7. A toolbox lock according to claim 1 or 6, wherein a protruding foot is fixed to one end of the weight.

8. The lock for tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein a torsion spring is installed at one end of the second shaft, one leg of the torsion spring is fixed at one side of the protrusion, and the other leg of the torsion spring is fixed at the inner side of the first connecting member.

The present invention relates to locks, and more particularly to locks for mounting on tool boxes.

Background

The tool box is a special case and is widely applied to protecting special tools, medical instruments, measuring instruments, anti-terrorist products, high-grade bicycles and the like; the company has applied for a lock-catch patent, but during the use process, we find that when the tool box is dropped from a high place, such as more than 1.2 meters, the lock of the tool box has a certain probability of being opened; because the toolbox is generally used outdoors and the devices inside are more precise or expensive, if the toolbox falls from a high place, the devices in the toolbox are easy to fall out of the toolbox, so that the devices are damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problems, the invention provides the lock of the tool box, which is in two-stage linkage, so that the tool box can be unlocked by one hand, the simplicity of unlocking is improved, and meanwhile, when the tool box falls from a high place, the lock of the tool box cannot be opened, so that equipment in the tool box is protected.

a lock of a tool box comprises a lock catch and a T-shaped block; the lock catch is matched with the T-shaped block;

the lock catch comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece; one end of the first connecting piece is fixed on the other box body of the tool box through a first rotating shaft; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected through a second rotating shaft;

a lug is arranged on one side of the second connecting piece, grooves are formed in two sides of the lug, and the second rotating shaft penetrates through the first connecting piece and the lug to enable the other end of the first connecting piece to rotate in the groove; the other side of the second connecting piece is provided with a buckling block mounting seat; the buckling block mounting seat is fixedly provided with a buckling block through a third rotating shaft; a first spring seat is fixed on one side of the buckle block mounting seat, the first spring seat is circular, and a circular column is fixed in the middle of the first spring seat, so that a circular groove is formed in the first spring seat, and one side of the spring is clamped in the circular groove;

The lock of the tool box is simple in structure, and can be unlocked easily by one hand through the two-stage linkage of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected in a rotating mode through the rotating shaft, one end of the first connecting piece is connected with the box body, the buckling block on the second connecting piece is matched with the T-shaped block, the pressing block in the buckling block is pressed, the balance weight moves outwards, the hook block is separated from the clamping strip in the T-shaped block, the second connecting piece rotates through the second rotating shaft, the second connecting piece is separated from the box body of the tool box, and the box is opened. When the tool box is in a closed state, the counter weight in the buckle block is inward, and when the tool box falls from a high place, the pressing block can be separated from the clamping strip only by overcoming the force borne by the counter weight, so that the bearing capacity of the pressing block is enhanced, and meanwhile, due to the existence of the counter weight, the counter weight is obliquely fixed below the pressing block, so that when the tool box falls from a high place, particularly when the side of the box body lock directly falls to the ground, and is subjected to gravity and instantaneous inertia when the side of the box body lock is touched with the ground, the pressing block can be separated from the clamping strip only by overcoming the counter weight; therefore, when the lock of the tool box falls from high altitude, the lock can not be automatically opened, and the safety of all devices in the tool box is protected.

The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below. The embodiments of the present invention are provided only for illustrating a specific structure, and the scale of the structure is not limited by the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a lock for a tool box includes a locker 1 and a T-shaped block 2; the lock catch is matched with the T-shaped block; the T-shaped block 2 comprises a clamping strip 21 and a fixing strip 22, and the fixing strip 22 is fixed on one box body 31 of the tool box 3; the clamping strip 21 is fixed on the fixing strip 22; the card strip 21 is rectangular.

The lock catch 1 comprises a first connecting piece 11 and a second connecting piece 12; one end of the first connecting piece 11 is fixed on the other box body 32 of the tool box 3 through the first rotating shaft 111; the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 12 are connected through a second rotating shaft 112; the first connecting piece 11 is C-shaped, a reinforcing rib 113 is fixed in the first connecting piece 11, and the shape of the reinforcing rib 113 is the same as that of the first connecting piece 11.

A convex block 121 is arranged on one side of the second connecting piece 12, grooves are formed on two sides of the convex block 121, and the second rotating shaft 112 penetrates through the first connecting piece 11, the torsion spring 15 and the convex block 121, so that the other end of the first connecting piece 11 can rotate in the grooves; a torsion spring 15 is mounted on one side of the second rotating shaft 112, one leg of the torsion spring 15 is fixed on one side of the protrusion 121, and the other leg of the torsion spring 15 is fixed on the inner side of the first connecting member 11. A second spring seat 135 is arranged at the back of the fastening block 13; the second spring seat 135 is circular, and a circular column 136 is fixed in the middle of the second spring seat, so that a circular groove 137 is formed in the second spring seat, and the other side of the spring is clamped in the circular groove 137.
