A charging plug device is characterized by comprising a charging plug which can be inserted into a charging socket, wherein the charging plug is columnar or conical, and a plurality of metal contact pieces are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the charging plug; the metal contact piece comprises a power supply contact piece, a grounding contact piece, a charging control contact piece and a gun head detection contact piece.

The charging plug device according to claim 5, wherein the protective cover comprises a cover body and a cover, the cover body and the cover being composed of a plurality of parts; the parts which form the cover body and the cover can be separated and closed; the cover covers the charging plug top when the plurality of portions are closed; when the sections are separated, the cover exposes a void at the top of the charging plug, along which the charging plug can be extended or retracted.

A charging socket device, characterized in that the charging socket device comprises a charging socket into which a charging plug can be inserted; the charging socket comprises a columnar or conical space, the charging socket is provided with a metal contact corresponding to a gun head detection contact plate of a charging plug, and the side surface of the charging socket is provided with a plurality of metal connecting parts at intervals along the axial direction of the space; the metal connecting part comprises a power supply connecting part, a grounding connecting part, a charging control connecting part and a gun head detection connecting part, and the metal connecting part corresponds to a power supply contact piece, a grounding contact piece, a charging control contact piece and a gun head detection contact piece of the charging plug respectively.

8. The charging socket device according to claim 7, wherein the space is cylindrical, prismatic, conical or pyramidal.

9. The charging socket device of claim 7, wherein the metal contact is disposed at a bottom of the charging socket.

Background

The charging cable interface of the electric vehicle (or the hybrid vehicle) generally comprises a charging plug connected with a power supply and a charging socket arranged on the electric vehicle and matched with the charging plug, and the charging plug is connected with the charging socket and then charges the electric vehicle.

The existing charging plug for the electric automobile generally comprises 5 plugs, namely a power plug (comprising a zero line plug N, a live line plug L or a positive plug DC +, a negative plug DC-), a charging control plug CP, a gun head detection plug CC and a grounding plug PE.

The power supply plug is used for providing current, the charging control plug CP is used for providing signals for connection control and charging control of the charging gun head and the electric automobile, the gun head detection plug CC is used for detecting whether the charging gun head is well inserted, and the grounding plug PE is used for conducting grounding processing.

The charging socket and the charging plug of the charging interface of a common traditional electric automobile are arranged in a scattered mode, and the charging socket and the charging plug are required to be inserted into the automobile charging interface at a fixed angle when the charging is carried out, so that the automatic alignment and automatic plugging of the charging socket and the charging plug are difficult when the electric automobile is automatically charged, and the difficulty of accurate positioning when a charger robot is plugged is increased.

Technical problem to be solved

The invention aims to provide a charging plug device and a charging socket device, so as to overcome the defects of automatic alignment and automatic plugging difficulty of a charging socket and a charging plug when an electric automobile is automatically charged in the prior art.

The invention also provides a charging socket device, which comprises a charging socket capable of being inserted with a charging plug; the charging socket comprises a columnar or conical space, the charging socket is provided with a metal contact corresponding to a gun head detection contact plate of a charging plug, and the side surface of the charging socket is provided with a plurality of metal connecting parts at intervals along the axial direction of the space; the metal connecting part comprises a power supply connecting part, a grounding connecting part, a charging control connecting part and a gun head detection connecting part, and the metal connecting part corresponds to a power supply contact piece, a grounding contact piece, a charging control contact piece and a gun head detection contact piece of the charging plug respectively.

Wherein the space is cylindrical, prismatic, conical or pyramidal.

Wherein the metal contact is disposed at a bottom of the charging socket.

Wherein the metal connecting part can be ejected or retracted; when the metal connecting part is popped up, the metal connecting part is connected with a metal contact piece of the charging plug; when the metal connecting part retracts, the metal connecting part is disconnected with the metal contact piece of the charging plug.
