1. The compressor impeller with the elastic table comprises a hub (5) and blades (4), wherein the blades (4) are mounted outside the hub (5); the method is characterized in that:

the hub is characterized by further comprising an elastic table (2), the diameter of the hub (5) gradually increases from left to right along the airflow direction, a left mounting hole (3) and a right mounting hole (7) are formed in the hub, and a cavity (6) with a larger inner diameter is formed between the left mounting hole (3) and the right mounting hole (7); the right end of the hub (5) protrudes to form a wheel back pressure surface (8);

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of electromechanics, and particularly relates to a compressor impeller with an elastic table.

Background

The compressor impeller of the turbocharger is pressed on the rotating shaft by virtue of the shaft end nut, the compressor impeller can deform under certain working conditions, such as overspeed of a rotor, the diameter of the compressor impeller is increased, the axial size of the compressor impeller is reduced, the shaft end nut loses pretightening force, and the shaft end nut is loosened.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a compressor impeller with an elastic table, in which the elastic table is added at an inlet of a hub of the compressor impeller, so that when the compressor impeller is installed, the elastic table shares a majority of pre-tightening force of a shaft end nut, so as to improve deformation resistance of the compressor impeller, and even when a rotor is in an overspeed condition, the axial dimension of the compressor impeller changes very little, the shaft end nut does not lose the pre-tightening force, thereby avoiding a failure of loosening the shaft end nut.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

the compressor impeller with the elastic table comprises a hub and blades, wherein the blades are mounted outside the hub; the hub is provided with a left mounting hole and a right mounting hole, and a cavity with a larger inner diameter is arranged between the left mounting hole and the right mounting hole; the protruding part of the right end of the hub forms a wheel back pressure tight surface;

the left side of the hub is connected with the elastic table, the elastic table is of a hollow rotary body thin-wall structure, and the outer diameter of the elastic table is smaller than the diameter of the inlet of the hub; the left side of the elastic table is contracted inwards to form a flange, and the diameter of a flange forming hole is slightly larger than the diameters of the left mounting hole and the right mounting hole; the left end face of the elastic table is an elastic table pressing face; the elastic table pressing surface is parallel to the wheel back pressing surface.

Further, the axial dimension of the elastic table is smaller than the axial dimension of the hub.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the elastic table 2 is of a hollow rotary body thin-wall structure, and the outer diameter of the elastic table is smaller than the diameter of the inlet of the hub 5; the left side of the elastic table 2 contracts inwards to form a flange, and the diameter of a flange forming hole is slightly larger than the diameters of the left mounting hole 3 and the right mounting hole 7.

The left end face of the elastic table 2 is an elastic table pressing face 1; the elastic table pressing surface 1 is parallel to the wheel back pressing surface 8.

The axial dimension of the elastic table 2 is smaller than the axial dimension of the hub 5.
