Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a dual-purpose flavored cigarette filter.

Background

The filter tip is used as a bridge between a smoker and the mainstream smoke, can filter partial harmful components in the smoke, is connected with the filter tip on the cigarette, can effectively intercept total particulate matters in the mainstream smoke of the cigarette, reduces the tar content and reduces the harm of the smoke to the human health and the environment.

With the improvement of the quality requirement of the cigarette by consumers, the filter tip also plays a role in flavoring, and provides a foundation for non-combustion flavor blending. At present, the non-combustion flavor blending in the filter tip mainly adopts two forms of solid and liquid, wherein the solid is mainly flavored particles, and the liquid is mainly gel and exploded beads. The solid perfuming material has the advantages that the fragrance retention time is relatively long due to the compact structure, but the fragrance is difficult to release, and the perfuming effect is not as good as that of liquid. The perfuming of the gel has the disadvantage that the liquid volatilizes too fast, and the gel is easy to dry into powder after 2 to 3 months generally, so that the perfuming efficiency is greatly reduced.

The invention effectively combines the two methods, provides the dual-purpose flavoring cigarette filter, and utilizes partial tightness of the firmware to prevent the gel from volatilizing too fast; during the suction, the generated negative pressure is utilized to extract part of the gel sealed in the firmware, so that the advantage of high perfuming efficiency is exerted; in addition, the subassembly in this filter tip can be peeled off and use as sucking the cigarette, can satisfy the demand of smoker in special occasion and forbidden cigarette place.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dual-purpose flavored cigarette filter tip which can effectively increase the aroma amount of smoke during burning and smoking, and can be used as a buccal cigarette to meet the requirements of smokers.

The dual-purpose flavored cigarette filter is divided into three sections, wherein one section close to tobacco shreds is a common filter rod without special requirements; the second section is a dual-purpose section; the third section is a low-suction-resistance filter stick, wherein the center of the dual-purpose section is provided with 1 penetrating channel filled with flavoring gel along the length direction, and more than 3 air flow channels are arranged around the channel.

The common filter tip rod is a common acetate fiber filter tip rod.

The low-suction-resistance filter stick is an acetate fiber filter stick with the suction resistance of 200-500 Pa, such as an acetate fiber filter stick made of high-single-denier low-total-denier tows, and has the functions of providing an empty environment for smoke as much as possible and strengthening the Venturi effect of the smoke; when the third section is a cavity, the venturi effect is strongest.

The dual-purpose section is a cylinder which is made of 10-40% of tobacco powder, 40-70% of essence and spice and 10-20% of edible filling material by a mixed extrusion molding process or an injection molding process, wherein the percentages are mass percentages.

The tobacco powder is one or more of flue-cured tobacco powder, burley tobacco powder and aromatic tobacco powder.

The edible filling material is one or more of starch, gelatin, sugar and sodium alginate.

The essence is solid essence or/and solid particles loaded with liquid essence.

The main principle of the invention is as follows: the cigarette powder, the essence and the food-grade filler are made into a bar-shaped cylinder through a mixed extrusion molding process, and 1 through pore channel is arranged at the center of the cylinder along the length direction and is used for injecting and storing flavoring gel; at least 3 through air flow channels are uniformly distributed around the air suction device and used for the smoke to pass through during suction; the cylindrical rod is combined with the front section and the rear section of the common acetate fiber filter rod to form the dual-purpose flavoring filter tip.

The second section (dual-purpose section) is prepared by adopting the processes of mixing extrusion molding, injection molding and the like, and the flavoring gel is injected into the pore channel at the central position; in the storage process, only the front end and the rear end of the gel are exposed, so that the volatilization speed of the gel can be greatly reduced, and the fragrance is effectively kept.

When the traditional cigarette is smoked, firstly, the oral cavity can generate a certain negative pressure effect on the filter tip, so that the flavoring gel in the pore channel is transferred outwards, thereby playing a certain flavoring role; secondly, as the air flow passes through the peripheral through air flow channel, a venturi effect is formed, and the effect can bring about the following three effects: (1) the negative pressure in the filter tip is increased, particularly the negative pressure in the area close to the tail end of the second section is increased, and the outward migration efficiency of the gel is increased; (2) due to the existence of negative pressure in the filter tip, the desorption of aroma molecules in the gel is accelerated, and the smoke aroma-enhancing effect is enhanced; (3) the formation of negative pressure can hinder the coagulation of the smoke aerosol, and the smoke aerosol takes small particles as main components, so that the elegant feeling and the penetrability of the smoke aerosol are improved.

In order to achieve a significant effect of the venturi effect of the second section, it is generally required that the diameter of the surrounding through-flow passage along its length cannot be greater than 2 mm.

The gel storage channel in the second section is typically 2 + -1 mm in diameter in order to allow sufficient storage without losing the gel too quickly.

The dual-purpose section is made of edible materials, and the process flow of the dual-purpose section also follows the food-grade process, so that the filter tip of the cigarette can be broken off when the traditional cigarette cannot be burnt in special occasions and smoking-prohibited places, the dual-purpose section is taken out and directly put into the mouth for buccal or chewing, or is put into water for drinking, and the like, so as to meet the requirements of consumers.

Compared with the common cigarette filter, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the aroma components in the gel can be effectively maintained for a long time during storage, and the volatilization loss is reduced; the flavoring agent can be released in time during smoking, and the flavoring effect of smoke is good;

(2) the smoke aerosol particles are small, and the elegant feeling and the penetrability are good;

(3) the filter assembly has dual purposes, and can be used by holding or chewing in special occasions and smoking banning places.
