Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fire or other disaster evacuation facility in a building, and more particularly, to a veranda guardrail for preventing falling at ordinary times without risk of fire, which is configured to be changed to a fire disaster evacuation facility when a fire occurs, thereby safely evacuating the fire or other disaster evacuation facility in a building where residents are isolated from assistance due to the fire to the ground.
Background
In order to enlarge living spaces inside buildings and more effectively use narrow lands in general, high-rise buildings are increasing in the modern times, and as described above, high-rise buildings are generally provided with a front door for people to enter and exit, and a concave balcony having a safety fence for preventing falling is provided on an opposite side of the front door.
Such a high-rise building has an advantage of accommodating many people in a narrow land, and also has an advantage of being able to overlook the surrounding landscape in the high-rise building and having various facilities in one building.
However, the high-rise building as described above has a disadvantage of high frequency of fire due to many people living in the building where the building is pulled out in a narrow land, and there is a problem that a large-scale casualties may be caused upon occurrence of a fire.
On the other hand, in order to solve the above problems, there is a method of avoiding a fire by using a descent control device installed on a concave balcony, but the descent control device as described above has problems that it is difficult to operate and it is inconvenient for ordinary people to use, and the user's weight is borne by one rope, and the user cannot get rid of anxiety of using the descent control device due to a fear caused by a fire.
On one hand, as a prior art of the present invention, "safety barrier for fire evacuation" of patent publication No. 10-0927317 "was granted after application, and the safety barrier for fire evacuation was constructed in the following manner: a first frame enclosing the upper glass wall at ordinary times without the risk of fire, and rotating by a hinge shaft fixed to an outer wall of a building so as to face the lower glass wall or the lower outer wall when a fire occurs; the second frame is arranged between the first frame and the upper glass wall when the fire hazard does not exist, so as to enclose the upper glass wall, and rotates towards the lower glass wall or the lower outer wall along with the first frame when the fire hazard occurs; the pedal, two ends of one side and two ends of the other side are connected to the first frame and the second frame respectively, when there is no fire at ordinary times, the pedal stands side by side with the upper glass wall, the falling accident of the upper resident is prevented, when the first frame and the second frame rotate towards the lower glass wall and the lower outer wall, under the state that the first frame and the second frame are connected, the pedal is unfolded towards the vertical direction of the first frame and the second frame, the interval between the first frame and the second frame is pulled open, and simultaneously the pedal space is provided; and a fixing unit fixing one side of the second frame to the upper building structure to prevent the first and second frames from rotating toward the lower glass wall or the lower outer wall through the hinge at a normal time when there is no risk of fire.
