The invention relates to a sunlight heat collecting device, in particular to an umbrella body sunlight heat collecting device which collects the heat energy of sunlight by a sunlight heat collecting unit and transmits the heat energy to a heat energy conversion component.

Background

The solar heat collecting device generally refers to a device utilizing solar energy, most of the devices are used for generating electric power when being exposed to the sun according to a solar energy source plate, or used for washing in a household according to solar energy heat, the solar energy series devices are fixed outdoors, the solar energy series devices are often corroded under outdoor sun and rain, and the solar energy series devices are possibly destroyed instantly if being subjected to violent wind in natural disasters.

However, the existing equipment utilizing solar energy mostly belongs to a large-volume object, so that the treatment of corrosion, adjustment and maintenance are a great test, and the transfer and displacement during the violent wind attack with high difficulty are not mentioned any more.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is known that the solar energy device of the prior art has the problem of difficult adjustment, maintenance, transfer and displacement, and therefore, the present inventors have been prompted to develop the solar energy device in a direction of simple adjustment, maintenance, transfer and displacement, and thought that the use of the retractable umbrella-shaped object is the best one.

The invention relates to an umbrella body sunlight heat collecting device, comprising: at least one sunlight heat collecting unit, a heat exchange unit and a control component; the sunlight heat collecting unit is provided with at least one base, the base is pivoted and extends upwards to form a rotating piece, the upper end of the rotating piece is connected with a flat rotating part, an umbrella body frame is pivoted above the flat rotating part, and a horizontal shaft pivoted with the umbrella body frame is transversely arranged on the flat rotating part in a traversing mode; the top edge of the umbrella frame is fixedly connected with a positioning ring, a heat collector is erected above the positioning ring, at least one heating chamber is arranged in the heat collector, and sunlight reflecting umbrella pieces which are upwarped and can be bound upwards are distributed and pivoted around the positioning ring; the heat exchange unit is internally provided with a heat exchange chamber filled with a liquid heat exchange medium, the heat exchange unit is connected with a conveying pump for conducting the heat exchange chamber, the conveying pump is connected with a heat medium conveying pipe for conveying the heat exchange medium to pass through a heating chamber of the heat collector, the heat collector is laterally connected with the heat medium conveying pipe for enabling the heat exchange medium to flow back into the heat exchange chamber, and the control assembly operates the starting and the closing of the conveying pump.

The heat exchange unit of the invention is externally connected with at least one heat energy conversion assembly, the conveying pump is also provided with at least one electromagnetic valve for opening and closing the heat exchange chamber, the electromagnetic valve is connected with a conversion connecting pipe for outputting the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange chamber to pass through the heat energy conversion assembly, the heat energy conversion assembly is provided with at least one conversion connecting pipe for reflowing the heat exchange medium to enter the heat exchange chamber, the control assembly can operate the electromagnetic valve to open and close the heat exchange chamber, and the control assembly can operate to start and close the heat energy conversion assembly.

The base of the invention is pivoted with the rotating piece, turbine teeth are arranged around the rotating piece, the turbine teeth are meshed with a scroll bar, and a scroll bar shaft is fixedly connected to the center of the scroll bar in a penetrating way; and the center of the rotating piece extends with the horizontal rotating part, the horizontal rotating part fixes a deflection swinging piece, and the deflection swinging piece controls the locking and the rotation of the horizontal shaft.

The umbrella body sunlight heat collecting device is also provided with 2 to 6 sunlight heat collecting units, the rotating component extends to be provided with the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with the scroll rod shaft, and the scroll rod shaft is connected and linked with the scroll rods arranged on the sunlight heat collecting units.

The heat exchange chamber is internally provided with a temperature sensing assembly for sensing the temperature of the heat exchange medium, the temperature data sensed by the temperature sensing assembly is transmitted to the control assembly in a connecting way, and the control assembly operates to start and stop the conveying pump according to the temperature data sensed by the temperature sensing assembly.

The invention arranges roller wheels which can shift the sun heat collecting device of the umbrella body under the sun heat collecting unit, the power unit and the heat exchange unit.

Compared with the prior art, the umbrella body sunlight heat collecting device has the effects of being convenient to adjust, maintain, transfer and move.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention mainly provides an umbrella body solar heat collecting device, comprising: at least one sunlight heat collecting unit 1, a heat exchange unit 2 and a control component 3; the sunlight heat collecting unit 1 is provided with at least one base 11, the base 11 is pivoted and extends upwards to form a rotating part 12, the upper end of the rotating part 12 is connected with a flat rotating part 13, an umbrella frame 14 is pivoted above the flat rotating part 13, and a horizontal shaft 15 pivoted with the umbrella frame 14 traverses the flat rotating part 13; a positioning ring 141 is fixedly connected to the top edge of the umbrella frame 14, a heat collector 142 is mounted above the positioning ring 141, at least one heating chamber 143 is arranged in the heat collector 142, a heat medium delivery pipe 16 for conducting the heating chamber 143 is externally connected to the heat collector 142, and sunlight reflecting umbrella pieces 144 which are tilted upwards and can be bound upwards are pivoted around the positioning ring 141; a heat exchange chamber 21 is disposed in the heat exchange unit 2, a liquid heat exchange medium 4 is filled in the heat exchange chamber 21, the heat exchange unit 2 is assembled with a delivery pump 22 for conducting the heat exchange chamber 21, the delivery pump 22 is connected to a heat medium delivery pipe 16 for delivering the heat exchange medium 4 to pass through a heating chamber 143 of the heat collector 142, the heat collector 142 is connected to a side of the heat medium delivery pipe 16 for flowing the heat exchange medium 4 back into the heat exchange chamber 21, and the control assembly 3 at least includes: a programmable logic controller 3A connecting the solar heat collecting unit 1 and the heat exchanging unit 2, wherein the programmable logic controller 3A is connected with: a keyboard 3A1 for inputting and setting the programmable logic controller 3A, and a screen 3A2 for displaying the setting data and the operation values of the programmable logic controller 3A, and the programmable logic controller 3A controls and operates the umbrella body solar heat collecting device 10 after setting; in addition, the solar reflective umbrella piece 144 is shown in fig. 2. Then, the delivery pump 22 is provided with at least one electromagnetic valve 23 for opening and closing the heat exchange accommodating chamber 21, the electromagnetic valve 23 is connected with a conversion connecting pipe 24 for outputting the heat exchange medium 4 from the heat exchange accommodating chamber 21 and passing through the heat energy conversion assembly 5, and the heat energy conversion assembly 5 is provided with at least one conversion connecting pipe 24 for reflowing the heat exchange medium 4 into the heat exchange accommodating chamber 21. The base 11 of the present invention is pivotally connected with the rotating member 12, the periphery of the rotating member 12 is provided with a turbine tooth 121, the turbine tooth 121 is engaged with a worm 122, and the center of the worm 122 is fixedly connected with a worm shaft 123 in a penetrating manner; and the flat rotating part 13 extends from the center of the rotating part 12. as shown in fig. 4, the flat rotating part 13 fixes a swing part 13A, and the swing part 13A controls the locking and rotating of the horizontal shaft 15. The swing member 13A can be an indexing disc, and the horizontal shaft 15 is controlled by the swing member 13A to adjust the swing angle of the umbrella frame 14 in a linkage manner, as shown in fig. 5. The solar heat collecting device 10 has at least one power unit 6, the power unit 6 has a rotating component 61, the rotating component 61 extends to form a rotating shaft 62 engaging with and rotating the scroll shaft 123, and the control component 3 can operate the rotating component 61 to rotate the scroll shaft 62, as shown in fig. 4.

The rotation member 12 of the present invention has the flat rotation portion 13 extending from the center thereof, the first deflection portion 13B provided with a hydraulic cylinder is pivoted on the periphery of the flat rotation portion 13, the upper end of the first deflection portion 13B is provided with a retractable first reciprocating rod 13B1, the side edge of the positioning ring 141 is pivoted on the top end of the first reciprocating rod 13B1, and the first reciprocating rod 13B1 can be linked to adjust the rotation angle of the umbrella frame 14 during the reciprocating operation and extension. Then, the umbrella body solar heat collecting device 10 is provided with at least one power unit 6, in addition, the umbrella body solar heat collecting device 10 can be provided with 2 to 6 solar heat collecting units 1 in a single row or in parallel according to the use requirement, the umbrella body solar heat collecting device 10 is connected with a heat medium conveying pipe 16 for conveying the heat exchange medium 4 through the heating chamber 143 of the first solar heat collecting unit 1 according to the conveying pump 22, the heat collector 142 of the last solar heat collecting unit 1 is connected with the heat medium delivery pipe 16 for flowing the heat exchange medium 4 back into the heat exchange chamber 21, the heat medium delivery pipe 16 is connected in series with the heating chamber 143 to continuously stabilize and accelerate the heating of the heat exchange medium 4, so as to save the heating time of the heat exchange medium 4, and effectively reduce the power consumption of the whole operation of the umbrella body solar heat collector 10, as shown in fig. 3. In addition, the power unit 6 has a rotation component 61, the rotation component 61 is extended with a rotation shaft 62 engaging and rotating the scroll shaft 123, the scroll shaft 123 is engaged and linked with the scroll 122 disposed on each solar heat collecting unit 1, so that when the rotation component 61 drives the rotation shaft 62 to synchronously rotate the scroll shaft 123, the scroll 122 disposed on each solar heat collecting unit 1 synchronously rotates the rotation member 12, as shown in fig. 4, the umbrella frame 14 is synchronously rotated horizontally according to the synchronous rotation of the scroll shaft 123, and the solar reflective umbrella piece 144 is aligned with the sun a by matching the angular swing of the umbrella frame 14, and the control component 3 can operate the rotation component 61 to rotate the scroll shaft 62, and the control component 3 can operate the first swing component 13B to extend and retract the first reciprocating rod 13B1, as shown in fig. 3.

The heat exchange chamber 21 of the present invention is provided with a temperature sensing element 25 for detecting the temperature of the heat exchange medium 4, the temperature data detected by the temperature sensing element 25 is transmitted to the control element 3, and the control element 3 operates to start and stop the delivery pump 22 according to the temperature data detected by the temperature sensing element 25, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium 4 can be controlled in a suitable application range, and the power consumption of the delivery pump 22 can be effectively saved, as shown in fig. 3.
