The existing glue removing method is that the rotor is taken out after the glue is dried and cured for a period of time, the flowing adhesive glue on the outer surface is cleaned, then the rotor is placed in a drying oven to be continuously heated, the pressing mode in the glue drying and curing process of the motor rotor and the flowing adhesive glue in the curing process are convenient to clean, the structure of a tool used in the glue drying and curing process of the rotor by domestic and foreign motor production units is complex, the rotor needs to be detached from the tool during the glue drying and curing, the process is complex, no measure for preventing the axial bidirectional movement of the rotor exists, and the application of engineering and mass production are not facilitated.

The invention relates to a tool applied to drying and curing a motor rotor, which is shown in figures 1-3 and has the following invention points:

Because the magnetic steel, the rotor protective cover, the end cover and the shaft sleeve in the rotor component are not fixed, the magnetic steel, the rotor protective cover and the end cover are only uniformly coated with adhesive and then pressed into a whole by a press, therefore, the upper surface of the magnetic steel is positioned by the boss of the rotor shaft sleeve in the baking process of the rotor assembly, but the two-way play along the axial direction is easy to occur during the baking process, the rotor protective cover is not connected and matched with other parts, therefore, the two-way play along the axial direction is easy to occur, the end cover is easy to move downwards, the motor assembly quality is seriously influenced by the movement, the motor is seriously scrapped, in order to solve the problem, the lower tool die and the rotor shaft sleeve are fixed through two screws, in such a way, the magnetic steel and the rotor protective cover are fixed in the baking process and then fixed with the upper tool die through four screws, so that the end cover is fixed, and the problem of axial two-way play is avoided; in addition, online glue cleaning can be realized in the glue drying and curing process, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; in addition, the assembly is simple in structure, compact in size and convenient to install, and is an advanced rotor glue drying tool.
