Background

Vacuum aluminized paper is increasingly popular in the market due to good packing property, decoration property, economical efficiency and good environment retentivity, and is widely used as a novel environment-friendly material for packing various products, such as cigarette packets, wine bags, cosmetics, food and the like, and products such as laser anti-counterfeiting marks, labels and the like. The oven dry quality of the vacuum aluminized paper depends greatly on the oven dry quality of the vacuum aluminized base paper. The vacuum aluminized paper applied to the wine label is not only required to be suitable for processing various vacuum aluminizing machines, embossing machines and high-speed die cutting machines, but also is required to be suitable for bottle sticking of a high-speed labeling machine. After the label with the glue is attached to the bottle, the solvent of the glue can be quickly evaporated (generally, the solvent is water), water penetrates through the label paper to be evaporated, and the label also plays an important role in the bonding speed of the glue. Therefore, different glue, different purposes and different shapes of labels have different requirements for aluminizing.
