1. A sanitary tampon for female, characterized in that: the cotton-padded clothes comprise a film, an inner cotton absorber and an outer cotton supporting ring, wherein the film is made of a material with excellent flexibility and ductility and is formed into a long bag shape, the top edge of the film is formed into a seal, the bottom of the film is formed into an opening, a pull rope which is formed by the same material and the same body is vertically arranged on the film body in the top edge, and the pull rope extends downwards; the inner cotton absorber is a compressed body formed by compressing and processing high-density cotton absorbing materials, and has the characteristics of liquid absorption and expansion; the outer cotton supporting ring is processed into a ring-shaped object with a hollow upper end and a hollow lower end by high-density cotton materials through compression, and the inner diameter of the outer cotton supporting ring is larger than the diameter of the cross section of the inner cotton absorber; when the film is assembled, the outer cotton supporting ring is completely pushed into the film body of the lower half part of the film from the opening below the film, and meanwhile, the inner cotton absorber is sleeved downwards from the top edge of the film against the top edge to enter the film and jointly enter the inner part of the outer cotton supporting ring.

2. The feminine hygiene tampon in accordance with claim 1 wherein the outer wall of the lower half of the film is formed with a tapered ring of material.

3. The tampon of claim 1 wherein the film has a thickness of between about 0.02 mm and about 0.07 mm.

4. The tampon of claim 1 wherein the tip of the inner cotton absorbent is formed in the shape of a micro-arc protrusion.

5. The feminine hygiene tampon in accordance with claim 1, wherein the overall height of the inner cotton absorber is greater than half the length of the film, and the diameter of the cross-section is greater than the diameter of the inner ring of the film.

6. The tampon of claim 1 wherein the outer membrane of the film is coated with a lubricating gel.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sanitary tampon for female physiology, in particular to a sanitary tampon for female physiology, which can avoid uncomfortable feeling during use.

Background

The largest mission of a woman in a lifetime is fertility, the woman is arranged to have a periodic ovulation period and a physiological period for the preparation of fertility, a normal woman starts from 10-12 years old or later and stops at the end of 50 years old or later, and a physiological period close to a fixed time appears every month, which is commonly called as menstruation or menstrual period. The physiological phase of a female is simply that, for preparation before birth, a fertilized egg is implanted, the endometrium grows thick in the ovulation phase, and the ovary discharges an ovum into the uterus to wait for fertilization, and the period is the ovulation phase. However, when the egg is not fertilized during the ovulation phase, the proliferated endometrium begins to exfoliate and is discharged via the vagina of the female lower body, thus establishing the physiological phase.

Modern society is a highly developed society, and everyone has a scheduled working schedule every day, and student groups have a class schedule every day, and office groups have an office schedule every day, and even housewives have a family work which must be carried out every day, so that women can feel at a great burden when meeting a physiological period to keep cleanness and sanitation. The sanitary cotton sheets and the tampons are not only used most frequently in the physiological period, wherein the sanitary cotton sheets are used for absorbing and storing menstrual blood, so that the menstrual blood must be replaced frequently when the menstrual blood volume is large, and the sanitary napkin mainly avoids the outward penetration of the menstrual blood to cause the visual worry; the tampon is used for absorbing and storing menstrual blood, and can have the function of blocking when necessary so as to prevent menstrual blood from permeating outwards, so that female friends can preferentially consider using the tampon to deal with the discharge of physiological menstrual blood when participating in a plurality of jobs or occasions, and the tampon occupies a relatively high sales market and sales ratio.

The existing tampons sold in the market at present are divided into a finger-in type tampon and a conduit type tampon, wherein the finger-in type tampon is shown in figure 1 and is also called as an original tampon, the tampon is composed of a body and a cotton thread for pulling, the body is a compression body made of a high-density cotton absorber, the periphery of the compression body is uniformly compressed with a plurality of dents, the compression body has the functions of restraining the compression state and guiding uniform expansion, the front end (top end) is formed into a micro-arc projection shape so as to be beneficial to advancing, and the cotton thread is connected with the tail end of the body and is used for pulling the body to retreat; when in use, the body is placed into the vagina by fingers and pushed to a proper position (close to the cervix) to stay; as shown in figure 2, the conduit-type tampon is mainly characterized in that the original-type tampon shown in figure 1 is directly placed into a conduit during manufacture, the front end of the conduit is provided with a plurality of cutting grooves to form a plurality of arc-shaped thin split pieces, a hollow push rod extending downwards is arranged in the conduit, cotton threads at the tail end of the tampon penetrate through the hollow push rod and are slightly exposed, when the tampon is used, the front end of the conduit is held by fingers and placed into a vagina, then the push rod is applied to push the tampon to move forwards, the tampon pushes the plurality of split pieces to enter the vagina until the split pieces are pushed to a proper position (close to a cervix) to stay, and then the conduit and the push rod are slowly withdrawn from the vagina. Thus, the tampon is pushed into the vagina by the user's fingers, while the catheter tampon is pushed into the vagina by the catheter and the push rod.

In the above-mentioned conventional tampon, the digital tampon is in a basic form (original form), the catheter-type tampon is formed by merely assembling the basic form of the tampon into a catheter, and in actual use, only the tampon stays in the vagina of a woman (menstrual blood is absorbed), and the catheter must be withdrawn from the vagina, so that the tampon is in a basic form after being attached to the inner wall of the vagina for a relatively long time (generally several hours). The existing sanitary cotton strip is formed by compressing a high-density cotton absorber, so that the sanitary cotton strip is clean and sanitary, the sanitary cotton strip is required to be kept in a real dry state before use, the outer wall is rough due to complete drying, the dry rough outer wall of the cotton compressed body is rubbed with the inner wall of a vagina in the process of inserting the sanitary cotton strip into the vagina, and extreme uncomfortable feeling is often caused to a user, so that the defect that the existing sanitary cotton strip is difficult to overcome in use is overcome. Besides, the existing tampons still have the situation of leakage due to large menstrual blood volume in use because: sometimes the user is inert (lazy and frequent), sometimes the user is out and difficult to master the time and place of replacement, sometimes the user is not clear to master the physical condition, so that when the menstrual blood volume is suddenly large, the existing tampon can not be completely absorbed, and the menstrual blood slowly leaks downwards along the gaps between the vaginal inner wall (with a plurality of folds) and the tampon due to the pushing of the internal pressure of the uterus. Moreover, the conventional tampon is full of menstrual blood, and the outer surface of the tampon is full due to self expansion, so that the tampon which is left in the vaginal fold and is not sucked can not be scraped off when being pulled out.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defect that the existing tampon is easy to cause uncomfortable feeling of a user in use, the inventor conceives that a novel tampon with a structure formed by rolling and coating an inner cotton absorber and an outer cotton supporting ring in an inner-outer double-layer mode by a film can be created, so that the effect of absorbing menstrual blood by the cotton absorber can be maintained, and the menstrual blood can enter and exit a vagina by the film, so that the uncomfortable feeling of the user can be completely avoided, and the defect is improved. Based on such a demand, the present inventors have made extensive research and development efforts, and as a result, have finally made the present invention.

Accordingly, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a feminine tampon that eliminates the need for uncomfortable sensations during use.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention has been developed to provide a tampon comprising a film, an inner cotton absorber and an outer cotton support ring, wherein the film is made of a material having excellent flexibility and extensibility and is formed into a long bag shape, the top edge of the film is formed to be sealed, the bottom of the film is formed to be opened, a pull string integrally formed with the material is hung from the inner film body of the top edge, and the pull string extends downward; the inner cotton absorber is a compression body formed by compressing and processing high-density cotton absorbing materials, and has the characteristics of liquid absorption and expansion; the outer cotton supporting ring is processed into a ring-shaped object with a hollow upper end and a hollow lower end by compressing cotton materials, and the inner diameter of the outer cotton supporting ring is larger than the diameter of the cross section of the inner cotton absorber; when the film is assembled, the outer cotton supporting ring is completely pushed into the film body of the lower half part of the film from the opening below the film, and meanwhile, the inner cotton absorber is sleeved downwards from the top edge of the film against the top edge to enter the film and jointly enter the inner part of the outer cotton supporting ring.

In the above tampon, the outer wall of the lower half of the film is formed with a tapered ring of material.

In the above tampon, the thickness of the film is between 0.02 mm and 0.07 mm.

In the above tampon, the tip of the inner cotton absorber is formed in the shape of a micro-arc protrusion.

In the above tampon, the overall height of the inner cotton absorber is greater than half the length of the film, and the diameter of the cross section is greater than the diameter of the inner ring of the film.

In the above tampon, the outer film body of the film may be coated with a lubricating gel.

According to the structure composition, the following progressive effects are obviously achieved when the novel electric heating cooker is used:

1. when the sanitary cotton strip is used, the part of the outer membrane body (containing the tapered ring) of the film is contacted with the inner wall of the female vagina, and the material of the film is extremely soft (not rough), so that the part of the outer membrane body (containing the tapered ring) is timely contacted with the inner wall of the vagina, and a user does not feel uncomfortable; moreover, the outer membrane body is provided with a tapered ring, so that the inner wall of the vagina is conveniently propped open, and the operation of entering the vagina is easier.

2. When the tampon of the present invention is used, if the outer film body (including the tapered ring) contains a little lubricating gel, the process of being accommodated in the vagina can be smoother, and no uncomfortable feeling can be caused; if the tampon is purchased without prior application of the lubricant, the user may also apply the lubricant prior to use (either by the manufacturer or by the user, who may purchase the lubricant for their own liking) to make the process of insertion into the vagina smoother.

3. When the tampon is used, the outer film body (including the taper ring) can be tightly contacted with the inner wall of the vagina when the tampon is pushed to a proper position, and the outer film body cannot permeate and flow outwards even when menstrual blood with large longitudinal amount is met, namely the tampon has excellent positioning and anti-leakage effects.

4. When the sanitary cotton strip is used, the top end of the inner cotton absorption body is not shielded, so that the inner cotton absorption body can start to absorb and expand outwards when menstrual blood comes in, and the film is made of a material with excellent flexibility and ductility, and the outer cotton supporting ring is made of a cotton material, so that when the inner cotton absorption body expands outwards, the film can bear and expand correspondingly, and the outer cotton supporting ring can also bend correspondingly.

5. When the tampon is used, after the use is finished, the tampon with absorbed menstrual blood can be pulled outwards only by pulling the pull rope to the vaginal opening, and in the process, the conical ring with the push-pull on the outer membrane can be brushed and slid on the inner wall of the vagina in a soft friction mode to help to remove foreign matters (such as blood clots) attached to the inner wall of the vagina.

Detailed Description

To achieve the above objects, and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention discloses a sanitary tampon for female physiology, which is improved mainly to generate a sanitary tampon with a brand-new structure composition. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention is a tampon 1, which is constructed by a film 10, an inner cotton absorbent 20, and an outer cotton support ring 30, wherein the film 10 is made of a material having excellent flexibility and extensibility, such as: the composite material of latex, silica gel … …, etc. is made into a long bag shape, the film body thickness of the film 10 is extremely thin, preferably 0.02-0.07 mm, but not limited, the top edge 101 of the film 10 is formed into a seal, the bottom part is formed into an opening 102, a pulling rope 11 which is formed with the same material and the same body is vertically arranged on the film body in the top edge 101, the pulling rope 11 extends downwards for a proper length, a plurality of tapered rings 12 are formed with the same material on the outer wall of the lower half part of the film 10, and the tapered rings 12 are extended outwards downwards (in the direction of fig. 3 and 4); the inner cotton absorber 20 is a compressed body formed by compressing high-density cotton absorbing materials, has the characteristics of liquid absorption and expansion, and is preferably in a micro-arc shape at the top end (front end), the overall height of the inner cotton absorber 20 can be more than half of the length of the film 10, and the diameter of the cross section can be more than the diameter of the inner ring of the film 10; the outer cotton support ring 30 is formed by compressing cotton material into a ring-shaped object with the upper and lower ends being open, and the inner diameter of the outer cotton support ring 30 is slightly larger than the diameter of the cross section of the inner cotton absorber 20.

The assembly of the tampon 1 includes the steps that, since the film 10 is made of a material with excellent flexibility and extensibility, as shown in fig. 5, a jig (not shown) is used to pull up and open two ends of the film 10, and then the outer cotton supporting ring 30 is pushed upwards into the lower half of the film 10 from the opening 102 below the film 10, so that the outer cotton supporting ring 30 supports the film 10 and enters along the lower half of the film 10, and the inner cotton absorber 20 is shrunk downwards from the top edge 101 of the film 10 against the top edge 101, so as to sink into the film 10; continuing with FIG. 6, the outer cotton support ring 30 is pushed completely into the lower half of the film 10 while the inner cotton absorber 20 is lowered against the top edge 101 to the bottom end to reach the top end of the outer cotton support ring 30; finally, as shown in fig. 7, the inner cotton absorber 20 is allowed to sink further against the top edge 101 until it completely enters the inside of the outer cotton support ring 30, so that the appearance of the tampon 1 is as shown in fig. 3 after assembly.

In the assembled tampon 1, the film body of the film 10 can be divided into several parts, please refer to fig. 8, the outermost part is formed as a cylindrical outer film body 10a, the top edge of the outer film body 10a is bent inward to form a circular top film body 10b, and then is bent downward to form a cylindrical inner film body 10c, and the bottom edge of the inner film body 10c jointly forms a bottom film body 10d, wherein the outer film body 10a, the top film body 10b, the inner film body 10c and the bottom film body 10d are divided into four parts, which is caused by the outer cotton supporting ring 30 pushing upward from the opening 102 below the film 10 into the lower half part of the film 10, and the inner cotton absorber 20 sinking downward against the top edge 101 of the film 10 to telescope into the inside of the film 10.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the assembled tampon 1, the top end of the inner cotton absorbent 20 is not shielded, the periphery of the inner cotton absorbent is closely attached to the inner membrane 10c of the film 10, the bottom end of the inner cotton absorbent closely attached to the bottom membrane 10d of the film 10, the inner wall of the outer cotton support ring 30 and the periphery of the inner cotton absorbent 20 are closely attached to the inner membrane 10c of the film 10, the outer wall of the outer cotton support ring 30 is closely attached to the outer membrane 10a of the film 10, the top edge of the outer cotton support ring 30 is closely attached to the top membrane 10b of the film 10, and the outer wall of the outer membrane 10a is provided with the tapered ring 12; meanwhile, it should be mentioned that the height of the inner cotton absorber 20 is not necessarily the same as the height of the outer cotton support ring 30, and in practice, the height of the inner cotton absorber 20 may be higher than the height of the outer cotton support ring 30, and it can be said that the inner cotton absorber 20 sinks into the range of the outer cotton support ring 30 by at least two thirds of the height.

Since the tampon 1 must be used under clean and sanitary conditions, it should be packaged in a separate manner immediately after the manufacture and assembly, as shown in fig. 9, and a film 40 (e.g., a shrink film) is coated on the entire surface of the tampon 1 after the assembly as a packaging and protection layer; alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the entire assembled tampon 1 is contained in a rubber cover 50 as a packaging and protective layer. It should be noted that before the tampon 1 is packaged in the separate type, a small amount of lubricant may be coated on the outer film 10a (including the tapered ring 12) of the film 10, that is, when the separate type package is disassembled and the tampon 1 is taken out, the outer film 10a (including the tapered ring 12) of the tampon 1 may be sensed to contain some lubricant.

Therefore, the woman can hold the tampon 1 and put it into the vagina and push it deep to a proper position (close to cervix) to stay, besides the use as the finger-type tampon 1, that is, the movement of putting it into the vagina directly by finger operation, the tampon 1 can be put into a duct directly during the manufacture to form the duct-type tampon 1, in other words, the usage and operation mode of the tampon 1 of the present invention is completely the same as that of the existing tampon; however, the following further effects are evident when using the tampon 1 according to the invention:

1. when the tampon 1 of the present invention is used, the outer membrane 10a (including the tapered ring 12) of the film 10 is in contact with the inner wall of the female vagina, and since the material of the film 10 itself is very soft (not rough at all), the outer membrane 10a (including the tapered ring 12) is in contact with the inner wall of the vagina in time, so that the user does not feel uncomfortable, and precisely, the possibility of the user experiencing extreme discomfort by using the existing tampon is greatly reduced, and even the user can feel no uncomfortable completely; furthermore, the outer membrane 10a is provided with a tapered ring 12, so that the inner wall of the vagina can be conveniently opened, and the operation of entering the vagina is easier.

2. When the tampon 1 of the present invention is used, if the outer film 10a (including the tapered ring 12) already contains a little lubricant, the process of being accommodated into the vagina can be smoother, and no uncomfortable feeling is generated; if the tampon 1 is purchased without prior application of the lubricant, the user may also apply the lubricant (which the manufacturer may attach or the user may purchase) prior to use, to make the process of insertion into the vagina smoother.

3. When the tampon 1 of the present invention is used, the outer membrane 10a (including the tapered ring 12) will be in close contact with the vaginal wall when the tampon 1 is pushed to a proper position, and the menstrual blood with large amount can not flow out, i.e. the tampon 1 of the present invention has excellent positioning and anti-leakage effects.

4. When the tampon 1 of the present invention is used, the top of the inner cotton absorber 20 is not covered, so that the inner cotton absorber 20 starts to absorb and expand outward when menstrual blood comes in, and since the film 10 is made of a material having excellent flexibility and extensibility, and the outer cotton support ring 30 is made of a cotton material, the film 10 can be supported and correspondingly expanded when the inner cotton absorber 20 expands outward, and the outer cotton support ring 30 can be correspondingly bent; it should be noted that the outer cotton support ring 30 functions to support the entire tampon 1 in a fixed configuration before use, and then if the outer cotton support ring 30 breaks during use due to the more severe swelling of the inner cotton absorber 20, it is not critical that the outer cotton support ring 30 breaks because the outer film 10a (including the tapered ring 12) tightly contacts the vaginal wall to swell the inner cotton absorber 20, but only tightly compresses the outer cotton support ring 30, so that the breaking of the outer cotton support ring 30 does not interfere with the function of the inner cotton absorber 20 to absorb menstrual blood.

5. When the tampon 1 of the present invention is used, after the use, the whole tampon 1 with the absorbed menstrual blood can be pulled outward by pulling the pull string 11 toward the vaginal opening, and during the process, the tapered ring 12 on the outer membrane 10a can be brushed across the vaginal inner wall in a soft friction mode to help remove the foreign matter (such as blood clots) attached to the vaginal inner wall.

As can be seen from the above description, the present invention mainly creates a new tampon 1 with a structure formed by rolling and wrapping an inner cotton absorbent 20 and an outer cotton support ring 30 with a film 10 in an inner and outer double-layer manner, so as to keep the same function of absorbing menstrual blood by the inner cotton absorbent 20, and further prevent the user from feeling uncomfortable due to the fact that the film 10 enters or exits the vagina, thus improving the disadvantages of the prior art.

The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
