1. A colloidal aromatherapy candle, which is characterized in that,

the method comprises the following steps: a container and; a core vertically installed at a central portion of an inner bottom surface of the container; candle oil contained in the container;

the candle oil is a colloidal state formed by adding natural perfume and natural pigment into natural vegetable oil;

before or after use of the candle oil, the user may refill the container with the candle oil, allowing the container to be reused.

2. The colloidal aroma candle of claim 1,

the method for manufacturing the colloidal aromatherapy candle comprises the following steps: a preparation step (S1) of natural vegetable oil and dried and pulverized natural plant of fragrant particles; a step (S2) of adding the perfume particles and natural plant mixture to the natural plant oil while keeping constant temperature and time, mixing and aging the composition to blend the base perfume in the oil; a step (S3) of isolating a spice particle natural plant from the composition; a step (S4) of mixing natural wax, natural pigment and antioxidant in the composition and heating to a medium temperature to make the composition into a colloidal state; and a step of adding natural essential oil to the composition to prepare colloidal candle oil (S5).

6. The method of manufacturing a colloidal candle according to claim 5,

the mixing and ripening step (S2) of the composition is to mix 15 weight percent of the natural plant of the spice particles with the natural plant oil, and then to ripen and mix the mixture for 48 hours under the state of keeping the constant temperature of 40-50 ℃.

7. The method of manufacturing a colloidal candle according to claim 5,

the step (S3) of separating the natural plant of flavor particles from the composition is to mix the composition, put the aged oil and flavor particles into a mixing tank, and separate the flavor particles while heating to a medium temperature of 60 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a colloidal state aromatherapy candle and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a colloidal state aromatherapy candle which can be arranged in a container required by physical properties and can be provided at any time, does not contain harmful substances, is made of natural materials with low price, is safe for consumers and is convenient to use, and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The candle which is generally supplied more widely is an illuminated material, and is now often used for interior decoration as a decorative candle, or for decorating small articles as a fragrance candle emitting fragrance.

Such a candle, as a disposable consumable material, leaves only messy residues after the candle made of wax is exhausted, and cannot function as a decorative small object, and the residues after the candle is exhausted become garbage which is not reusable, thereby polluting the environment.

Therefore, decorative candles using as a material an added fragrance such as paraffin oil have been provided.

However, the existing candle (aromatherapy candle) made of paraffin contains harmful substances in both solid and liquid states, and is gradually cooled by consumers.

The liquid paraffin colloidal aromatherapy candle contains harmful substances, the glue has soft strength, and the problem of replacing or changing containers is solved.

Natural solid candles are commonly supplied in the most popular containers, but most glass containers used after candling are discarded directly and rarely reused.

The prior aromatherapy candle contains paraffin, cannot be provided as a pure natural material, is in a liquid state or a solid state, cannot be arranged on various containers for use, is the natural aromatherapy candle, but has high price, and causes price burden to the manufacturing suppliers of the aromatherapy candles and consumers purchasing the aromatherapy candles.

There is therefore a need for a colloidal aromatherapy candle that can use low-priced natural materials and can be contained in various containers to safely provide the aromatherapy candle.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

The invention aims to provide a colloidal aromatherapy candle which can be provided in a container with required physical properties at any time.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a colloidal heavy candle which is made of natural materials without harmful substances and can be conveniently used by consumers with ease.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a colloidal aromatherapy candle which is made of inexpensive natural materials and can be comfortably and conveniently used by consumers.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a gel aromatherapy candle which has physical properties and forms, wherein the container can be reused by continuously refilling the candle with a material after the candle filled in the container is used up.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a scented candle which can be provided in various containers, can be refilled with a scented candle in a gel state, allows resources to be reused, and prevents other residues from being left, so that the surrounding of the scented candle is kept in a clean state.

The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a colloidal state aromatherapy candle, which can be provided at any time by putting the colloidal state aromatherapy candle in a container required by physical properties.

Technical scheme

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide a colloidal aromatherapy candle, which comprises: a container and; a core vertically installed at a central portion of an inner bottom surface of the container; candle oil contained within the container; the candle oil is a colloidal state formed by adding natural perfume and natural pigment into natural vegetable oil; before or after use of the candle oil, the user may refill the container with the candle oil, allowing the container to be reused.

Further, the wick is formed by treating the candle oil coating on natural cotton, and is fixedly disposed by a wick fixing mount vertically mounted on the inner bottom surface of the container.

Further, the structure of the core fixing shoe includes: a main body assembled on the inner bottom surface of the container by a glue spraying gun or a double-sided adhesive tape; a core support part formed by protruding through the center of the main body and enabling the core to stand vertically.

Further, the candle oil is colloidal candle oil prepared by mixing natural plant of perfume particles, candelilla wax, natural pigment, propolis and essential oil in natural plant oil.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a colloidal state aromatherapy candle, comprising: a preparation step (S1) of natural vegetable oil and dried and pulverized natural plant of fragrant particles; a step (S2) of adding the perfume particles and natural plant mixture to the natural plant oil while keeping constant temperature and time, mixing and aging the composition to blend the base perfume in the oil; a step (S3) of isolating a spice particle natural plant from the composition; a step (S4) of mixing natural wax, natural pigment and antioxidant in the composition and heating to a medium temperature to make the composition into a colloidal state; and a step of adding natural essential oil to the composition to prepare colloidal candle oil (S5).

Further, the mixing and ripening step (S2) of the composition is to mix 15 weight percent of the aromatic particle natural plant with the natural vegetable oil, and then to ripen and mix the mixture for 48 hours while maintaining a constant temperature of 40 to 50 ℃.

Further, the step (S3) of separating the natural plant of flavor particles from the composition is to mix the composition, put the aged oil and flavor particles into a mixing tank, and separate the flavor particles while heating to a medium temperature of 60 ℃.

Further, the step (S4) of changing the composition into a colloidal state is to separate the perfume particles, add 2 weight percent of candelilla wax into the composition, heat the composition to 70 ℃ to completely dissolve the candelilla wax, then mix 3 weight percent of natural pigment to dissolve the natural pigment, and put 2 weight percent of preservative (antioxidant) at a medium temperature of 60 ℃ to prepare the composition.

Further, the colloidal candle oil is completed in the step (S5) in which the composition, i.e., the oil, is stirred with 2 wt% of natural essential oil in comparison with the oil phase after the temperature of the oil reaches 60 c to prepare a colloidal oil.

Advantageous effects

The invention has the beneficial effects that the gel aromatherapy candle provided by the invention can be obtained from a container required by physical properties at any time;

the invention provides the colloidal state aromatherapy candle by natural materials without harmful substances, so that consumers can feel at ease and use the candle conveniently;

the invention can provide the colloidal state aromatherapy candle by using low-price natural materials, so that consumers can feel at ease and use the candle conveniently;

the invention provides a colloidal state aromatherapy candle with physical property, after the colloidal state aromatherapy candle in a container is used up, the material can be continuously refilled for use, so that the container can be reused;

the invention can provide the colloidal state aromatherapy candle by various containers, can refill the aromatherapy candle, recycle resources, prevent other residues from remaining, and keep the periphery of the aromatherapy candle in a clean state;

the invention can conveniently arrange the wick in any shape container filled with the scented candle, so that the sparks of the wick floating on the liquid oil can be safely and continuously used.

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, which are intended to be part of the invention, rather than all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be realized in various forms by one skilled in the art without inventive step are within the scope of the present invention.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, reference numerals are given to the constituent elements in each drawing, and the same constituent elements are shown in different drawings, but the same reference numerals are used as much as possible. In describing the present invention, detailed descriptions of related well-known structures and functions will be omitted so as to obscure the gist of the present invention.

Fig. 1 to 4 are views showing examples of the colloidal aromatherapy candle of the present invention.

According to fig. 1 to 3, the colloidal aromatherapy candle of the present invention comprises a container (10) and; a core (20) vertically mounted to a central portion (11) of an inner bottom surface of the container (10); candle oil (30) contained in the container (10).

The container (10) is configured such that the wick (20) can stand on an open upper side, and is configured in a general vessel form in which the candle oil (30) can be filled in an inner space.

The wick (20) is formed by coating the candle oil on natural cotton and is fixedly arranged by a wick fixing base support (40) vertically assembled on the inner bottom surface of the container (10).

The core fixing base support (40) comprises a main body (41) which is assembled on the bottom surface of the inner part of the container by a glue spraying gun or a double-sided adhesive tape; a core support part (42) which is formed by penetrating and protruding in the center of the main body and enables the core to stand vertically.

Preferably, the core fixing shoe (40) may be provided in a plate structure of silicone material.

The candle oil (30) is in a gel form formed by adding natural perfume and natural pigment into natural vegetable oil, and before and after the candle oil is used, a user can refill the candle oil in the container, so that the container can be used again.

The candle oil (30) may be provided as a colloidal composition comprising a blend of natural vegetable oil 78 weight percent, natural plant 15 weight percent of perfume particles, candelilla wax 2 weight percent, natural pigment 1 weight percent, propolis 2 weight percent, and essential oil 2 weight percent.

Preferably, the natural vegetable oil may be one selected from the group consisting of canola oil, grapefruit oil, plum oil, coconut oil, and the like, which have high melting points.

Preferably, the natural plant of the perfume particle may use one selected from herbaceous plants, rosemary, spearmint, and lavender plants.

The natural plant of the perfume particle can be one selected from pericarp, folium Artemisiae Argyi, and cortex Cinnamomi Japonici.

The perfume contained in the gel-state natural oil aromatherapy candle may include various perfumes having an aromatic effect known in the art, and preferably natural essential oil is used.

The following describes the manufacturing process and the effect of the colloidal aromatherapy candle of the present invention, and refers to the above structure as follows.

Firstly, a colloidal incense candle is manufactured, in the step of preparing natural vegetable oil and dried and crushed fragrant particle plant materials, one hundred percent of plants containing the natural vegetable oil and the fragrant particles are dried, fermented and crushed (S1).

The natural vegetable oil can be any oil having a high melting point, such as canola oil, grapefruit oil, plum oil, and coconut oil, and can be selected from natural oils. The plant containing perfume particles is selected from one of the herbs, folium Artemisiae Argyi, cortex Cinnamomi Japonici, and pericarp, which are easily available at the periphery.

Then, a step of mixing and aging the composition with the prepared material, wherein 15 weight percent of the natural plant of the spice particles is added to the natural plant oil and mixed while maintaining a constant temperature of 40-45 ℃, and the base spice is blended in the oil after aging for 48 hours (S2).

Then, a step of separating the natural plant of the flavor particle from the composition is performed, and after mixing, the oil and flavor particle are put into a mixing tank and heated to 60 ℃, and then flavor particle is separated (S3).

Then, the composition is changed into a gel form, and 2 weight percent of candelilla wax is taken as compared with oil and is put into a mixing tank, then is heated to 70 ℃, after the candelilla wax is completely dissolved, 1 weight percent of natural pigment is mixed with the oil, then is heated to 60 ℃, and 2 weight percent of preservative (antioxidant) is put into and mixed with the oil (S4).

Finally, the step of finishing the gel-like candle oil is carried out, wherein when the temperature of the composition, namely the oil is kept at 60 ℃, 2 weight percent of natural essential oil compared with the oil phase is put into the candle oil which is stirred to finish the gel-like candle oil.

The cores were soaked in the gel-like natural oil composition heated as described above and then taken out to be dried.

Then, after the dried core (20) is cut to the same height as the container (10) or more, the core is combined with a core fixing base (40), and then the core fixing base (40) is fixed at the center of the container (10) by a glue gun or a double-sided tape.

Finally, the gel-like natural oil composition heated to a medium temperature is filled in a container, thereby providing the colloidal aromatherapy candle.

The plant containing the aroma particles includes all plants containing aroma such as pericarp, herb leaves, wormwood, and cinnamon, and the vegetable oil is pure vegetable oil which is used in the step after the aroma particle separation step depending on whether or not the base aroma is added, though the aroma particle mixing step is performed.

The perfume contained in the colloidal natural oil vanilla may include various perfumes having an aromatic effect known in the art, and natural essential oils are preferably used.

The open-top container can be made of various shapes and materials. For example, a circular, triangular, rectangular, or star-shaped form, or a material such as glass, wood, or concrete may be used.

The colloidal aromatherapy candle of the present invention as described above uses one hundred percent of natural materials, not only reflects the current lifestyle and trend of health care, but also is soft in colloidal state and suitable for various commodities.

In addition, the container can also be recycled, so that the container and the design and development are diversified, the competitiveness of commodities is improved, and the competitiveness of enterprises and brands is further improved. Various vegetable oils can be used as materials to replace imported raw materials, so that the cost is saved, and the product productivity is improved.

As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified or replaced with equivalents; and such modifications or alterations do not depart from the spirit of the corresponding technical solutions or from the scope of the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present invention.

The invention makes any container with champignon candle easy to set core, which makes the spark floating on the liquid oil safe and continuous.
