1. An automatic lighting system for an electric tool, comprising: the system comprises a photosensitive sensor, a processor, a lighting lamp, a relay module and a power supply module;

the photosensitive sensor is arranged on a shell of the electric tool and used for detecting external illumination;

the illuminating lamp is arranged on the shell of the electric tool and used for illuminating the periphery of a construction worker;

the photosensitive sensor is connected with the input end of the processor, the relay module is connected with the output end of the processor, and a normally open contact in the relay module is connected in series in a circuit of the illuminating lamp and used for switching on or off a power supply;

and the power supply module is connected with the photosensitive sensor, the processor, the illuminating lamp and the relay module and used for supplying power.

2. The automatic lighting system for electric tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the processor consists of a crystal oscillator circuit, a reset circuit and a singlechip; the singlechip adopts an STC89C52 chip.

3. An automatic lighting system for a power tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein:

a pin 1 of the photosensitive sensor is a power supply signal end, a pin 2 is an output terminal of a signal acquisition signal, and a pin 3 is a grounding signal terminal; and the pin 2 is electrically connected with a pin P13 of an STC89C51 type singlechip.

4. The automatic lighting system for electric tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the illuminating lamp adopts an LED lamp.

the relay module comprises a coil, a normally open contact, a triode Q1 and a resistor R1; an emitting electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a power supply, a base electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with one end of a resistor R1, the other end of the resistor R1 is connected with a pin P20 of an STC89C52 type single chip microcomputer, a collector electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a coil, and a normally-open contact is connected with a charging circuit in series.

The invention relates to the field of electric tools, in particular to an automatic lighting system applied to an electric tool.

Background

Electric tools are mainly classified into metal cutting electric tools, grinding electric tools, assembly electric tools, and electric tools for railways. Common electric tools of various electric tools include electric drills, electric grinders, electric wrenches and electric screwdrivers, electric hammers and impact electric drills, concrete vibrators, and electric planes.

In the prior art, many electric tools do not have the light, when being under construction in dim place, because the sight is darker, firstly reduces work efficiency, secondly probably appears electric tool and injures construction worker.

Therefore, there is a need to develop an automatic lighting system for a power tool.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an automatic lighting system applied to an electric tool, which can realize the on-off of a lighting lamp according to the illumination intensity.

The invention is realized according to the following technical scheme:

an automatic lighting system applied to an electric tool comprises a photosensitive sensor, a processor, a lighting lamp, a relay module and a power supply module; the photosensitive sensor is arranged on a shell of the electric tool and used for detecting external illumination; the illuminating lamp is arranged on the shell of the electric tool and used for illuminating the periphery of a construction worker; the photosensitive sensor is connected with the input end of the processor, the relay module is connected with the output end of the processor, and a normally open contact in the relay module is connected in series in a circuit of the illuminating lamp and used for switching on or off a power supply; and the power supply module is connected with the photosensitive sensor, the processor, the illuminating lamp and the relay module and used for supplying power.

Further, the processor consists of a crystal oscillator circuit, a reset circuit and a single chip microcomputer; the singlechip adopts an STC89C52 chip.

Further, a pin 1 of the photosensitive sensor is a power signal end, a pin 2 is an output terminal of a signal acquisition signal, and a pin 3 is a ground signal terminal; and the pin 2 is electrically connected with a pin P13 of an STC89C51 type singlechip.

Further, the illuminating lamp adopts an LED lamp.

Further, the relay module comprises a coil, a normally open contact, a triode Q1 and a resistor R1; an emitting electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a power supply, a base electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with one end of a resistor R1, the other end of the resistor R1 is connected with a pin P20 of an STC89C52 type single chip microcomputer, a collector electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a coil, and a normally-open contact is connected with a charging circuit in series.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automatic lighting system for a power tool includes a photosensor 100, a processor, a lighting lamp 600, a relay module 500, and a power module 700; the photosensor 100 is mounted on a housing of the power tool to detect external light; the illumination lamp 600 is installed on a housing of the electric tool to illuminate the periphery of a construction worker; the photosensitive sensor 100 is connected with the input end of the processor, the relay module 500 is connected with the output end of the processor, and the normally open contact in the relay module 500 is connected in series in the circuit of the illuminating lamp 600 to switch on or off the power supply; the power module 700 is connected to the photosensitive sensor 100, the processor, the illuminating lamp 600 and the relay module 500 for supplying power.

The processor consists of a crystal oscillator circuit 400, a reset circuit 300 and a singlechip 200; the single chip microcomputer 200 adopts an STC89C52 chip. The STC89C52 chip has the advantages of low power consumption, small size, high integration, high reliability and the like.

A pin 1 of the photosensitive sensor 100 is a power signal terminal, a pin 2 is an output terminal of a signal acquisition signal, and a pin 3 is a ground signal terminal; and the pin 2 is electrically connected with a pin P13 of an STC89C51 type singlechip.

The illumination lamp 600 is an LED lamp. The LED lamp has the advantages of low energy consumption, long service life and the like.

The relay module 500 comprises a coil, a normally open contact, a triode Q1 and a resistor R1; an emitting electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a power supply, a base electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with one end of a resistor R1, the other end of the resistor R1 is connected with a pin P20 of an STC89C52 type single chip microcomputer, a collector electrode of the triode Q1 is connected with a coil, and a normally-open contact is connected with a charging circuit in series.

The emitter is off when the base of transistor Q1 is high and on when the base is low. When the power supply is connected, the whole circuit is in a working state. When the acquired data reaches a preset maximum value, a pin P20 of the STC89C52 chip is turned to a low level, at the moment, a triode Q1 is conducted (equivalent to a conducting wire), a buzzer sends out an alarm, and a flash lamp flickers.

The power module 700 employs a battery.
