In order to avoid the influence of the first connecting piece 40 on the connection between the display screen and the plug connector 30, the two ends of the wall hanging strip 20 are respectively provided with a first mounting groove 24, the first mounting groove 24 is located on one side, close to the display screen, of the wall hanging strip 20, and the first connecting piece 40 is located in the first mounting groove 24. In this embodiment, the rack assembly 10 includes at least two rack side bars 11 and a rack crossbar 12. Specifically, the wall hanging strip 20 fixing threaded hole is designed on the support cross rod 12, the threaded hole is formed by single-side inward flanging of a cross rod section bar for tapping, and the blind hole design enables the wall hanging strip 20 locking screw to be concealed and not to protrude, so that the appearance surface of the support assembly 10 is smooth, and no protrusion or exposed threaded hole exists.

As shown in fig. 4 to 9, another embodiment of the present invention provides a display panel assembly including a display panel 50 and a display panel bracket provided as described above. Specifically, the display screen 50 includes a plurality of display modules 51, the display screen 50 is formed by mutually splicing the plurality of display modules 51, and each display module 51 is provided with at least one plug-in unit 30.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of display modules 51 are horizontally tiled to form the display screen 50. When installing the display screen, according to the display screen size of needs, hang multiseriate display module 51 in proper order and adorn on the display screen support, can realize the concatenation of display screen 50, have the advantage of the installation of being convenient for.

Specifically, the display module 51 includes a plurality of display units 51a, and the plurality of display units 51a are vertically spliced to form the display module 51, so that the number of the display units 51a can be selected according to the use requirement. With the above configuration, the display screen can be adapted to various application environments with different sizes by adjusting the number of the display units 51a and the number of the display modules 51.

In order to improve the connection firmness of the plurality of display units 51a, the display screen assembly further comprises a second connecting member 60, the upper end and the lower end of each display unit 51a are provided with a second mounting groove 511, two adjacent display units 51a are connected through the second connecting member 60, and the second connecting member 60 is arranged in the second mounting groove 511. Wherein, both ends of the second connecting member 60 are respectively located in the second mounting grooves 511 of two adjacent display units 51 a. Specifically, the second connector 60 includes a second connecting piece. In the embodiment, the four corners of the display unit 51a are provided with the second mounting grooves 511, so that the connection firmness of the plurality of display units 51a can be further improved.

And, a support table is provided in each second installation groove 511, and the second connector 60 may be supported by the support table. Specifically, a counter bore is formed in a side of the second connector 60 away from the display screen, and a counter-bore screw can be used to pass through the counter bore to fix the second connector 60 in the second mounting groove 511.

In this embodiment, the display screen assembly further includes a lower frame and a cover plate. Wherein, the lower frame is located the lower extreme of display screen 50, is provided with the hook lock structure between lower frame and the display screen 50, and the lower frame passes through the hook lock structure to be connected with display screen 50. Specifically, the components such as the board card are arranged between the lower frame and the display screen 50, and the lower frame can be used for protecting the components. In this embodiment, the hook lock structure includes an over-center hook. Wherein, the lower extreme of apron and the upper end looks butt of lower frame, apron and lower frame cover jointly and establish on display screen 50, are provided with magnetism between apron and the display screen 50 and inhale the structure, and the apron is connected with display screen 50 through magnetism and inhale the structure. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for installing a display screen assembly, which is the above-mentioned display screen assembly. Specifically, the installation method of the display screen assembly comprises the following steps:

s100, sequentially hanging a plurality of display modules 51 on a display screen bracket along the horizontal direction;

and S200, mounting the lower frame and the cover plate on one side of the display modules 51 far away from the display screen bracket.

When the display screen assembly is installed at the installation site, the display module 51 is hung on the display screen bracket in sequence along the horizontal direction. Finally, the lower frame and the cover plate are mounted on the spliced display screen 50. By adopting the installation method, the assembly of the display screen assembly can be completed on the installation site only by adopting two steps, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.

Specifically, the display modules 51 are pre-installed in columns, and typically four or five display units 51a are pre-installed in columns to form the display modules 51, and four display units 51a are pre-installed in columns as shown in fig. 7. The display modules 51 are installed in rows at the factory side, and since the factory has an installation platform with better flatness, more skilled technicians can ensure installation accuracy, can make the assembly accuracy of the display modules 51 composed of a plurality of display units 51a higher, and is convenient to transport. In the installation site, the client receives four-pack (four display units 51a are installed in rows in advance) and five-pack (five display units 51a are installed in rows in advance), the client can complete installation only in two steps, the first step is to hang a plurality of display modules 51 installed in rows in advance on the display screen bracket in sequence along the horizontal direction, and the second step is to install the lower frame and the cover plate on one side of the display modules 51 far away from the display screen bracket. Moreover, the display module 51 is light and thin, so that the installation can be completed without spending large effort, the girl can install the display module without pressure, the installation difficulty of the display screen assembly is reduced, and the customer experience is improved. And the installation precision is ensured, and the display effect of the display screen assembly is prevented from being influenced due to installation errors.

Wherein, splicing the plurality of display units 51a along the vertical direction to form the display module 51 specifically includes: the two adjacent display units 51a are connected by the second connector 60 to splice the plurality of display units 51a in the vertical direction to form the display module 51. In the present embodiment, the four corners of the display unit 51a are provided with the second mounting grooves 511, and the second mounting grooves 511 of two adjacent display units 51a are communicated. In step S100, the plurality of display modules 51 are sequentially hung on the display screen bracket along the horizontal direction, which specifically includes:

s110, horizontally arranging the plug-in unit 30 on one side of the display module 51 facing the display screen bracket;

s120, horizontally installing the wall hanging strip 20 on the bracket component 10 of the display screen bracket;

s130, the plurality of display modules 51 are sequentially hung on the wall hanging bar 20 by the plug-in unit 30.

At the factory, when the display modules 51 are assembled and fixed in a row in advance according to the size of the screen, the connectors 30 may be horizontally disposed on the fixing holes of the display modules 51 on the side facing the display screen stand according to the distance between the two stand rails 12. At the installation site, at first with wall lacing bar 20 horizontal installation on the bracket component 10 of display screen support, because the distance of two plug connectors 30 in every row of display module 51 back is unanimous with the distance of two support horizontal poles 12, on the scene can directly be through plug connector 30 with a plurality of display module 51 on the wall lacing bar 20 of hitching in proper order, be convenient for assemble, can promote assembly efficiency.

(4) the display modules 51 are assembled in a row at the factory and then delivered, so that the flatness of the whole screen can be ensured;

(5) through carrying out the blind hole design to the screw hole, utilize the mode that the dress need not to set up the screw fixation of hanging, guaranteed the succinct of whole screen installation back outward appearance face, promoted the grade of product.
