1. A retractable pen for being housed in a portable electronic device, the retractable pen comprising:
a pen shell;
the pen shaft is fixed in the pen shell and is provided with a first ratchet structure;
the pen cap is provided with a second ratchet structure and is movably meshed with the first ratchet structure;
the driving piece is rotatably sleeved on the pen shaft and positioned in the pen cover, and the driving piece is provided with a third ratchet structure; and
the elastic piece is sleeved on the pen shaft and abutted between the pen shaft and the driving piece, the elastic piece constantly drives the driving piece to move towards the first ratchet structure or the second ratchet structure, the driving piece is driven by the elastic piece to enable the third ratchet structure to be abutted and stopped at the first ratchet structure in a first state, and the driving piece is driven by the elastic piece to enable the third ratchet structure to be movably meshed with the second ratchet structure and abutted and stopped at the first ratchet structure in a second state, and the pen cap is pushed away from the pen shell.
2. The retractable pen of claim 1, wherein the pen shaft comprises:
the shaft element is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, the first ratchet structure is arranged at the first end, and the driving element is rotatably sleeved on the shaft element; and
the second end of the shaft penetrates through the fixing piece and is fixed in the pen shell through the fixing piece, and the elastic piece is sleeved on the shaft and abutted against the fixing piece and the driving piece.
3. The retractable pen of claim 1, further comprising:
the stopping piece is fixedly arranged on the pen cover so as to stop the driving piece in the pen cover.

The retractable pen of claim 1, wherein the first ratchet structure has a plurality of first tooth portions and a plurality of sub-tooth portions arranged around an axis of the pen shaft, the sub-tooth portions are connected between two adjacent first tooth portions to form sub-groove portions, the two adjacent first tooth portions which are not connected with the sub-tooth portions form first groove portions, and the first groove portions and the sub-groove portions are arranged at intervals around the axis.

The stylus of claim 4, wherein the second ratchet structure has a plurality of second teeth portions and a plurality of second slots arranged around the axis, the second teeth portions movably abutting the first slots or the secondary slots along the axis, the first teeth portions movably abutting the second slots along the axis.

The retractable pen of claim 5, wherein the third ratchet structure has a plurality of third tooth portions, and wherein the third tooth portions abut against the sub-tooth portions and the second tooth portions in the first state, and wherein the third tooth portions abut against the second tooth portions and are positioned in the first groove portion at the same position as the second tooth portions in the second state.
7. The retractable pen of claim 6, wherein the first, secondary, second and third teeth are all abutment ramps that are inclined relative to the axis.

The retractable pen of claim 6, wherein the first ratchet structure further comprises a stop portion located at an end of the first slot portion away from the pen casing, and in the second state, the third tooth portion abuts against the second tooth portion, and the driving member abuts against the stop portion.
9. The stylus of claim 4, wherein an axial length along the axis of a side of the first tooth portion adjacent the secondary tooth portion is greater than an axial length along the axis of a side of the first tooth portion adjacent the first slot portion.

The retractable pen of claim 6, wherein the pen cap is adapted to be forced to transition from the first state or the second state to a third state in which the pen cap pushes against the third ratchet feature of the driver via the second ratchet feature due to the force to move the driver away from the first ratchet feature, rotate along the axis and deform the resilient member.

The retractable pen of claim 10, wherein when the force is released, the rotated driver is switched to the first state by the third tooth portion abutting against the sub-tooth portion and the second tooth portion, or the rotated driver is switched to the second state by the third tooth portion abutting against the second tooth portion and moving into the first groove portion.
12. The stylus of claim 4, wherein a radial thickness of the first tooth relative to the axis is greater than a radial thickness of the secondary tooth relative to the axis.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a retractable pen, and more particularly, to a retractable pen adapted to be accommodated in a portable electronic device.
Background
Currently, many portable electronic devices, such as tablet computers, smart phones and notebook computers, employ touch display screens to allow users to directly input commands on the display screens to control electronic products. Most touch display screens currently use a user's finger or a stylus for touch control.
However, in the conventional groove design, a broken surface or a recess is formed on the casing of the portable electronic device on the premise of considering the picking and placing actions of the user, so that the user can conveniently apply force to take the touch pen out of the portable electronic device. These fractures or depressions cause the portable electronic device to have a poor appearance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a telescopic pen which has a convertible telescopic state and is beneficial to being contained in a portable electronic device or being taken out conveniently.
The telescopic pen is accommodated in a portable electronic device. The telescopic pen comprises a pen shell, a pen shaft, a pen cap, a driving piece and an elastic piece. The pen shaft is fixed in the pen shell and is provided with a first ratchet structure. The pen cap is provided with a second ratchet structure which is movably meshed with the first ratchet structure. The driving member is rotatably sleeved on the pen shaft and located in the pen cover. The driver has a third ratchet structure. The elastic piece is sleeved on the pen shaft and is abutted between the pen shaft and the driving piece. The resilient member constantly drives the driver towards the first ratchet tooth arrangement or the second ratchet tooth arrangement. In the first state, the third ratchet formation abuts the first ratchet formation. In a second state, the third ratchet structure is movably engaged with the second ratchet structure and abutted against the first ratchet structure, and the pen cap is pushed away from the pen shell.
Based on the above, the retractable pen is configured to enable the pen cap of the retractable pen to be away from the pen shell to be in an extended state or enable the pen cap to be close to the pen shell to be in a retracted state by matching the driving element with the elastic element and abutting or not of the first ratchet structure of the pen shaft, the second ratchet structure of the pen cap and the third ratchet structure of the driving element. Therefore, the telescopic pen can be accommodated in the portable electronic device or can be taken out conveniently from the portable electronic device in the telescopic state.
