Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a low-tar and high-aroma dual-purpose cigarette filter.

Background

The filter tip is used as a bridge between a smoker and the mainstream smoke, can filter partial harmful components in the smoke, is connected with the filter tip on the cigarette, can effectively intercept total particulate matters in the mainstream smoke of the cigarette, reduces the tar content and reduces the harm of the smoke to the human health and the environment.

Aiming at the current trend of reducing tar and harm, a commonly adopted means is to increase the suction resistance of the filter or increase the ventilation rate of the filter. However, the design can greatly reduce the aroma amount of smoke while reducing tar of the cigarette, thereby reducing the quality of the cigarette; in addition, due to the appearance of various smoking ban places, the consumption requirements of many smokers cannot be met, and the cigarette is a great obstacle to the development of cigarettes at present.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a low-tar and high-aroma dual-purpose cigarette filter, which effectively increases the amount of smoke aroma during burning and smoking on the premise of little change of the overall filter resistance; in addition, the subassembly in this filter tip can be peeled off and use as sucking the cigarette, can satisfy the demand of smoker in special occasion and forbidden cigarette place.

The cigarette filter is formed by combining 4 sections, one section close to tobacco shreds is a high-adsorption filter stick, and the second section is a dual-purpose section; the third section is a perfuming section filled with perfuming particles; the end of the fourth section near the lip is provided with a low adsorption filter stick, wherein more than one through air flow channel is arranged in the length direction in the dual-purpose section.

The high-adsorption filter stick is an acetate fiber filter stick or a paper filter stick with the suction resistance of 1000-2000 Pa; the low-adsorption filter stick is an acetate fiber filter stick or a polypropylene fiber filter stick with the suction resistance of 200-500 Pa.

The dual-purpose section is a cylinder which is made of 10-40% of tobacco powder, 40-70% of essence and spice and 10-20% of edible filling material by a mixed extrusion molding process or an injection molding process, wherein the percentages are mass percentages.

The tobacco powder is one or more of flue-cured tobacco powder, burley tobacco powder and aromatic tobacco powder.

The edible filling material is one or more of starch, gelatin, sugar and sodium alginate.

The essence is solid essence (such as fructus mume powder, flos Osmanthi Fragrantis powder, etc.) or/and solid granule loaded with liquid essence (such as rose essential oil, herba Menthae essence, etc.).

The high adsorption filter stick in the cigarette filter mainly plays a role in removing large-particle aerosol in smoke; the second section is a dual-purpose section made of tobacco powder, essence and spice and food-grade filling material; the third section is a cavity filled with flavoring particles, and the manufacturing process can be realized on the existing filter tip forming machine; the fourth segment (near the lip) is a low adsorption filter rod and mainly has the function of preventing the migration of particles in the third segment.

The second section (dual-purpose section) is prepared by adopting processes of mixing extrusion molding, injection molding and the like, and when the cigarette is burnt and smoked, airflow passes through the through airflow channel to form a Venturi effect. This effect has three effects: (1) negative pressure in a certain area can be formed in the third section, and the formation of the negative pressure can accelerate the desorption of aroma molecules in the flavoring particles and enhance the flavoring effect of the flavoring particles; (2) the formation of negative pressure can block the coagulation of the smoke aerosol, the smoke aerosol takes small particles as main materials, and the elegant feeling and the penetrability of the smoke aerosol are improved; (3) as the number of the aerosol particles is increased, the elution effect of the smoke on the flavoring particles in the third section is increased, and the flavoring effect of the smoke is further promoted.

Further, in order to achieve a significant effect of the venturi effect of the second section, it is generally required that the diameter of the through gas flow passage in the length direction thereof is not more than 2 mm.

The second section (dual-purpose section) is made of edible materials, and the process flow of the second section (dual-purpose section) also follows the food-grade process, so that the filter tip of the cigarette can be broken off when the traditional cigarette cannot be burnt in special occasions and smoking banning places, the dual-purpose section is taken out and directly put into the mouth for buccal or chewing, or is put into water for drinking and the like, so as to meet the requirements of consumers.

Compared with the common cigarette filter, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the tar in the smoke can be reduced, and simultaneously, the aroma amount of the smoke can be effectively supplemented, so that the low-tar and high-aroma of the smoke can be realized;

(2) the smoke aerosol particles are small, and the elegant feeling and the penetrability are good;

(3) the filter assembly has dual purposes, and can be used by holding or chewing in special occasions and smoking banning places.
