1. A linear electric generator comprising at least one electric generating unit, said electric generating unit comprising a mover part and a stator part; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Background

The linear generator is generally used as a generator matched with a linear internal combustion engine, and the linear internal combustion engine is mostly applied to the field of range extenders, so that the problems of efficiency and power density of the linear generator used as a matched generator are always technical difficulties.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides a linear generator.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a linear electric generator comprising at least one electric generating unit comprising a mover part and a stator part; the rotor part comprises a rotor shaft, a magnet base and two annular magnets, wherein the magnet base is wound in the middle of the rotor shaft in a flange shape, and the two annular magnets are respectively sleeved on the rotor shafts on the two sides of the magnet base in a serial mode in a manner that the same direction and the opposite poles attract each other; the stator part comprises two power generation windings and a clamping seat for fixing the windings, the clamping seat comprises a bottom frame and a U-shaped clamping groove, the power generation windings are clamped in the U-shaped clamping groove, and two end parts of the rotor shaft are respectively inserted into the two power generation windings and erected by the clamping seat.

Preferably, in the linear generator with a single generating unit, the two generating windings are output independently or output in series connection, and when the generating windings are in series connection, the generating windings can be output directly or output in a current stabilizing way through the electrolytic capacitor bank.

Preferably, in the linear generators with multiple power generation units, the multiple power generation units are connected in sequence, the power generation windings are connected with the power generation windings in the adjacent power generation units to form two-phase direct current output, and finally the two-phase direct current output is combined into relatively stable direct current output through the electrolytic capacitor.

The linear generator can directly generate direct current under the drive of an external source.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

① can have larger winding capacity and can generate more electric energy;

② the ring magnet can have larger cross section and fully utilize the magnetic field with the largest cross section, so the magnetic field intensity is stronger;

③ the magnet and the winding coil adopt the way that the largest area cross section of the magnet and the winding coil is opposite, and the reasonable distance, the induction magnetic field variation in the winding reaches bigger, therefore, the generating voltage is higher, the output capacity is stronger, the full power output by the internal combustion engine can be reached through the adaptation, and the volume of the whole machine is reduced, and the material cost is saved.

Detailed Description

In order to make the present invention more clear and intuitive for those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 2-7, a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

In the figure, in the linear generator of a single power generation unit, both ends of the rotor shaft 11 are connected with external power to drive the linear generator to generate direct current, in the linear generators of a plurality of power generation units, the rotor shaft 11 is connected with the adjacent power generation unit, and the rotor shaft 11 at the terminal is connected with the external power.

The linear generator of the embodiment comprises a generating unit, wherein the generating unit comprises a rotor part 1 and a stator part 2; the rotor part 1 comprises a rotor shaft 11, a magnet base 12 and two annular magnets 13, wherein the magnet base 12 is wound in the middle of the rotor shaft 11 in a flange shape, and the two annular magnets 13 are respectively sleeved on the rotor shaft 11 on two sides of the magnet base 12 in series in a manner that the magnets attract each other in the same direction and in different poles;

the stator part 2 comprises two power generation windings 21 and a clamping seat 22 for fixing the windings, the clamping seat 22 comprises a base frame 221 and a U-shaped clamping groove 222, the power generation windings 21 are clamped in the U-shaped clamping groove 222, and two end parts of the rotor shaft 11 are respectively inserted into the two power generation windings 21 and are erected by the clamping seat 22.

In the linear generator with a single generating unit, the two generating windings 21 are independently output or output in reverse series connection, and when the generating windings are in series connection, the generating windings can be directly output or output in a steady flow mode through the electrolytic capacitor bank.

As shown in fig. 8, when a plurality of power generation units form a linear generator, the plurality of power generation units are connected in sequence, and the power generation winding 21 is connected with the power generation winding 21 in the adjacent power generation unit to form a two-phase dc output, and finally combined by an electrolytic capacitor to form a relatively stable dc output.
