The preparation method of the nutrient soil for planting the Chinese medicinal materials comprises the following steps;

a: pulverizing lignum seu ramulus Cunninghamiae Lanceolatae bark, lignum seu ramulus Cunninghamiae Lanceolatae sawdust and folium Pini into coarse particles, mixing, and soaking in water for 10 hr.

B: taking out the soaked raw materials, filtering until the raw materials are placed and do not drip, adding sandy loam and plant ash, mixing and stirring;

c: mixing ammonium nitrate and potassium phosphate, and mixing with water at a ratio of 1:5 to obtain solution A;

d: placing the mixed raw materials in a shade place for stacking, and uniformly spraying the solution A;

e: adding 20 earthworms per kilogram of the raw materials into the mixed raw materials, spraying water on the raw material pile, keeping the raw material pile wet, and piling for 15 days.

D: separating and taking out earthworms to obtain the nutrient soil.
