt joint matching of the fifth butt joint part and the sixth butt joint part.

The dual-row control device for the water discharge valve according to claim 3, 4 or 9, wherein the second rotating member is provided with a third tooth portion, the first rotating member is provided with a fourth tooth portion, the intermediate rotating member is provided with a fifth tooth portion capable of being externally engaged with the third tooth portion and a sixth tooth portion capable of being internally engaged with the fourth tooth portion, when the wrench is reversely rotated, the second rotating member is reversely and rotationally linked with the intermediate rotating member by the external engagement of the third tooth portion and the fifth tooth portion, and the intermediate rotating member is coaxially and rotationally linked with the first rotating member by the internal engagement of the fourth tooth portion and the sixth tooth portion;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bathroom drain valves, in particular to a double-row control device of a drain valve.

Background

The double-drain control device of the drain valve of the existing toilet water tank generally has a full-drain control function and a half-drain control function (or has a large-drain control function and a small-drain control function). The existing double-row control device of the drain valve generally directly drives a rotating part arranged in a control box to rotate forwards or reversely through a forward or reverse rotation wrench, the rotating part drives a starting part (such as a pull rope or a lifting rod) of the drain valve to move so as to start the drain valve to realize full-discharge or half-discharge, and the rotating direction of the rotating part is opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating part when the full-discharge is carried out, so that the required movement space of the rotating part is large, the whole volume of the control box is large, and the space layout of a water tank is not favorable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a double-row control device of a drain valve, which overcomes the defects of the double-row control device of the drain valve in the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the double-row control device of the drain valve comprises a box body, a wrench which is rotatably connected to the box body in a rotating mode and can rotate in the forward rotation or the reverse rotation relative to the box body, a transmission assembly connected to the box body, and a first rotating piece rotatably connected to the box body, wherein the first rotating piece is linked with a starting piece of the drain valve, the wrench is in rotating linkage fit with the first rotating piece through the transmission assembly, the first rotating piece can be driven by the transmission assembly to rotate by a first angle when the wrench rotates in the forward direction, the first rotating piece can be driven by the transmission assembly to rotate by a second angle when the wrench rotates in the reverse direction, and the rotating direction of the first rotating piece is the same as the rotating direction of the first rotating piece when the wrench rotates in the reverse direction.

Preferably, the transmission assembly comprises a second rotating member and an intermediate rotating member which are rotatably connected to the box body, the wrench can rotate in a forward direction through the second rotating member and the first rotating member in a linkage manner to drive the first rotating member to rotate by the first angle, the wrench can rotate in a reverse direction through the second rotating member in a linkage manner to rotate the intermediate rotating member, and the intermediate rotating member further rotates in a linkage manner to drive the first rotating member to rotate by the second angle.

Preferably, the second rotating member is disposed coaxially with the first rotating member or the intermediate rotating member.

Preferably, the second rotating part and the middle rotating part are coaxially arranged, and the middle rotating part is rotatably sleeved on the second rotating part; or the second rotating piece and the first rotating piece are coaxially arranged, and the first rotating piece is rotatably sleeved on the second rotating piece.

Preferably, the middle rotating part and the second rotating part are coaxially arranged, the second rotating part is provided with a first abutting part, and the middle rotating part is provided with a second abutting part which can be abutted and matched with the first abutting part; when the spanner reverses, the second rotates the piece through the first butt portion with the butt cooperation of second butt portion realize with the middle rotation piece syntropy rotates the linkage.

Preferably, the first rotating member is provided with a third abutting portion, the intermediate rotating member is provided with a fourth abutting portion capable of abutting against and matching with the third abutting portion, one of the first rotating member and the intermediate rotating member is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove, the other of the third abutting portion and the fourth abutting portion is a side wall of the arc-shaped sliding groove, and the other of the third abutting portion and the fourth abutting portion slides along the arc-shaped sliding groove and abuts against and matches with the side wall of the arc-shaped sliding groove; when the wrench rotates reversely, the middle rotating piece drives the first rotating piece to rotate in the same direction through the butt joint of the third butt joint part and the fourth butt joint part.

Preferably, a first tooth part is arranged on the peripheral side of the first rotating part, and a second tooth part capable of being externally meshed with the first tooth part is arranged on the peripheral side of the second rotating part; when the wrench rotates forwards, the second rotating piece is in reverse rotation linkage with the first rotating piece through the external meshing fit of the first tooth portion and the second tooth portion.

Preferably, the second rotating member is provided with a third tooth portion, the first rotating member is provided with a fourth tooth portion, the intermediate rotating member is provided with a fifth tooth portion capable of being externally meshed with the third tooth portion and a sixth tooth portion capable of being internally meshed with the fourth tooth portion, when the wrench rotates reversely, the second rotating member realizes reverse rotation linkage with the intermediate rotating member through external meshing matching of the third tooth portion and the fifth tooth portion, and the intermediate rotating member realizes same-direction rotation linkage with the first rotating member through internal meshing matching of the fourth tooth portion and the sixth tooth portion; or, be equipped with third tooth portion on the second rotation piece, be equipped with fourth tooth portion on the first rotation piece, be equipped with on the middle rotation piece can with the fifth tooth portion of third tooth portion internal gearing and can with the sixth tooth portion of fourth tooth portion external gearing, when the spanner reverses, the second rotation piece passes through the internal gearing cooperation of third tooth portion and fifth tooth portion realize with the middle rotation piece corotation linkage, the middle rotation piece passes through the fourth tooth portion with the external gearing cooperation of sixth tooth portion realizes with the first rotation piece counter-rotation linkage.

Preferably, the box body is provided with a first rotating part, a transmission assembly and a spanner, wherein the box body is provided with a box opening, the box opening is provided with a box body, the box opening is provided with a box opening, the box opening is provided with a first rotating part, the box opening is provided with a second rotating part, the box opening is provided with a box cover, the box opening is provided with a first return torsion spring, the box opening is provided with; or the reset mechanism comprises a third reset torsion spring arranged between the middle rotating piece and the box body; or the reset mechanism comprises a third reset torsion spring arranged between the first rotating piece and the box body.

Preferably, the box body further comprises a button assembly, the button assembly comprises a full-row button, a half-row button, a push rod and a button seat assembled on the box body, the full-row button, the half-row button and the push rod are respectively assembled on the button seat in a reciprocating sliding manner through elastic resetting pieces, the full-row button and the half-row button are respectively in abutting fit with the first rotating piece through the push rod to drive the first rotating piece to rotate in the same direction, when one of the full-row button and the half-row button is pressed, the push rod is driven to abut against the first rotating piece to enable the first rotating piece to rotate to the position of the first angle, and when the other of the full-row button and the half-row button is pressed, the push rod is driven to abut against the first rotating piece to enable the first rotating piece to rotate to the position of the second angle; the first angle and the second angle have different angles.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the double-row control device, the transmission assembly is arranged, the wrench is in rotational linkage fit with the first rotating piece through the transmission assembly, the first rotating piece can be driven to rotate by a first angle through the transmission assembly when the wrench rotates forwards, the first rotating piece can be driven to rotate by a second angle through the transmission assembly when the wrench rotates backwards, and the rotating direction of the first rotating piece driven by the wrench when the wrench rotates forwards is the same as the rotating direction of the first rotating piece driven by the wrench when the wrench rotates backwards, so that the double-row control function of the drain valve can be realized, meanwhile, the movement space required by the first rotating piece is greatly reduced, the whole volume of the double-row control device is greatly reduced, and the space layout.

2. The transmission assembly comprises a second rotating piece and an intermediate rotating piece, wherein the second rotating piece and the intermediate rotating piece are rotatably connected to the box body, the second rotating piece is directly and rotatably matched with the first rotating piece in a linkage manner to drive the first rotating piece to rotate by a first angle when the wrench rotates forwards, and the second rotating piece is rotatably matched with the first rotating piece in a linkage manner to drive the first rotating piece to rotate by a second angle when the wrench rotates backwards.
