The structure has the defects that if the electric hot water bottle is toppled, the pressure in the electric hot water bottle can be increased instantly, and if the air cannot be exhausted in time, the electric hot water bottle is easy to crack, so that the safety is low.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an explosion-proof top cap and an electric hot water bottle having the same, which can exhaust air immediately when the internal pressure of the electric hot water bottle increases instantaneously, so as to avoid the explosion phenomenon caused by the excessive internal pressure.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides an explosion-proof top cover, including an upper cover 1, a middle cover 2, and a lower cover 3, which are stacked, wherein a space is provided between the middle cover 2 and the upper cover 1 and between the middle cover 2 and the lower cover 3, an exhaust port 11 is provided on the upper cover 1, a main air outlet 21, a first pressure relief port 22, and a second pressure relief port 23 are provided on the middle cover 2, and a first air inlet 31 and a second air inlet 32 are provided on the lower cover 3; a pressing block 4 is arranged between the middle cover 2 and the lower cover 3, the pressing block 4 is positioned below the main air outlet 21, and the pressing block 4 can move between a first position and a second position; the first position is close to the lower cover, and the second position is close to the middle cover; when the pressing block 4 is at the first position, a first ventilation channel 61 is arranged between the pressing block 4 and the middle cover 2, so that the first air inlet 31, the second air inlet 32, the first ventilation channel 61, the main air outlet 21 and/or the first pressure relief opening 22, and the air outlet 11 form an air outlet channel; when the pressing block 4 is at the second position, a second vent channel 62 is formed between the pressing block 4 and the lower cover 3, and the first air inlet 31, the second air inlet 32, the second vent channel 62, the second pressure relief opening 23 and/or the first pressure relief opening 22 and the exhaust opening 11 form a pressure relief channel.

In the exhaust process, two exhaust modes are included, as shown in fig. 3, the main exhaust is composed of a first air inlet 31, a second air inlet 32, a first ventilation channel 61, a main air outlet 21 and an exhaust port 11; as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary exhaust is constituted by the first intake port 31, the second intake port 32, the first ventilation passage 61, the first relief port 22, and the exhaust port 11.

When the electric hot water bottle topples, the top cover is also inclined (in a non-water bottle state), the position of the pressing block 4 in the electric hot water bottle is changed, namely the pressing block 4 is in the second position and is in contact with the lower surface of the middle cover 2 and blocks the main air outlet 21, wherein the upper surface of the pressing block 4 is of a plane structure, the area of the upper surface is larger than that of the main air outlet 21, and when the electric hot water bottle topples, the pressing block 4 can be ensured to block the main air outlet 21. The pressing block 4 of the explosion-proof top cover is a stainless steel pressing block which has a certain dead weight, when the electric thermos bottle is normally placed, the electric thermos bottle is inevitably in a first position due to the dead weight of the pressing block 4, preferably, as shown in fig. 4, in order to limit the pressing block 4 in the first position and ensure that the pressing block 4 can stay at a correct position, the lower cover 3 is provided with a groove 33 for accommodating the pressing block 4; the interface at the bottom of the pressing block 4 is funnel-shaped and comprises an inclined surface 41, and the inner surface of the groove 33 is a guide surface 331 which can be matched with the inclined surface 41 at the bottom of the pressing block 4; the middle cover 2 is provided with an annular blocking wall 26 which is arranged towards the direction of the lower cover 3, the pressing block is positioned in the annular blocking wall 26, and the inner diameter of the annular blocking wall 26 is larger than the outer diameter of the pressing block 4. When the explosion-proof top cover is in a horizontal state, the inclined surface 41 at the bottom of the pressing block 4 is in contact with the inner surface of the groove 33, the inner surface of the groove 33 is a guide surface 331 which has a guide effect on the pressing block 4, so that the pressing block 4 can smoothly enter the groove 33; the inner diameter of the annular blocking wall 26 is larger, a certain gap is formed between the annular blocking wall and the pressing block 4 to ensure steam circulation, and the annular blocking wall has a certain limiting effect on the pressing block 4 in the horizontal direction to prevent the pressing block 4 from deviating in the horizontal direction; the position of the pressure piece 4 is effectively limited by the recess 33 and the annular stop wall 26, so that it can be moved in the correct position.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, independent spaces are provided between the middle cover 2 and the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 3 for air exhaust and pressure relief operations, that is, a first exhaust space 5 is provided in the space between the upper cover 1 and the middle cover 2, and a second exhaust space 6 is provided in the space between the middle cover 2 and the lower cover 3; the exhaust port 11 communicates with the first exhaust space 5; the first exhaust space 5 and the second exhaust space 6 are communicated through the main air outlet 21, the first relief port 22 and the second relief port 23, and the first air inlet 31 and the second air inlet 32 are communicated with the second exhaust space 6.
