The invention relates to a vibration damper, in particular to a vibration damper with a semi-U-shaped water tank structure.

Background

With the development of the industry in China, a large number of high-rise tower devices exist in the petrochemical industry, the high-rise tower devices have the characteristic of high flexibility due to the structural characteristics of the high-rise tower devices and are sensitive to wind loads, in the actual wind load bearing process, transverse wind direction vibration, namely wind induced vibration, is often much larger than downwind direction vibration, so that the vibration of a tower body is frequent, fatigue cracks are easily generated at the connecting parts of the tower body structure and a base due to the fact that the tower body structure and the base bear fatigue loads for a long time, hidden dangers are brought to the structural integrity of the tower body, and the problem of how to solve the vibration reduction of the high-rise tower devices is always paid much attention.

The damping principle of Tuned Liquid Dampers (TLDs) is that an external excitation causes a structure to vibrate, thereby driving the TLD to move. Through the shaking of the liquid in the box body of the TLD vibration damping device, the energy of the vibration of the main structure is dissipated by the friction force generated by the shaking of the liquid in the box body of the boundary layer TLD vibration damping device and the broken waves generated under strong excitation, so that the vibration of the main structure is reduced.

The conventional TLD damping device is generally of a square box type, is mostly used for high-rise buildings, is not suitable for a cylindrical building of a tower equipment type, and has a shape type having a poor damping effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art and realize better vibration reduction effect, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The vibration damping device is used for adjusting the depth of liquid in the semi-U-shaped water tank so as to control the resonance frequency of the vibration damper, and the frequency of the vibration damper can be consistent with the natural frequency of a device to be damped, so that the optimal vibration damping effect is achieved.

And the U-shaped corner of the half U-shaped water tank is arc-shaped. The direction of the acting force of the liquid which horizontally shakes is more effectively adjusted to be the vertical direction.

More than two half U-shaped water tanks are arranged on the supporting seat side by side. The effect of vibration reduction can be enhanced.

The liquid is an antifreeze liquid. The anti-freeze fluid prevents the liquid from freezing as it cools when the damped equipment is in a high or cold environment.

The supporting seat comprises a steel grating plate, I-shaped steel and a supporting rib plate; the lower surface of the steel grating plate is connected with the upper surface of the I-shaped steel, and the lower surface of the I-shaped steel is connected with one end of the supporting rib plate; the upper surface of the steel grating plate is connected with the fixed support, and the vibration-damped equipment is respectively connected with one end of the I-steel and the other end of the supporting rib plate. The steel grating plate can effectively filter rainwater and reduce the corrosion condition; the I-shaped steel plays a role in supporting and balancing; the support rib plate, the I-shaped steel and the damped equipment form a triangular shape, so that the stability of the support seat is improved.

The steel grating plate is an annular steel grating plate. The device is convenient for the staff to stop and maintain.

The fixed support comprises a front fixed support and a rear fixed support, the front fixed support and the rear fixed support are respectively connected with the upper surface of the supporting seat, the front fixed support is tightly attached to the head of the half U-shaped water tank, and the rear fixed support is tightly attached to the tail of the half U-shaped water tank. The front and rear fixed supports are used for fixing the half U-shaped water tank.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:

the semi-U-shaped water tank enables collision among liquids to be more violent, and vibration energy of the equipment to be damped is effectively reduced; the depth of the liquid in the semi-U-shaped water tank can be adjusted, so that the resonance frequency of the vibration absorber is controlled to be consistent with the natural frequency of the equipment to be damped, and the optimal vibration attenuation effect is achieved; the plurality of vibration reduction devices are uniformly arranged around the vibration reduction equipment, and can deal with vibration in a plurality of directions, thereby effectively realizing vibration control in a plurality of directions. The vibration damping device can be flexibly assembled, combined and used, has reasonable manufacturing cost and simple use, and can effectively reduce the vibration reaction of the device under the action of wind vibration and earthquake load when the device to be damped is a high-rise structural device, thereby achieving the effects of vibration damping and energy consumption.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the TLD damping device of the half U-shaped tank structure of the present invention comprises: the support comprises a semi-U-shaped water tank 4, a support seat and a fixed support, wherein the support seat comprises a steel grating plate 2, I-shaped steel 6 and a support rib plate 7, and the fixed support comprises a front fixed support 3 and a rear fixed support 5; the semi-U-shaped water tank 4 is filled with liquid and is arranged on the steel grid plate 2, the front fixing support 3 is tightly attached to the head part of the semi-U-shaped water tank 4, the rear fixing support 5 is tightly attached to the tail part of the semi-U-shaped water tank 4, the bottoms of the front fixing support 3 and the rear fixing support 5 are respectively welded on the steel grid plate 2, the lower surface of the steel grid plate 2 is welded with the upper surface of the I-shaped steel 6, the lower surface of the I-shaped steel 6 is welded with one end of the supporting rib plate 7, and the high-rise tower equipment 1 is respectively welded with one end of the I-shaped steel 6 and the other end of the supporting rib plate 7.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, four damping devices are uniformly welded around the top of the high tower apparatus 1. The vibration control device can deal with the vibration in multiple directions and effectively realize the vibration control in multiple directions.
