The external switch of claim 5, wherein: the edges of two ends of the four phase pole platforms are provided with wiring terminals, namely a wiring terminal five and a wiring terminal six, and the wiring terminal five and the wiring terminal six are connected through flexible conductors; and the boss of the phase pole four is provided with an arch-shaped bulge.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a switch, in particular to an external switch, an electric energy meter and a modular metering box.

Background

At present, external circuit breakers/intelligent switches of three-phase electric energy meters are 4 poles (4P), all poles are disconnected contact systems, and zero lines of working power supplies of electric operating mechanisms of the three-phase electric energy meters all need to get electricity through corresponding N poles. Because the N pole has a breakpoint, the abnormal disconnection of the N pole or the abnormal disconnection but poor contact of the N pole can cause the resistance of the N pole contact to be increased, thereby causing the unbalanced three-phase voltage of the power supply to burn out the household appliances of users.

In addition, the existing circuit breaker/intelligent switch has a complex structure and a large occupied volume, and some places can not meet the space requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an external switch, an electric energy meter and a modular metering box in order to solve the defects in the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an external switch which is formed by clamping a plurality of module units with the same shape, wherein one module unit is an electric operating mechanism and is arranged at the end part, the rest module units are opposite poles and are arranged in sequence close to the electric operating mechanism, the module units are square, and one side surface of each module unit is formed by a platform and a boss.

Furthermore, the number of the phase poles is 3, the phase poles are respectively a phase pole I, a phase pole II and a phase pole III, and the live wire of the electric operating mechanism is powered by the incoming wire ends of the phase pole I, the phase pole II and the phase pole III.

Furthermore, the electric operating mechanism is provided with a zero line wire taking wire, one end of the zero line wire taking wire is led out from a power supply on a circuit board in the electric operating mechanism, and the other end of the zero line wire taking wire is connected to an N-pole wiring row of the meter box during use.

The invention achieves the following beneficial technical effects: the invention provides an external switch, an electric energy meter adopting the external switch and a modular metering box adopting the external switch, wherein the phase pole and an electric operating mechanism of the external switch are in modular design, so that the external switch is more attractive in appearance, the size is greatly reduced, and the space is saved. As an optimized technical scheme of the invention, the phase pole has the following internal structure: 1. adopting a 3P structure: the neutral phase pole N is replaced by the electric wire taken from the zero line, so that the size of the switch is greatly reduced, and the function of the switch is not influenced; or, 2. adopt the 3P + N structure: the incoming line terminal and the outgoing line terminal of the neutral phase pole N are directly connected without a breakpoint, so that the phenomenon that the user household appliance is burnt due to unbalanced three-phase voltage caused by the fact that the N pole contact resistance is increased due to abnormal disconnection or abnormal disconnection but poor contact of the traditional neutral phase pole N is avoided.

The invention is further described with reference to specific examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

The invention provides an external switch, which is formed by clamping a plurality of module units with the same shape, wherein one module unit is an electric operating mechanism 1 and is arranged at the end part, the other module units are phase poles and are arranged in sequence close to the electric operating mechanism, the module unit is square, a boss is arranged on one side surface, and namely one side surface of the module unit is formed by a platform and the boss. The phase pole and the electric operating mechanism are in modular design, so that the appearance is more attractive, the size is greatly reduced, and the space is saved.

As one embodiment 1 of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a 3P structure is adopted: the number of the phase poles is 3, the phase poles are respectively a first phase pole 3, a second phase pole 4 and a third phase pole 5, and the live wire of the electric operating mechanism 1 is formed by the incoming wire ends of the first phase pole 3, the second phase pole 4 and the third phase pole 5. The electric operating mechanism 1 is provided with a zero line taking wire 7, one end of the zero line taking wire 7 is led out by a power supply on a circuit board in the electric operating mechanism 1, the other end of the zero line taking wire is connected to an N pole wiring row of a meter box during use, and the zero line taking wire replaces a neutral phase pole N, so that the size of the switch is greatly reduced, and the function of the switch is not influenced. The electric operating mechanism is provided with a signal terminal 2, the signal terminal 2 is provided with two terminals for control and feedback and is respectively connected to the electric energy meter, and when the electric operating mechanism is used, the electric energy meter sends a control instruction to control the opening and closing of the switch. The electric operating mechanism 1 is internally provided with a circuit board for rectifying and reducing voltage of a circuit, thereby providing working voltage of a motor of the electric operating mechanism.

As example 2 of the present application, a 3P + N structure is adopted: the quantity of looks utmost point is 4, is looks utmost point one 3, looks utmost point two 4, looks utmost point three 5 and looks utmost point four 6 respectively, electric operating mechanism's live wire by the incoming line end of looks utmost point one 3, looks utmost point two 4, looks utmost point three 5 and looks utmost point four 6 is got the electricity, the incoming line terminal and the outgoing line terminal of looks utmost point four 6 link to each other, and do not have the breakpoint. As a structural form of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2-3, connection terminals, namely a connection terminal one 8 to a connection terminal four 12, are respectively disposed at edges of two ends of the projection of the phase electrode four 6 and at an edge of the platform, wherein the connection terminal one 8 and the connection terminal four 12 are connected through a copper bar one 13; the second wiring terminal 9 and the third wiring terminal 11 are connected through the second copper bar 14, and the first copper bar 13 and the second copper bar 14 are connected through a flexible lead 15 in a spot welding mode.

As another structure form of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, connection terminals, namely a connection terminal five 16 and a connection terminal six 17, are respectively disposed at edges of two ends of the phase four 6 platform, and the connection terminal five 16 and the connection terminal six 17 are connected through a flexible wire 15; and the boss of the phase electrode four 6 is provided with an arch-shaped bulge.

The switches of the two embodiments can be used for the current three-phase electric energy meter, and remote tripping and closing of a circuit of the three-phase electric energy meter are achieved, so that remote automatic control of cost control or other requirements is achieved, and the three-phase electric energy meter external intelligent control switch/breaker becomes a large-load three-phase electric energy meter external intelligent control switch/breaker.

The present invention has been disclosed in terms of the preferred embodiment, but is not intended to be limited to the embodiment, and all technical solutions obtained by substituting or converting equivalents thereof fall within the scope of the present invention.
