Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container used by attaching a cosmetic contained in a container such as a foundation to an application body such as a puff.

Background

For example, as a conventional cosmetic container used for foundation, a cosmetic container described in the following patent document is known.

That is, as shown in fig. 11, the conventional cosmetic container includes: a disc-shaped container body 101 that contains a cosmetic F; a lid 102 that is openable and closable with respect to the container main body 101 and that closes the opening of the container main body 101. A space S is formed between the container body 101 filled with the cosmetic F and the lid body 102, and a sponge-like applicator (known as a puff) 103 provided separately from the container body 101 and the lid body 102 is accommodated in the space S.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned technical problem, and an object thereof is to provide a cosmetic container which can easily apply a cosmetic without making hands dirty.

One aspect of the present invention includes: a container body that contains a cosmetic product and is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having a storage space that opens upward; a lid body which is detachably provided at the open end of the container body and closes the open end of the container body; and an application body integrally attached to a lower portion of the lid body and housed in the housing space in a state where an opening end portion of the container body is closed, the application body being used to apply the cosmetic.

In this way, the application body is provided integrally with the lid body, and thus the cosmetic adhering to the application body can be applied while holding the lid body. In other words, the cosmetic can be applied without directly touching the application body with a hand.

In addition, as another aspect of the cosmetic container, it is preferable that the application body is detachably attached to the lid body via a fixing member, and the lid body is detachably attached to the container main body via the fixing member.

In the case where the applicator and the cap are integrally formed, the cap cannot be used at the same time when the applicator is contaminated, and the cosmetic container needs to be replaced. In contrast, as described above, the application body is detachably provided to the lid body, and thus, even when the application body is contaminated due to long-term use or the like, the application body can be cleaned or replaced. This enables the cosmetic container to be used permanently, thereby improving convenience.

In addition, when the coating body and the lid body are integrally configured, the coating body may be cleaned. However, in this case, the portion of the coating body connected to the lid body does not come into contact with the outside air, and it is difficult to sufficiently dehydrate the coating body, and therefore, it may take a long time to dry the coating body. In contrast, as described above, since the application body is detachably provided to the lid body, only the application body can be taken out during cleaning, and therefore, it is apparent that the application body can be efficiently and effectively cleaned, and drying can be performed in a short time, which greatly improves convenience.

In addition, in another aspect of the cosmetic container, it is preferable that the lid is attachable to and detachable from the container body via the fixing member.

In this way, the cover body is detachable from the container body via the fixing member, whereby the application body can be attached and detached with a simple structure, which is also advantageous in terms of convenience and manufacturing cost. In other words, by separating the fixing portion for attaching and detaching the lid body to and from the container body as a fixing member and using the fixing portion for attaching and detaching the application body, the attachment and detachment of the application body can be realized without greatly changing the specifications of the existing cosmetic container.

In addition, as still another aspect of the cosmetic container, it is preferable that a flange portion for attaching the application body is provided to extend on an outer peripheral side of the application body, a cylindrical portion for accommodating the flange portion is provided on a lower portion of the lid body, the fixing member is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and has a support portion extending radially inward, the fixing member is screwed and fixed to a male screw portion provided on an outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion in a state where the support portion overlaps an outer peripheral edge portion of the flange portion, and a protrusion provided on an outer peripheral side of the fixing member is engaged with an engaging protrusion provided to protrude on an inner peripheral side of an opening end portion of the container body in a state where the fixing member is accommodated in the opening end portion of the container body, whereby the lid body is attached to the container body.

In this way, by detachably supporting the application body to the lid body via the flange portion provided to the application body, the application body can be firmly fixed to the lid body, and the application body can be prevented from falling off from the lid body.

Further, when the direction in which the fixing member is attached to and detached from the lid body coincides with the direction in which the lid body is attached to and detached from the container main body via the fixing member, the fixing member may fall off from the lid body due to a tensile force applied when the lid body is attached to and detached from (particularly, when the lid body is detached from). In contrast, as described above, by making the direction in which the fixing member is attached and detached (the direction in which the fixing member is rotated) different from the direction in which the lid is attached and detached via the fixing member (the direction of the rotation shaft of the fixing member), the following disadvantages can be effectively suppressed: the fixing member falls off with the detachment of the lid body.

In addition, in the cosmetic container according to still another aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the application body includes an application portion for applying the cosmetic, and the flange portion provided at a proximal end portion of the application portion, and the flange portion extends radially outward of the application portion.

In this way, since the flange portion is provided to extend radially outward from the application portion, the formability of the application body is improved as compared with a case where the application portion and the flange portion are formed radially in the same direction. In addition, according to this aspect, there are also advantages as follows: when the applicator is attached, the flange portion can be supported by the support portion by simply screwing the fixing member, and the attachment of the applicator is improved.

In the above cosmetic container, it is preferable that the applying body has an applying portion for applying the cosmetic, and the flange portion provided at a proximal end portion of the applying portion, the flange portion has substantially the same outer diameter as the applying portion, a groove portion recessed radially inward is provided between the flange portion and the applying portion, and the supporting portion supports the flange portion by entering the groove portion.

In this way, since the flange portion is set to have substantially the same outer diameter as the applying portion, the outer diameter of the applying portion of the applying body can be secured to the maximum extent without increasing the outer diameter of the cosmetic container, and convenience can be improved.

In addition, in another aspect of the cosmetic container, it is preferable that the applying portion is formed of a sponge material, and the flange portion is formed of a material harder than the applying portion.

In this way, the flange portion is formed of a material harder than the coating portion, whereby the mounting rigidity of the coating body is improved, and the coating body can be more firmly fixed to the lid body. This suppresses deformation of the flange portion when applying the cosmetic, and enables satisfactory application of the cosmetic.

In the cosmetic container, it is preferable that an engaging convex portion engageable with the application body is provided in a lower portion of the lid body in a protruding manner, an engaging concave portion engageable with the engaging convex portion is provided in a concave manner in a proximal end portion of the application body, and the application body is detachably attached to the lid body such that the engaging convex portion is engaged with the engaging concave portion.

In this way, the application body can be directly attached to the lid body by engaging the engaging convex portion provided on the lid body with the engaging concave portion of the application body. Thus, the application body can be easily attached and detached as compared with a case where the application body is attached to the lid body via another member, and the convenience in cleaning and replacing the application body can be improved.

In addition, in the cosmetic container according to still another aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the container body includes a cosmetic storage tray that is opened upward and stores the cosmetic, and an inner lid that is provided integrally with the cosmetic storage tray and is capable of opening and closing an opening end portion of the cosmetic storage tray, and the inner lid is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape to form the storage space and is rotatable with respect to the cosmetic storage tray with a part of a circumferential direction as a fulcrum to open and close the opening end portion of the cosmetic storage tray with a bottom wall.

In this way, the space for accommodating the cosmetic in the container main body and the space for accommodating the applicator body are isolated by the inner cap, so that there is no concern that the cosmetic adheres to the applicator body when the applicator body is accommodated. Further, according to the above aspect, cosmetics can be taken out (adhered to the application body) from another cosmetics storage tray opened and closed by the inner lid while securing the storage space of the application body. Thus, by securing the storage space for the applicator, the distance from the opening of the container body to the cosmetic storage section is increased, and the problem of the applicator deteriorating the workability of adhesion to the cosmetic can be suppressed.

Further, since the inner lid is rotatably coupled to the cosmetic storage tray, there is no need to worry about the trouble of separating the inner lid when applying the cosmetic, and the convenience is improved.

According to the present invention, since the application body is provided integrally with the lid body, the cosmetic attached to the application body can be applied without directly touching the application body with the hand while holding the lid body, and the makeup can be easily performed without dirtying the hand.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In the present embodiment, the cosmetic container according to the present invention is described by taking as an example a case where the cosmetic container is applied to a compact case (foundation) in the same manner as the conventional case.

[ first embodiment ]

Fig. 1 to 4 show a cosmetic container according to the present embodiment. In the description of the drawings, a direction parallel to the central axis Z passing through the center of the cosmetic container is referred to as an "axial direction", a direction orthogonal to the central axis Z is referred to as a "radial direction", and a direction around the central axis Z is referred to as a "circumferential direction". The "axial direction" is described with the upper side of the paper in each drawing being "upper" and the lower side being "lower".

(Structure of cosmetic Container)

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cosmetic container includes: a substantially bottomed cylindrical container body 1 that accommodates cosmetic F in an upper open interior; a lid body 2 detachably provided at an opening end portion of the container body 1; and an application body 3 integrally attached to a lower portion of the lid body 2. The application body 3 is accommodated in a space S, which is a storage space described later, of the container body 1 by closing the opening end of the container body 1 with the lid body 2.

The container body 1 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having an open upper portion and a closed lower portion. Specifically, the container body 1 is configured by a disk-shaped cosmetic storage tray 11 and an inner lid 12, the cosmetic storage tray 11 being open at the upper side and storing the cosmetic F therein, the inner lid 12 being provided integrally with the cosmetic storage tray 11 and opening and closing an opening end portion of the cosmetic storage tray 11. The inner lid 12 is coupled to the cosmetic storage tray 11 via a hinge 13 (described later) so as to be rotatable relative to the cosmetic storage tray 11 (see fig. 4).

The cosmetic storage tray 11 is formed in a substantially disk shape with a depressed central portion. Specifically, the cosmetic container includes a circular bottom wall 11a and a cylindrical peripheral wall 11b rising from the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 11a, and a concave cosmetic container 11c for containing the cosmetic F is defined in the center. The cosmetic storage 11c is filled with a cosmetic F obtained by solidifying powder such as foundation. In the present embodiment, a so-called disposable mode is illustrated in which the cosmetic F is directly filled into the cosmetic storage portion 11c of the cosmetic storage tray 11, but the replacement (refilling) of the cosmetic F may be realized by using a known powder core (cartridge).

A rectangular concave recess 11d that is recessed radially inward is formed at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 11b, which corresponds to the rear end portion of the cosmetic storage tray 11. Further, the recessed portion 11d is provided with a pivot 11e extending along the tangential direction of the peripheral wall 11b so as to extend along both circumferential sides. The pivot shaft 11e constitutes a hinge 13 in cooperation with a later-described bearing portion 12d of the inner lid 12, the hinge 13 connects the inner lid 12 to the cosmetic storage tray 11 so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the cosmetic storage tray 11, and the pivot shaft 11e constitutes an opening/closing fulcrum of the inner lid 12.

Further, a finger hook portion 11f, which is recessed in a stepped manner at an upper end side, is formed at a circumferential position of the circumferential wall 11b, which corresponds to a front end portion, on the opposite side to the radial direction of the recess portion 11d, of the cosmetic storage tray 11. A locking projection 11g that can lock a locking claw 12f, which will be described later, of the inner lid 12 is projected from the back surface of the finger hook portion 11 f. That is, the inner lid 12 is locked in the closed state by locking a locking claw 12f, described later, of the inner lid 12 to the locking projection 11 g.

The inner lid 12 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having an upper opening, and is integrally formed with a circular bottom wall 12a and a cylindrical peripheral wall 12b rising from a peripheral edge portion of the bottom wall 12a, and defines a space S as a housing space for housing the application body 3 in a central portion. That is, the inner lid 12 separates the cosmetic storage tray 11 from the space S by the bottom wall 12a, opens and closes the open end of the cosmetic storage tray 11 by the bottom wall 12a, and stores the applicator 3 in the space S defined by the bottom wall 12a and the peripheral wall 12 b.

Further, on the inner peripheral side of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall 12b, a plurality of (three in the present embodiment) locking projections 12c to which the later-described protrusion 41b of the fixing member 4 attached to the lid body 2 is locked are provided at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Each locking protrusion 12c has a predetermined locking width (contact area) extending in the circumferential direction, and a protrusion 41b of a fixing member 4, which will be described later, attached to the lid body 2 is locked to the locking protrusion 12c, thereby maintaining the closed state of the lid body 2.

A block-shaped bearing portion 12d projecting downward is integrally provided at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 12b corresponding to the rear end portion of the inner cover 12. A shaft through hole 12e through which a pivot shaft 11e provided in the cosmetic storage tray 11 passes is formed in the bearing portion 12d so as to pass in the width direction (tangential direction). That is, the pivot shaft 11e provided in the cosmetic storage tray 11 passes through the shaft through hole 12e, and the inner lid 12 is coupled to the cosmetic storage tray 11 so as to be rotatable relative to the cosmetic storage tray 11 about the pivot shaft 11e as a fulcrum.

Further, at a circumferential position of the circumferential wall 12b corresponding to the front end portion of the inner cover 12 on the opposite side in the radial direction from the bearing portion 12d, a locking claw 12f which is accommodated in the finger hook portion 11f of the cosmetic storage tray 11 and can be locked to the locking protrusion 11g is provided to extend downward. That is, the locking claw 12f can be locked to the locking protrusion 11g of the cosmetic storage tray 11 by so-called snap (snap), and the locking claw 12f is locked to the locking protrusion 11g, whereby the closed state of the inner lid 12 is maintained.

The lid body 2 integrally has: a disk-shaped lid portion 21 that closes the open end of the inner lid 12; a cylindrical grip portion 22 provided to protrude from an upper end portion of the lid portion 21; and a fixed portion 23 provided to protrude from a lower end portion of the lid portion 21 and fixing the fixing member 4 described later. That is, the lid body 2 is detachably provided to the inner lid 12 via the fixing member 4 for attaching the application body 3 to the lid body 2.

The lid portion 21 is formed in a disc shape having a predetermined thickness, and is set to have the same outer diameter as the container body 1 (inner lid 12), and closes the opening end portion of the inner lid 12. Further, on the lower surface of the lid portion 21, an annular convex portion 21a for sandwiching the flange portion 32 is provided along the circumferential direction at a position on the inner circumferential side of the fixed portion 23 and overlapping the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 in the radial direction. The annular projection 21a is substantially pointed, and bites into the flange portion 32 to sandwich the flange portion 32 in cooperation with an annular projection 42a of the fixed member 4, which will be described later.

The grip portion 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a smaller diameter than the lid portion 21 and having a predetermined outer diameter optimal for a user to grip. The grip portion 22 is not limited to the cylindrical shape as in the present embodiment, and may be a more excellent grip such as a prismatic shape, or a design-oriented form such as a pattern such as a flower by molding, and may be arbitrarily changed according to the specification of the cosmetic container.

The fixed portion 23 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape that protrudes in the axial direction from the lower end (lower surface) of the lid portion 21 and opens downward. The amount of projection of the fixed portion 23 is set according to the thickness of a flange portion 32, which will be described later, of the applicator 3, and is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the flange portion 32. In other words, the entire flange portion 32 of the application body 3 is housed in the inner peripheral side of the fixed portion 23. Further, a male screw portion 23a for attaching and detaching the fixing member 4 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the fixed portion 23.

The applicator 3 has an applicator portion 31 formed in a substantially hemispherical shape for applying the cosmetic F, and a flange-like flange portion 32 integrally provided at the proximal end portion of the applicator portion 31 and extending radially outward of the applicator portion 31, and is integrally formed of a predetermined sponge rubber material. Then, the application body 3 is detachably supported and fixed to the lower portion of the lid body 2 via the flange portion 32. The flange portion 32 is set to have an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2, and is set to have a thickness slightly smaller than the amount of projection of the fixed portion 23.

The fixing member 4 integrally has: a substantially cylindrical portion 41 screwed to the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2; and a support portion 42 extending radially inward at a lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 41 and supporting the flange portion 32 of the applicator 3 in a state of being attached to the lid body 2. On the inner circumferential side of the support portion 42, a circular application portion through hole 43 through which the application portion 31 of the application body 3 can pass is formed. The inner diameter of the coating section through hole 43 is set to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the coating section 31 of the coating body 3, and the coating section 31 can be inserted and held while the radial movement of the coating section 31 is restricted.

The cylindrical portion 41 has an internal thread portion 41a formed on the inner peripheral side thereof to engage with the external thread portion 23a of the lid body 2. That is, the female screw portion 41a is engaged with the male screw portion 23a of the lid body 2 (the fixed portion 23), whereby the fixing member 4 can be screwed detachably to the outer peripheral side of the fixed portion 23. Here, the cylindrical portion 41 is set to have substantially the same axial dimension as the fixed portion 23, and the distal end portion of the cylindrical portion 41 abuts against the lower surface of the lid portion 21, thereby restricting the screwing of the fixing member 4 into the fixed portion 23. Further, a protrusion 41b capable of being locked to the locking protrusion 12c of the inner lid 12 is formed in a circumferentially continuous ring shape on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion 41.

The support portion 42 is provided to extend in the radial direction to the base end portion of the flange portion 32 of the application body 3, and overlaps substantially the entire radial region of the flange portion 32. Then, the support portion 42 abuts on the front end portion of the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2 in the screwed state (attached state) of the fixing member 4, and the screwing of the fixing member 4 to the fixed portion 23 is also restricted by the abutment of the support portion 42 on the front end portion of the fixed portion 23.

Further, a plurality of annular protrusions 42a formed in a pointed shape are provided along the circumferential direction at positions facing the annular protrusions 21a of the lid body 2 on the inner surface of the support portion 42. The annular projection 42a sandwiches the flange portion 32 of the applicator 3 in cooperation with the annular projection 21a of the lid body 2, thereby sandwiching the flange portion 32. More specifically, as the fixing member 4 is screwed into the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2, the annular protrusions 21a and 42a are caused to bite into the flange portion 32 so as to approach each other, and the application body 3 is sandwiched between the lid body 2 and the fixing member 4.

As described above, in the cosmetic container of the present embodiment, the applicator 3 is configured to be detachable from the lid body 2. Specifically, the applicator 3 is attached to and fixed to the lid body 2 by inserting the applicator 31 of the applicator 3 into the applicator through-hole 43 from above (on the opposite side of the support portion 42) with respect to the fixing member 4, and then engaging and screwing the female screw portion 41a of the fixing member 4 with the male screw portion 23a of the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2 in a state where the flange portion 32 is supported by the support portion 42. In addition, the fixing member 4 is released and detached from the lid body 2 in a step reverse to the attachment, whereby the application body 3 can be detached from the lid body 2.

(use state of cosmetic Container)

In the cosmetic container of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the engagement claw 12f of the inner lid 12 is lifted by hooking a finger on the finger hook portion 11f of the cosmetic storage tray 11, and the inner lid 12 is rotated upward relative to the cosmetic storage tray 11 to open the lid. Next, after the cap body 2 is removed by pulling the grip portion 22 of the cap body 2 out of the inner cap 12, the cosmetic F filled in the cosmetic storage tray 11 is attached to the application portion 31 of the application body 3 integrally attached to the cap body 2, and the cosmetic F is applied. After the cosmetic is applied, the inner cap 12 is closed, and the locking claw 12f is locked by the locking protrusion 11 g. Thereafter, the lid body 2 is pressed into the opening of the inner lid 12 so that the application body 3 is accommodated in the space S of the inner lid 12, and the protrusion 41b of the fixing member 4 is engaged with each engagement protrusion 12c (see fig. 2) of the inner lid 12, whereby the lid body 2 is locked with respect to the inner lid 12 to close the lid.

(Effect of the present embodiment)

Hereinafter, the characteristic operational effects of the cosmetic container according to the present embodiment will be specifically described.

In the present embodiment, the application body 3 is integrally attached to the lid body 2 via the fixing member 4, and thus the cosmetic F adhering to the application body 3 (application section 31) can be applied while gripping the lid body 2 (gripping section 22). That is, the cosmetic F can be applied without directly touching the applicator 3 with the hand, and the cosmetic F can be easily applied without dirtying the hand.

On the other hand, when the applicator body 3 is provided integrally with the lid body 2, the lid body 2 cannot be used at the same time when the applicator body 3 is contaminated, and the cosmetic container may need to be replaced, which is disadvantageous in convenience. In contrast, in the present embodiment, the application body 3 is provided integrally with the lid body 2, and the application body 3 is also detachably attached to the lid body 2. Therefore, even when the application body 3 is stained due to long-term use or the like, the application body 3 can be cleaned or replaced. This enables the cosmetic container to be used permanently, thereby improving convenience.

On the other hand, when the application body 3 is provided integrally with the lid body 2, the application body 3 may be cleaned together with the lid body 2. However, in this case, the portion of the application body 3 connected to the lid body 2 may not come into contact with the outside air, and it is difficult to sufficiently dehydrate the application body 3, and therefore, it may take a long time to dry the application body 3. In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the applicator 3 is detachable from the lid body 2, the applicator 3 may be cleaned only by detaching the applicator 3. This makes it clear that the coated body 3 can be efficiently and effectively cleaned, and that the entire coated body 3 can be brought into contact with the outside air in addition to sufficient dehydration, so that drying can be performed in a short time, and the convenience is greatly improved.

In the present embodiment, lid body 2 is detachable from container body 1 (inner lid 12) via fixing member 4. Therefore, the applicator 3 can be attached and detached with a simple structure, which is also advantageous in terms of convenience and manufacturing cost. In other words, by separating the fixing portion, which has been conventionally used for attaching and detaching the lid body 2 to and from the container body 1, in the form of the fixing member 4 and using it for attaching the applicator body 3, it is possible to attach and detach the applicator body 3 without greatly changing the specifications of the conventional cosmetic container.

In the present embodiment, the application body 3 is detachably supported by the lid body 2 via the flange portion 32 provided in the application body 3. This can firmly fix the application body 3 to the lid body 2, and can prevent the application body 3 from falling off from the lid body 2.

Further, when the direction in which the fixing member 4 is attached to and detached from the lid body 2 and the direction in which the lid body 2 is attached to and detached from the container body 1 via the fixing member 4 coincide with each other, the fixing member 4 may be detached from the lid body 2 due to a tensile force acting particularly when the lid body 2 is detached. In contrast, in the present embodiment, the fixing member 4 is attached to and detached from the lid body 2 by rotating around the central axis Z with respect to the lid body 2, and the lid body 2 is attached to and detached from the container body 1 (inner lid 12) by pushing and pulling along the central axis Z with respect to the container body 1 (inner lid 12). In this way, by making the attaching and detaching direction of the fixing member 4 (the direction in which the fixing member 4 is rotated) different from the attaching and detaching direction of the lid body 2 via the fixing member 4 (the direction of the rotation axis of the fixing member 4), it is possible to effectively suppress the trouble that the fixing member 4 comes off with the attachment and detachment of the lid body 2.

In the present embodiment, the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 extends radially outward from the application portion 31. Therefore, the formability of the coated body 3 can be improved as compared with the case where the coated portion 31 and the flange portion 32 are formed to have the same diameter.

In the present embodiment, the flange portion 32 is provided to extend radially outward from the application portion 31, and thus the following advantages are also provided: when the applicator 3 is attached, the flange portion 32 can be supported by the support portion 42 by simply screwing the fixing member 4, and the attachment of the applicator 3 is improved.

In the present embodiment, the portion of the container body 1 that contains the cosmetic F (the cosmetic storage portion 11c of the cosmetic storage tray 11) and the space (space S) that contains the applicator 3 are separated by the inner lid 12. Therefore, the cosmetic F does not adhere to the application body 3 when the application body 3 is stored.

Further, according to the structure of the inner lid 12 for separating the cosmetic storage section 11c from the space section S, the cosmetic F can be taken out from the separate cosmetic storage tray 11 opened and closed by the inner lid 12 (the cosmetic F is attached to the applicator 3) while the storage space (space section S) of the applicator 3 is secured by the inner lid 12. Thus, the distance from the opening of the container body 1 to the cosmetic storage 11c is increased by securing the storage space (space S) of the applicator 3, and it is possible to suppress a problem that the workability of adhesion of the applicator 3 to the cosmetic F is lowered.

Further, since the inner lid 12 is coupled to the cosmetic storage tray 11 via the hinge 13 so as to be relatively rotatable, there is no fear that the inner lid 12 is separated and becomes troublesome when applying the cosmetic F, and convenience is improved.

(modification of the first embodiment)

In the first embodiment, the entire application body 3 is formed of the same sponge rubber material as in the first embodiment, but the structure of the application body 3 is not limited to this. In other words, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 may be integrally formed of a material harder (higher in rigidity) than the application portion 31.

As in the present modification, the flange portion 32 for supporting the application body 3 is formed of a material harder (higher in rigidity) than the application portion 31, and thus the rigidity of attachment of the application body 3 to the lid body 2 is improved, and the application body 3 can be more firmly fixed to the lid body 2. Thereby, when cosmetic F is applied, the deflection deformation of flange portion 32 is suppressed, and the application workability of cosmetic F is good.

(second embodiment)

Fig. 6 to 7 show a second embodiment of the cosmetic container according to the present invention, in which the support structure of the applicator 3 in the first embodiment is changed. The basic configuration other than this modification point is the same as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.

In the cosmetic container of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the outer diameter of the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 is set to be substantially the same size as the outer diameter of the application portion 31. In other words, in the present embodiment, an annular engaging groove 33 for engaging a support portion 42, which will be described later, of the fixing member 4 is formed in a circumferential direction in a cutout in the base end portion side of the cylindrical application body 3, and the flange portion 32 is formed in the base end portion of the application body 3 by the engaging groove 33.

In the present embodiment, the support portion 42 of the fixing member 4 is provided to extend radially inward further than the first embodiment, and is formed to be capable of being press-fitted into the engagement groove 33 of the application body 3 for engagement. In other words, the inner diameter of the coating portion through hole 43 of the support portion 42 of the fixing member 4 is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the coating portion 31 and equal to the outer diameter of the engagement groove 33, and the flange portion 32 is supported by the support portion 42 that is overlapped in the radial direction by the tip portion of the support portion 42 being inserted and engaged in the engagement groove 33 in a press-fitted state.

As described above, in the present embodiment, since the support portion 42 of the fixing member 4 is press-fitted into the engagement groove 33 of the application body 3 and is supported and fixed by the fixing member 4 screwed into the lid body 2, the annular protrusions 21a and 42a of the first embodiment are eliminated. In other words, in the present embodiment, the relative movement of the application body 3 with respect to the fixed member 4 can be suppressed by friction between the outer surface of the support portion 42 inserted into the engagement groove 33 in the press-fitted state and the inner surface of the engagement groove 33.

In the cosmetic container of the present embodiment, when the applicator 3 is detached from the lid body 2, the fixing member 4 is first released and detached from the lid body 2. Thereafter, the application portion 31 of the application body 3 is gripped and compressed and deformed radially inward, and the support portion 42 of the fixing member 4 is disengaged from the engagement groove 33 of the application body 3, whereby the application body 3 can be detached from the fixing member 4. On the other hand, when the application body 3 is attached to the lid body 2, the procedure is reversed to the above-described detachment. That is, the application section 31 of the application body 3 is grasped, the application body 3 is compressed and deformed radially inward such that the outer diameter of the application body 3 is smaller than the inner diameter of the support section 42 of the fixing member 4, and in this state, the base end side of the application body 3 is inserted through the application section through hole 43, and the support section 42 is engaged with the engagement groove 33 of the application body 3. Thereafter, the fixing member 4 to which the application body 3 is attached is screwed into the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2, whereby the attachment of the application body 3 to the lid body 2 is completed.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 is set to have substantially the same outer diameter as the application portion 31. Therefore, the outer diameter of the applying section 31 of the applying body 3 can be secured to the maximum extent without increasing the outer diameter of the cosmetic container, and convenience can be improved.

(modification of the second embodiment)

In the second embodiment, the entire application body 3 is formed of the same sponge rubber material as in the first embodiment, but the structure of the application body 3 is not limited to this. In other words, for example, as shown in fig. 8, similarly to the modification of the first embodiment, the flange portion 32 of the application body 3 may be integrally formed of a material harder (higher in rigidity) than the application portion 31.

As in the present modification, since the flange portion 32 for supporting the application body 3 is formed of a material harder (higher in rigidity) than the application portion 31, the rigidity of attachment of the application body 3 to the lid body 2 is improved, and the application body 3 can be more firmly fixed to the lid body 2, as in the modification of the first embodiment. Thereby, when cosmetic F is applied, the deflection deformation of flange portion 32 is suppressed, and the application workability of cosmetic F is good.

[ third embodiment ]

Fig. 9 to 10 show a third embodiment of the cosmetic container according to the present invention, in which the support structure of the applicator in the first embodiment is modified. The basic configuration other than this modification point is the same as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.

As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the cosmetic container of the present embodiment is configured such that the application body 3 is directly attached to the lid body 2 and the fixing member 4 mainly functions to fix the lid body 2 to the container body 1 (inner lid 12).

Specifically, an engagement projection 24 formed in an inverted T shape having a so-called undercut portion with a stepped diameter-expanding lower end portion is projected from the lower surface of the lid 21. The engaging projection 24 is composed of a shaft portion 24a having a constant outer diameter, and an engaging portion 24b formed by expanding the diameter of the shaft portion 24a in a stepwise manner at the lower end portion of the shaft portion 24 a. In consideration of the mountability of the coating body 3 described later, the engaging portion 24b is formed in a flat spherical shape having an elliptical longitudinal section and a rounded portion formed by chamfering the entire shape.

On the other hand, an engagement recess 34 having a shape corresponding to the engagement protrusion 24 of the lid body 2 and capable of engaging with the engagement protrusion 24 is provided in a recessed manner on the end surface of the base end portion of the application body 3 on the opposite side. The engaging recess 34 is formed to open at an end surface on the base end side of the application body 3, and is constituted by a shaft insertion hole 34a through which the shaft portion 24a of the engaging protrusion 24 is inserted, and an engaged portion 34b which is formed to have a stepped diameter expansion with respect to the shaft insertion hole 34a and with which the engaging portion 24b of the engaging protrusion 24 is engaged.

The fixing member 4 is screwed to the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2 in a state where the application portion 31 is inserted into the application portion through hole 43 after the application body 3 is attached to the lid body 2 (the engaging convex portion 24). Here, the inner diameter of the coating section through hole 43 is set to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the coating section 31 of the coating body 3. Thus, even when the application body 3 is compressed and deformed in the axial direction at the time of applying the cosmetic F, the amount of the spread of the application body 3 in the radial direction is restricted by the support portion 42 of the fixing member 4, and the application body 3 can be prevented from coming off the lid body 2. In the present embodiment, the fixing member 4 and the lid body 2 are configured separately in order to prevent the application body 3 from falling off, but the fixing member 4 and the lid body 2 may be configured integrally with each other with a view to productivity of the cosmetic container.

In the cosmetic container of the present embodiment, when the applicator 3 is detached from the lid body 2, the fixing member 4 is first released and detached from the lid body 2. Thereafter, the distal end side of the application section 31 of the application body 3 is grasped, the shaft insertion hole 34a of the engaging recess 34 is deformed and expanded, and the engaging protrusion 24 is disengaged from the engaging recess 34, whereby the application body 3 can be detached from the lid body 2. On the other hand, when the application body 3 is attached to the lid body 2, the procedure is reversed to the above-described detachment. That is, the distal end side of the application section 31 of the application body 3 is grasped, and the proximal end side of the application body 3 is expanded and deformed radially outward so that the outer diameter of the engaging concave portion 34 (the shaft insertion hole 34a) of the application body 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the engaging convex portion 24 (the engaging portion 24b) of the lid body 2, and in this state, the engaging convex portion 24 is engaged with the engaging concave portion 34. Thereafter, the fixing member 4 is screwed into the fixed portion 23 of the lid body 2 with the application portion 31 inserted into the application portion through hole 43, whereby the attachment of the application body 3 to the lid body 2 is completed.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the engaging convex portion 24 provided on the lid body 2 is engaged with the engaging concave portion 34 of the application body 3, whereby the application body 3 is directly attached to the lid body 2. This makes it possible to easily attach and detach the applicator 3 to and from the lid body 2, as compared with the case where the applicator 3 is attached to the lid body 2 via another member, thereby improving the convenience of cleaning and replacing the applicator 3.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration exemplified in the above embodiment, and can be freely modified in accordance with the specification of the application object and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.

In particular, the form of attaching the application body 3 to the lid body 2 disclosed in the above embodiment is an example, and is not limited to the form of attaching the above embodiment, and any form may be adopted as long as the lid body 2 and the application body 3 are maintained in a fixed state and the application body 3 is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the lid body 2.
